The service was great but did not like the food. The sauces weren't spicy but more sweet than anything.

The worst customer service ever. Save yourself the headache! Placed and order for $72.26, never received half of the order and missing chicken from each box. Called and the manager Dilshara stated that "half her store was new" and "they were just trying to get food out". When we brought the food back up to the store for a proper corrections we were given nothing but excuses after excuses. Dilshara and "owner" refused to refund the order stating the order is "too big" Dilshara continuously refused to refund or even remake the order! All This escalated to having the police called. This is the first and last time I will ever eat here and I will also make it a point at every chance I get to detour anyone from going to this location. If that's how this location operates it's clear they are thieves and don't give a rats tail about anyone. You can take a $73 dollar order but can't fix it! Employees even stated they would have been "pissed too" and the cook even came out to apologize stating that it was his fault, yet NO CORRECTION WAS MADE. So $73 down the drain and no food! Way to go to the owners and operators at this location for teaching such crappy guest services. read more

I loooove Zaxby's. The new location by UCF is so much more convenient than driving out to Millenia for my zax sauce fix. The chicken tenders are fried perfectly and the wings come with a variety sauces. You can get a combo of the two or get your tenders thrown on a salad. The grilled cheese is my favorite because it comes on texas toast. The fries are crinkled and the seasoning on them is so yummy. But the best part about Zaxby's is the zax sauce. I could probably drink it. I refrain though, and choose to dip everything in sight into it. read more

The best chicken plate you can find in a fast food place. The staff is excellant, friendly, helpful and jump to keep the tables clean, ice and drinks filled. Had my favorite Blue salad buffaloed with blue cheese dressing. The chicken was fried to perfection and a very generous serving on crispy cold greens. The buffalo tongue torch sauce with the creamyness of the blue cheese and dressing gave you a layering of flavores. The crispy onions topped it off to make for a most enjoyable lunch. All washed down with a great glass of ice tea. read more

I'm becoming a big fan of the Zaxbys chain restaurant. What puzzles me is the one whose closed on Sundays the cars are lined up around the block but not at Zaxbys????? At this location I had a cob salad which is always made fresh unlike that other chain. The salads are bigger and priced the same as that other chain. The counter person was very friendly. The inside and outside were very clean. I have had nothing but good experiences @ Zaxbys thus far. I only wish we had them in S Fl. Keep up the good work. read more

I have no complaints about customer service but something is wrong with their chicken. It has a weird odor. It smells like burnt gas but doesn't look burnt. I think the oil they are using is old and probably has old nasty burnt scraps in the bottom. The fries were fine and didn't have that smell. This is the second time I've had this problem. I had previously gone to this Zaxby's once a week for a span of a year. I had started bringing lunches to work but today figured to go back to my old stomping grounds. Sadly I was quite disappointed in the service time. To my surprise there was an army of guests who had already ordered and were all staring up at the counter waiting for their orders. I should've taken this as fair warning but I am not one to jump to a new restaurant once I'm there. I ordered a Big Zax Snack meal and proceeded to wait more than 30 minutes for my order. I think that is outrageous to have to wait that long for what is one of their cornerstone meals. Sadly, something must've changed since coming here in the past but I don't see myself returning. Great place to get a salad. The Cobb is my fav. I would like to mention the young lady that took our order was excellent. She was happy to be there and to serve. When I first heard about this place my first thought was that it was just some random chicken joint and that if there was a KFC or Popeye's around I would definitely rather go there, but i was actually pleasantly surprised. The store itself is very nice, clean and very comfortable, the service is comparable to the likes of other chicken joints that I have been to, but the thing that surprised me the most was the amount of food I got with my single dish. It was actually enough to have me satisfied in the end, which is pretty surprising for a fast food joint. It does not have the healthiest choices of food or drinks, but that is to be expected from most fast food. All in all this place is very good and I recommend it. read more

We usually like Zaxby's but won't ever be returning to this location. After paying for a $20 meal, we'd be better of going to a sit down restaurant with better service. Our order took 15 minutes - which wouldn't bother me if the food was warm. Instead we watched it sit in the window and finally had to ask the cashier to hand it to us. Our order was COLD. Not even room temperature, it was beyond cold. We were also charged for extra sauces that we didn't even ask for. We simply asked if each meal included sauce and the girl told us "no" although the menu shows differently and then she proceeded to charge us for what was already included. While eating I proceeded to watch the employees burn an entire batch of cookies, ring up other peoples orders incorrectly, and leave food sitting in the window for long periods of time, the list goes on. At the end I asked for a refund on our onion rings,which were so cold that they were beyond edible. The manager seemed confused and asked us "When did this happen?" As if the place had been running smoothly. Needless to say we won't be returning. read more

I have been to many Zaxby's locations and this by far, is the worst. I don't think I have ever once been to this location and not had an issue with the food itself. I frequent this location because it is the only one really close to me. But I will officially not be returning ever again. Today, I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal (Like I always do) which tasted like either chemicals or extreme frost bite. It was awful and I'm so disappointed. I should of stopped coming here when I realized they just stop cooking their french fries correctly after like 5 pm. Seems like they must put away their seasoning and serve completely plain french fries, which is not what they advertise. If your menu shows french fries with seasoning, you should be serving what you have up. I've lost hope in this location. This experience, with how nasty my food tasted, has pushed me to never want to return. Clearly, upper management needs to get in there and revamp this location. Zaxby's was my favorite fast food stop but ew, today has probably put me off of it forever. read more

My boyfriend and I came here last week and tried their new honey mustard chicken tenders which was fantastic. Came again today to order the same thing, and the woman at the register had no idea what meal I was talking about. She asked if I wanted the regular chicken tenders with honey mustard dip, which is fine, I clarified that it was the new one where the chicken is already coated in the honey mustard (it's superb). She went on to ask the same thing, if I wanted the regular. I gave up and said yes ok fine, but I was already pretty upset so I said no fries or drink, just the entree. What I got was the order of chicken that I had originally wanted (so she did know what I was talking about) gave me the entree without fries and a drink like I asked, only to find on the receipt that I was charged for the entire meal $7.23. Definitely won't come back. I went to the one on lee vista and narcoosee right afterwards to order the meal I wanted in which they gave me perfectly without any confusion. Just out of curiosity, I asked the cashier at the second Zaxby's how much that same meal costs without the fries and drink, he told me it should have only been a little over 5$.
