Stopped at Lake Park, GA on my way back home from FL, and was in the mood for something fast. Zaxby's was the perfect choice. I have to say this is one of the Cleanest Zaxby's I ever encountered. The house salad with grilled chicken was fresh with crispy lettuce. Wings and Things was served hot and fresh, especially the celery sticks, my son digs them. Zaxbys in Maumelle is a little different. They are not consistent in their service. Some days you order and get celery sticks and some days you don't. Many times they are out. Today I inquired about it and the young man coped an attitude and said this doesn't come with celery, would you like me to add some? I told him I didn't mind but asked why does it come with the same meal at times and others it doesn't. He and the young lady in the window both made sly remarks about me asking and started to laugh. I understand that they are kids and learning, but poor customer service is a way to keep me away. Zaxbys maybe, if possible, all combos should be served with celery. It's something small, but we eat there at least 3 times a week. read more

Very clean! 100 on their health score!! A+ Tea was fresh and food was great! Looks to be new (by maybe a couple of years). Service at the counter was nice. Just passing through for something fast and this was perfect! I love Zaxbys anyway and this is in the top 6 I've been in. read more

This place has no tops available for your beverage, they do not have their teas marked so you don't know whether you are getting sweet or unsweet, and the lady never called my order number she just stood there. Pretty mad and disappointed. Edit: NO ICE. RIDICULOUS read more

Great for a fast food restaurant. We like traditional style wings non breaded. These could have been fried a little crispier. The deep fried mushrooms kicked a@#. Would definitely try this restaurant again. read more

Wings were OK fries a little soft. Zax sauce was amazing. Most of the meals do not come with an drink. If your hungry you'll probably be spending between eight to eleven dollars. Wings and things I would try if it's your first time. read more

The food was amazing. But we (my family and I) were in a rush and we were hoping to order, receive and eat our food in 20 minutes. However, poor management and slow service caused us to be there an hour and we were now 30 minutes late to the errand we had to do. This now caused us to never visit this particular Zaxby's again. read more

The food is good enough considering it's a fast food joint. The Sweet Tea is always fresh and excellent (I sometimes get a half gallon or two to bring home) , it's usually clean compared to most F F places. The service is a hit or miss depends on who is working I guess. Definitely not the same friendly and inviting service as Chik Filet, I usually hit Zaxbys on Sunday's because Chik Filet is closed. The wings are decent enough, my Daughter loves them, the fried or grilled house salad is usually what I get and am never disappointed. But for the price of the items you would think they could spare a cup of ice once in a while instead of charging.75 the same goes for the salad dressings, I means seriously????The only sauce I get for any order I make is for my salad, always tell them to keep the ranch, keep the zaxbys sauce when ordering chicken fingers, etc. As I stated decent food, clean, great sweet tea, service depends. read more

Hahaha...I have to admit, their food's pretty awesome. And their birthday cake shake is the bomb-diggity. Highly recommend if you're on the road and looking for a solid, quick meal (they also have healthy salads which are delish!). read more

The food is good when they don't over salt it. The bread was so salty last time that I couldn't eat it. Somewhat expensive for what you get. The salads are my favorites. read more

Deplorable! Don't stop disgusting and filthy. At 2:45 pm on 7/1/18 my family of 6 stopped in driving back to FL from Atlanta and as soon as we walked to grab a table, filthy. Flies everywhere around the tables. We didn't notice a single table not cleaned or wiped down, with food, crumbs, sauce smears and finer prints everywhere. The bathrooms topped it all off when my wife was told by an employee to share a roll of toilet paper with another patron because there was no toilet paper. The men's bathroom at paper coming out of the garbage all over the floor. We were so disgusted that decided to walk out of the restaurant while starving knowing that if the tables and all looked that way, what would the food prep area be like. Our friends own 5 Zaxby's, we are Zaxby's fans, this was deplorable. So sorry, don't stop here. read more

The chicken and the bread is way too salty and their signature sauce is not good. Plus the water cups are nicer than the pop cups which don't keep the lid on well- this resorted in our kids spilling lemonade all over. read more

Fries have too much salt, but overall a good value for the money. They do chicken very well and the decor is comfortable. Fast food, but does not scream it. I like the chain. read more
