Place a mobile order for here using the app. We got bogo boneless wings and fries. The order was ready when we arrived and we ate In. A typical Zaxby's meal The restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom. However there was quite a bit of trash in the parking lot.

Average chicken finger fare . . . had shrimp also and that was better than the chicken. Prices are decent and the inside of the restaurant is nice, but food is salty and fries are just ok. Service was prompt and the restaurant was clean.

Chicken is greasy, fries are cold, service sucked. The asked me everything I wanted at the drive through window specially and still got my order wrong. I guess toast is cheaper then coleslaw or they were out of it- one of the 2. I asked to substitute honey mustard for the Zaxby sauce but I got both sauce and an up charge. I won't be coming back. I didn't realize yea was a dollar up charge. Too bad chick fil a was closed today. Just wanted to follow up on this review, I barfed it all up at 3 o'clock in the morning. This place gets a big thumbs down from me.

Chicken is star here. No holding back on the chook, plenty of meat in the tenders and burger. Batter is nicely seasoned and deep fried to golden brown.

This Zaxbys did not put any seasoning on the fries. Nobody even likes Zaxbys, they just like the seasoning. Zaxbys fries without seasoning= bad fries.

The chicken is the only worth eating here. I pray we never see a Zaxbys in Michigan.

We don't have Zaxby's in Ohio and we LOVE them, so we drove thru the drive thru (this was Sat night before Valentine's Day).

Tues holiday...needed away from the outlet... Perfect location, found easy parking…read more.. Early afternoon, classic burger/fries, bowl of chili, Brussel sprouts, farmer's? Burger split fries/onion ring. Didn't have to hunt for meat in the chili and modestly spiced- the bowl was generously sized. Brussel sprouts cooked maybe 2 min too long, but YUM, loved the flavor. Classic Burger on brioche, came well done as ordered, generous fries. My farmer's Burger? Just WOW. I pulled the perfectly fried egg off and ate it. Bacon perfectly crisp, REAL(not iceburg) lettuce. Onion rings came late....but so worth it. Courteous service with a beautiful smile, and quick to refresh our perfectly brewed iced tea. Coming back AND bringing friends...what a find!

It has a real down home feel. The place offers burgers (Mushroom Swiss, BBQ Burger), sandwiches (Cheesesteaks, Reuben, BLT, Chicken Sandwiches with Ranch/Buffalo options), and hearty baskets with fried chicken, cod, or shrimp, plus breakfast served all day, desserts (chocolate pie!), and options like pork chops or steak. They have someone thing for everyone. Everything is cooked to ordered. We started off with deep fried deviled eggs. My wife had the Beef Stroganoff. While I had the House Smash Burger. The stroganoff is served in a wide, shallow bowl that showcases the sauce's glossy sheen and the generous scatter of sautéed mushrooms. Steam carries a rounded, savory bouquet: beef-forward notes, toasty browned butter, and the faint acid of a finishing touch -- likely a splash of vinegar, wine, or lemon -- that hints the sauce will be bright rather than cloying. The presentation is simple and effective: no unnecessary frills, just clear evidence that plate composition exists to showcase the food's strengths. The sauce is the star: a glossy, velvety emulsion built on a brown stock backbone, enriched with sour cream (or a light cultured cream), and tempered with mustard and a touch of acidity. The mushrooms are properly caramelized, offering an earthy counterpoint and slight chew that complements the tender beef. Onions are present but not intrusive; garlic and a whisper of thyme or parsley frame the dish without flattening the primary flavors. Chubby's pairs the stroganoff with broad egg noodles -- they're al dente-yielding and capture the sauce in their folds, which makes each mouthful a composed, layered bite rather than separate elements awkwardly forced together. The Smash Burger was an equal masterpiece as well. In an era when burgers can feel formulaic and predictable, the SMASH Triple Burger with Chubby Sauce at Chubby's Restaurant stands out not just as a meal, but as a culinary statement, mine was constructed of three thin-pressed beef patties -- each seared to achieve that iconic lace of caramelization -- deliver an intoxicating aroma of grilled beef that primes the palate for something special. The smash technique here isn't a gimmick; it's a masterstroke that intensifies the beef's flavor while maintaining juiciness through every layer, a testament to precise heat management on the griddle. The Chubby Sauce, a house specialty that earns its name with rich, tangy complexity, serves as the burger's soul. It marries creamy umami with a whisper of sweetness and a balanced acidity that cuts through the savory heft of the triple stack. This sauce is not merely a condiment -- it's the architectural glue that binds texture and taste, elevating each bite into a chorus of complementary notes. What makes this experience remarkable was how it balances bold indulgence with thoughtful restraint: the trio of patties makes a statement, yet the burger never feels overwhelmingly heavy. Each layer interacts harmoniously, and the Chubby Sauce is nothing short of inspired -- tangy yet creamy, bold yet nuanced. We topped it all off with pie. My wife had the peanut butter while I opted for the Apple pie was our desert. Dessert at Chubby's often arrives with the quiet confidence of a house specialty, and the both the Apple & Peanut Butter Pie is no exception. If you think you've had every version of apple pie, this one will surprise you. Chubby's Apple Pie is warm, comforting, and brilliantly balanced. The apples are tender and spiced just right, the crust is buttery and flaky. The peanut butter pie has a subtle, savory richness that keeps the dessert from being overly sweet. It's indulgent without being heavy and memorable in the best way. An absolute must-order if you save room for dessert. This was a great dining experience and in a tourist dominated area, this place stands out as real down home cooking that your grandmother made. Highly recommend, this is one the most stop sites if you are in the area.

Everyone had just been seated. It would have been a 45 minute wait. I had hoped maybe they would ask the couple if they would mind dining inside. We left and stopped at another business. It had been awhile since we were there so I called to see an outside table was available. They told me probably in 10-15 minutes. Knowing we had been there earlier and we had dogs, they wouldn't hold it for us. Food was great. Their tenderloin could easily serve 4 people. The fried deviled eggs are excellent!
