I had never been here and must say not bad . Food was delicious and very tasty , staff very friendly. Cuteness as the decor is pretty nice.

Quick service. Zabxy's removed their insane sauce which is why I came. The plate tasted as sad as it looks :( $12 for those 4 tenders, fries, slaw & a drink. Won't be returning. that is all. That is the review.

I had seen Zaxby's advertised around the area, but had never found myself nearby. This occasion, coming from the Orlando airport, I was near enough to try it out. After a few navigational errors because of road construction, I made my way. The location is easy enough to get to and the store looks new, or at least very well maintained. The store is closed to business inside, but the drive-thru was hopping at dinner time. That told me it was probably very popular. Pretty good sign. Perusing the drive-thru menu on the way to the speaker, we made our choices. The person on the other end of the speaker was very pleasant and helpful. Once I got to the window, the young man at the window was also very pleasant and helpful. They made doing business with them a good experience. We got our food and traveled to a nearby parking spot to chow down. At the window, I had asked the server if I would like this as much as Chick-Fil-A and he told me yes. To be honest, I really didn't. The food was good and satisfying and actually cheap, but for me, didn't rise to the level of Chick-Fil-A - especially the spicy chicken sandwich. As far as the Chicken Finger dinner, that was very good. Probably should have been my choice, but it wasn't. These are not close to my residence, so they would take a special trip to get to. I don't think I would be that interested in doing that, but would surely think about coming back to it if in the area.

Went back today... was hopeful and excited when my mobile order was ready at drive thru window without any issues... and then got to our destination and bam! Joke's on me still.

Ive never had a problem with this Zaxbys before but I doordashed today and ordered three cookies, when i got my order I saw that I only got two cookies and a "2" was written on the bag. They seriously knew they were only giving me two cookies and one even wrote it on the bag as if that was going to make me feel less annoyed that I was missing a cookie. Not even worth asking for a refund if the person making the order wasnt an accident. Otherwise, the food is good as usual.

I love their efforts of being mindful of health. 100% gluten free, drinks without dyes & high fructose, no seed oils. 1. Temperature of food - majority of the time, certain items are consistently barely warm or flat out cold, even when it's a "fresh batch." For example, a new batch of sweet potatoes were extremely cold. You could tell they were not fresh. 2. Doneness of food - sweet potatoes, victim again. They are always undercooked and hardly edible. Are they not tasting their own food? They'd also be better if the skin was removed, as the skin makes them hard to chew. The broccoli is also very undercooked. Hard to chew and could use more flavor honestly. 3. Portion size - for the price, the portion sizes aren't matching. Depending on who is rationing out the food, you might still be hungry after. 4. Lack of multiple cooked vegetables - the only cooked vegetable offered is broccoli, which isn't even appealing. I wish they offered a variety of hot/cooked vegetable options. Aside from the tables always being dirty, the store is decently clean. The drink machine nozzles could use a more attention when it comes to cleaning. None of what I said stops me from eating there, just hope one day, I see a change.

I had come from another restaurant after waiting for some time without being assisted, and was fearing being in the same situation but thankfully I was wrong! I ordered The Works omelette with a biscuit instead of the toast and the Pineapple Express drink I had ordered previously. Everything came out fresh and delicious and I finished my entire plate. The portions of ham and sausage as well as the mushrooms in they omelette were generous, and the drink was refreshing and not too sweet. Even though it was pretty packed, the wait wasn't too bad about 20 minutes and the staff kept things moving at a good pace. I ordered the Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast with over-medium eggs and chicken sausage. Honestly, the French toast didn't really taste like tres leches. It tasted more like regular French toast with strawberries on top. However, the chicken sausage was really good and a nice alternative to the Million Dollar Bacon. Overall, it was a good breakfast experience. If you're looking for solid food and a nice atmosphere, it's definitely a place worth checking out.

The toonah sensation wrap is a vegan take on a tuna wrap. I loved how fresh it tasted. The chickpea toonah literally had me second guessing if I was eating fish. The kale and other veggies were very fresh and honestly, it was so filling eating just half of the wrap. The plantain chips were a great side to the wrap. I really want to come back for their brunch and dine in the restaurant as they have some outdoor seating. This place is great for vegans and people are just looking for healthier and lighter food options with a twist!
