worst zaxby's i ever been to! i ordered a house zalad.. and not only did the girl gave me the wrong order after I asked her "what did you say" .. took forever to receive my food which was like 4 piece of lettuce and grilled chicken... it wasn't a salad and it was more like someone took half of it .. terrible UPDATE 1/30/2016 --- I returned because I was hungry after getting off work and I don't know any other locations. I don't know why I did this to myself. I ordered the sandwich and got tenders with a half tossed fries (only half was seasoned) and toast. Not, what I ordered.... i'm picking it up to take a bite and realized it's not a sandwich. I also got a zaxbys salad.. asked for it to be tossed in wimpy sauce (the chicken) and I done this before, but this girl Kaylon C didn't understand what I asked for. I went to my car and realized it's not tossed. I walked back in and asked for the sauce she said its 25 cents... NO, I asked you for it to be tossed and she said "oh it's not tossed" *side eye emoji* .. they gave me a tiny cup of sauce... this place makes me dislike Zaxby's.. just because I was exhausted and decided to go there. They are always out of something! They give you very little and the staff is rude! I used to get onion rings from this location not even a month ago and when I asked the cashier for them this last time she looked at me like I was stupid and was like "We've never had those". I don't argue and I refuse to lower myself to her level so I just brush it off and go to order my food. I was ordering for 3 people but after each thing I ordered she was like "is that it?" And when I went to finish she would roll her eyes. I love Zaxbys. One of my favorite places to eat but I might think twice before ever coming back to this location! read more

Trash. Cold, Hard, Trash. I have an issue EVERY TIME I visit this location. I'm not a picky eater, but my food was literally inedible. The toast was as if it had been drenched in garlic salt. I get that sometimes the food is off, but EVERY TIME?? To top it off I called the manager, not to complain or ask for a refund, but to simply inform her of the quality of food and not to serve others what I'd gotten that night. She was completely uninterested in what I had to say and refuted by stating that she'd been eating there since she was 11 and is now 24. Myself and other members of LPA PTO just hosted a spirit night fundraiser at this location. I was very pleased by the level of professionalism and customer service displayed. Ms. Thomas (the Mgr on duty) did a excellent job tonight with getting the order to the customers as well as motivating her team to keep up the good work. The team members were ready to make this event a great one. I had my usual boneless wings meal and my kids had the chicken finger plate. Shut this place down immediately or hire a completely new staff. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I stopped going here because the lines were always so long. I decided to try them again since they recently opened their dine-in, but what did I want to do that for? I waited 30 mins. for a grilled chicken sandwich. That's it! No fries, no combo, no drink, only a sandwich. No one apologized for the inconvenience neither provided me with any type of update. I was just standing there pacing back and forth looking stupid and it's a bunch of young folks working there that have no customer service at all. When I say I'm never going back again, I mean that whole heartedly. I will be telling other people as well don't waste your time and the food is subpar. I used to love Zaxby's so much, the food was great, but now EVERYTHING is trash. Worst experience of my life. This Zaxby's moves so slow. I was waiting in The drive-through line for more than 20 minutes. The car in front of me had so many issues whatever they were I don't know I couldn't tell but they kept giving their food back to the cashier at the drive-through and then getting it back and giving it back to them. I've only eaten there once a few months ago. I don't remember if the food was that great when I ate there but now I really remember why I don't go back there. Do better! There is no reason the manager should be scolding the staff that they should ask for help if they need it. NO you are supposed to make sure that everything is running smooth. This is the worst Zaxbys in the state. They run out of food frequently and if they actually have food it is burned or missing something.

On my first visit, they told me they did not have any chicken tenders after waiting for 10+ minutes in the drive through line. How does Zaxbys of all places not have chicken tenders?! I just drove off. On my next visit, I ordered spicy fried mushrooms with my wings and she said okay at the speaker, but later told me that they did not have any mushrooms at the window. Then, after changing my order to onion rings she still proceeded to charge me an additional $2.50 (for the original order of mushrooms) when there is no upcharge for onion rings. She attempted to "pull me up," as I had to now wait for them to cook an order of onion rings. As she was talking to the manager about my refund, I suppose, my food came up, and it was STILL the wrong order. I ordered a traditional wing meal w/ tounge torch sauce on the side. My wings were sweet and spicy w/ the sauce on the wings. The line was wrapped around the building, so I just decided to go in to get my refund and my order straight, as a few people had already pulled off, and the person in front of was at the window for 5+ minutes.
