The guy then argued at me that I got ketchup and hot sauce, and I told him I didn't ask for those things. He said that fries come with ketchup. Second, my friend who ordered ahead of me had to sit around and wait for more than 15 minutes for food (I got mine before he did), because they kept getting orders and would work on the most recent orders first. A roach is disturbing on its own, but a German cockroach is commonly associated with infestations, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety.
