I had their boneless wings last time and the grilled chicken sandwich. Both were ok. The grilled chicken sandwich is on the dry and tasteless side but it wasn't terrible. The sandwich came with about 10 french fries. It kinda felt like they were rationing for the dinner rush. The most disappointing part was that a lot of items are no longer on their menu. Food is good most of the time. Last couple of times we were there, the food was very sloppily made. One nibbler was missing part of the bun... but my bigger problem is that an employee was smoking pot in the bathroom for at least 20+ minutes and another person had a scale at a table to measure pot. Cold chicken fingers, flies everywhere and poor customer service. I enjoyed my first experience with Zaxby's at a different location so I returned for another meal. I took my family here who is visiting from out of state and I was so embarrassed! The young lady at the counter didn't know much about the menu and had to guess every time we had a question. She also spoke so low that it made it very difficult to understand what she was saying. We sat by the windows and their window sills are full of dead flies while some are still buzzing around us. I ordered using Door dash tonight 3/5/23, Zaxbys Zensation salad! Once again the restaurant didn't complete my order correctly. They didn't put the salad dressing special citrus vinergrette. The restaurants know they need to include them because the salad doesn't taste right without it. All door dash does is refund you when all I want it my salad dressing!!! read more

If I could leave 0 I would. I have been to this location twice and both times asked for my chicken and fries to be crispy. Both times they came out horrible and today I drove back to them and demanded a refund after handing them back cold soggy fries and chicken just as greasy. Manager couldn't even refund or speak in person. Had the poor girl give me my refund back. This place is horrible and should be closed. It gives other Zaxbys a bad name. They weren't kidding when they said (on a sign, at least) that Zaxby's might be addicting. Their chicken fingers taste amazing, and whatever seasoning they use is better than the secret spices of KFC. Ok, that's not necessarily that good of a compliment, is it? But seriously, the seasoning on their chicken fingers are good. And their fries are good, too! It's all good! Well, the wings are just okay, so I'm sticking to the chicken fingers plate. Zaxby's is probably one of the better fast food places I've ever tried, the others being Five Guys and Chick-Fil-A. But it is still a fast food place, so don't get your hopes up ridiculously high then get mad that it's "just fast food". Duh. The decor of Zaxby's is really quite home-y and better than most fast food places too. Their booths are comfortable, and the vintage decor makes it very interesting. I always find a new intriguing thing to inspect on the walls when I'm there. They can even help start a new conversation if you're into that sort of thing. So if you're ever in the mood for an actually decent food quickly, and there happens to be a Zaxby's near you, I would suggest giving it a try. I'm sure glad I finally did! read more

Service was VERY SLOW. Food was good but nothing to brag about. Chicken sandwich was good. Mashed potatoes did not have enough gravy.

I used to work as Zaxby's and the food I got today was so disappointing. You don't get what you pay for like you're supposed to. You're supposed to get 5 ounces of fries and I got a 5 finger plate. Supposed to be double fries (replaced the cole slaw so you're supposed to get 8 ounces) looks more like 4 ounces all together. The chicken fingers I got have gotten slighty better compared to the chick nuggets I normally get, and the last thing is the toast. Good it's not burnt but it was definitely was soggy. read more

I like Zaxby's, I have to say ...this one is a disappointment! I have only been twice and both times my food doesn't seem fresh! I should get a hint when the parking lot is always empty. I've eaten several times for lunch as it is so close to my work at Robins AFB and I've never had a bad experience. It is a typical Zaxby's restaurant. Food comes out fast and service is good. The dining area and restrooms are clean. I usually get the Wings & Things and sometimes the Grilled Chicken combo. They have one of those hi-tech Coke machines where you can select several different Coke flavors via touchscreen. It's nice, but there is usually a line there because customers either are taking too long to choose or don't know what they're doing. read more

I give this place one star (wish I could do 0) because the milkshakes are a complete rip off!!! The cup is maybe one third full. I asked them why they didn't finish filling the cup and their response was, "that's the way they're supposed to be. " I paid close to four dollars on a milkshake that was about one third full. its good. everything is cooked perfectly but please for the love of god. season your seasoned fries more. for the past couple months they've been "lacking". honestly i dont taste a difference between their seasoned fries and plain fries.i honestly look forward to the fries the most when i get zaxby's (i love fries) and its disappointing when they dont have much seasoning on them. Not sure why, i doubt they're lacking on seasoning, because about 2 years ago i asked for extra seasoning and i got a small condiment container with plenty of it.
