Food 4/5 I'm definitely a wings type of guy, but it has to be boneless. I ended up taking advantage of buy one get one so I decided to get 6 hot buffalo, and 6 garlic Parmesan, boneless chicken with a side order of loaded fries that had a whole bunch of toppings that I can't remember lol.. everything was super delicious. I gave it a 4 because whoever was making the food decided to give me the smallest pieces of boneless chicken and I didn't like that.. Service 5/5 my servers name was Lexi and she was extremely polite and she was the one who gave me the option of getting the buy one get one. I was a little indecisive since I was considering a triple stack burger with the loaded fries, but she convinced me to go with the wings which was a good choice. Lexi was awesome! Ambience 5/5 if you're into loud TVs with different programs such as sports and some areas that play the news and all different types of people surrounding you being loud and potentially obnoxious during special sport events it's definitely for you. We went in at a fairly decent time around two almost 3..We kind of walked in with our server. They were in a shift change Maybe it took a little bit but not too long for us to get service so it was no problem when she walked over. She was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to get my son an ice cream sundae for his birthday but I ordered 20 wings four different flavors, an order of fries, and a small order of queso and I got myself a pineapple margarita which was so good but the food came out fast. Most of it was hot. The fries were lukewarm, but it wasn't too bad. Wings are good.. ambience is a normal space restaurant. Updating my review from eight years ago. This was my BWW for the UFC fights, one Saturday a month, every single month, for many many years. It was right down the street from my first apartment when I moved to Orlando for grad school. I've had many ups and down here at this BWW. It wasn't just UFC fights. It was football, special boxing PPVs, just wanting to eat wings with bros, etc. And I've had amazing service, the worst service imaginable, complete dip-S managers, managers that saved my day, huge crunchy juicy delicious wings, wings that wouldn't be fit to feed a dog. I've experienced everything here. Ambiance is always cool. Sports bar, epitomized. Sports memorabilia everywhere, highlighting local sports teams. TVs on the wall every which way you look. Many tables that can be moved into every party size imaginable. No concerns there. Service, like I mentioned before, is completely variable. I'm certainly never a hard table. I just need my Diet Pepsi refilled, and I need my wings. That's it. I'm very low maintenance and easy to keep happy. That being said, there have been like a dozen experiences where the service was so bad, it had to have been on purpose. Sometimes, I get put into that stereotype that UFC fight fans and Millennials don't tip well. That must be it. But that's super rare. It's fine. As for the food. On average, the best wings in town. I've had other local chains, their wings are small, their sauces don't adhere well, their flavors are uninspired. These wings are huge, plump, crispy, and come in many different, awesome flavors. Maybe it's due to being pumped full of toxins and antibiotics, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Their other food is really good, too. All the standard apps. Well done. I like their pretzel sticks, I like their cheese curds, and I like their onion rings. You basically can't go wrong no matter what you order here. Overall, this BBW is not OK, it's not Great, it's just Good. Stopped in for lunch with fam. We waited over 15 minutes and finally asked a server if they can help us. They have a QR code to look at the menu and place order. You couldn't make changes on thing and the server said it's not her section and apologized and said she will take care of us. I ordered tots, Thai and hot wings. The one big thing that I can say about this location is that the wings are consistently good. My sister and I always comment about how the service is always really good and the servers are very friendly. I've been to many MANY bdubs locations and this one is the one that I have not had any issues with. I don't know if this is recent but they remodeled and I really like their new furniture. It's been a while since my update as I haven't dined here in a while due to my dietary switcharooni. But every time I search on the internet these days, I kept seeing that new Truffalo Sauce. It's probably because I don't remember how to spell Mark Ruffalo correctly. Anywho, I needed to try this sauce so I took the other wing eating person in the house (12 year old boy) and did a Sunday lunch at BW3 for some wing eating. I had every intention of ordering multiple flavors of actual chicken wings as it's been quite a while since I've indulged, but once I saw they had cauliflower wings on the menu, I made the "right" decision to try the sauces on the cauliflower. I ordered the large cauliflower wings and split the sauces between Truffalo ($1 uncharge) and Medium (My go-to sauce). I typically like the salt and vinegar wings, but the dry rub probably wouldn't stick to the cauliflower very well. The Truffalo was a little light and the waitress brought out a side for me to dip in. Wow, what a delicious sauce! If they made it permanent, I'd probably get it every time. The cauliflower was crispy, the pieces were a nice size, and they were pretty tasty with the sauce. They were pretty expensive for cauliflower, but it's better for me than eating wings. Speaking of wings, we got a 10 piece of the Lemon Pepper dry rub and they really screwed the pooch on the dry rub. It's happened before at this location but they were definitely crispy and cooked correctly. He was trying to scrape the flavoring from the paper they were served on, but had no luck. He also had a burger and fries, so that was more filling. BTW, Fries with Truffalo sauce was frigging great. Hulk Eat! Service was pretty good with plenty of drink refills and even drinks to go, which was awesome on a 90 degree day. It was a great lunch for us and we left stuffed, which is always a plus in my mind. I was between Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner tonight and sadly I chose the wrong place. What made me chose Buffalo Wild Wings, was their deal for the 20 piece wing, large fry, and veggies with a dipping sauce. Upon arrival I wasn't greeted with a friendly welcome, but I can move past that long as my order is accurate and hot. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. While driving home I couldn't smell the food at all through the bag, I later had founded out why. I received inedible, icy cold hard fries and my wings weren't even room temperature. What made matters worse my wings were dry as hell. By far the worst wings and fries I ever had in my life! Im so upset I wasted my money, time, and gas traveling to get this meal. After my boyfriend and I worked 12hrs we're hungry and tired, so such a very big major disappointment. I traveled here to Orlando for work and there was this one right down the street so I was excited to go! This location did not disappoint and is absolutely legit! The onion rings were really good, the wings were done right, but the beer selection was disappointing, and the reason why I don't come here often. I am more into building communities, so I want local beer, from local breweries. If you didn't know, that exists here in Orlando. Only four out of twenty or more beers were "local" as they call them, with the understanding that local means "from Tampa", "from West Palm Beach", and from "Jacksonville". Let me preface this by saying - I don't attend restaurants like this expecting white glove service - My bar for the quality of service that I expect is minuscule, as the prices reflect that. - The food is still consistently decent, hence the 2 instead of 1 star. I've been coming here for months for the bogo Tuesday deals. They have completely transformed their dining style to scanning the codes on the tables, and redeeming rewards on the app (completely separate from where you would view your tab). Mind you I understand this concept completely, and if it were functioning, I'd honestly have gone my merry way. I'd just be confused on who to tip is all. You'd think a restaurant going through an overhaul as significant as taking the servers away, that they'd make sure that everyone left looking confused would be helped right away. No. My party I was with waited around 15 minutes, by then they've just decided to sit at a table since no one approached them. I got there shortly after and we all waited for someone to come to the table to take our orders, which was about another 10 minutes after. We then got asked "you guys put your order in the app already right?" As if we knew to do that, as if this process has been in effect since the restaurant has been built. Kind of annoyed by this point already but I'm starving. So we go through the process of ordering and navigating the website (which is very inefficient by the way, it would've taken 5 minutes for the 4 servers on the floor to tend to the 11 tables in the restaurant at the time (split). - service industry worker here) it doesn't seem right to attempt taking away the servers completely if they're still gonna be needed throughout the dining experience anyways. Might aswell let them try and build rapport with their tables for a potentially bigger tip... Anyways we got our food and it was good thankfully, I ordered an appetizer since I figured that the big order we just put in would take forever. It ended up showing up forever after we got our wings. They had been sitting on the line dead for at the very least 5 minutes. (Which is a lot when food is kept under a strong heat lamp). Okay that's cool at least I got them, right? Went to pay and the process was incredibly frustrating, went to the host stand to pay, because on the website (that I was directed to) says to show my coupon code to a team member. Team member at the counter says wait for a server. Server gets to table and says it should be applied on the bill already (surprise, it wasn't). I'm shuffling through the app and website, and I was told that this has been happening all day by service staff. You'd think upper management would shut the non functioning mechanism they have in place when it hasn't, uhm, been working all day it seems? Revenue wise I feel like that'd be the way to go. But who am I to say. I'm just someone who because of this, won't be returning for atleast a year, and hopefully by then they have themselves together. And by the way it was never figured out. Served had to push the payment through anyways. And it forced the tip through. No receipt. I'm confused as to who the tip was allocated towards. Come on bdubz, your restaurants are too high volume for this. Is this gonna be worth it? A table that could've been flipped within a 45 minute window was flipped in 100 minutes. Less money for servers, less money for the restaurant, less happiness from everyone involved in this incredibly messed up process. As much as I dislike Chilis, and haven't been there in forever, you should take a page out of their play book and put screens on the tables that are already linked to the tables so everything the restaurant patron needs is on ONE screen, not on a website, and an app that I have to mingle through to get a singular coupon. read more

We arrived around 5pm, after a day of hanging out with friends. We were hungry and craving wings. I picked their "Medium" Traditional wings. About 15 wings and you can pick at least 2 sauces to divide amongst your wings. I have a delicate stomach (thanks to eating too much spicy food in the past) and always got for the mild-like sauces (green zone). Went with their traditionally Mild and Honey BBQ wings (my favorite!). Wings come with a side of celery and carrots with your choice of dressing between blue cheese or ranch. I always go for ranch. Place wasn't packed, considering it was a late Sunday afternoon. Service was friendly and fast. However, server mixed up out orders and they came out within 5 minutes of each other (Don't you hate that awkwardness when you want to eat and you get your order first and everybody is looking at you?) Atmosphere: The entire restaurant is covered with large TV screens and watching multiple sport events at the same time. If you're looking for a fun place to watch a game and be amongst other fans this is a good location for that. Service: The service here is not the best and it's not a "quick in and out" experience.
