Another success for Chef Jose Andres. We have been dining here for 2 days. The food is Turkish and Greek made with high end ingredients. Chef Sergio is very talented. Grace is a wonderful waitress too. I love the middle eastern breakfast they provide. For lunch or dinner I recommend the grilled lamb and the seared salmon. All the food is made in house and the pastry chef does a great job. If you want quality healthy authentic Turkish and Greek food then come here

We were craving something different and came across this restaurant. It's right next to the pool and had both indoor and outdoor seating. We chose to eat outdoors. There were lots of options for all courses and we decided on salads and then shared the Kabob platter with fries for dinner. Service was great and there were good drink options as well.

Anywhere where you can see the water, and be called "Mr. F" instead of just Sergio is a good place! I met up here for as very late brunch / early dinner with a couple of friends a recent weekend and can definitely see what "puttin' on the Ritz" is about. Service was casual but classic, and again made me feel like royalty. This new venture by Chef Jose Andres is located on the second level of the Ritz Carlton; since my friends and I were in shorts and polos, we sat outside facing the pool deck enjoying the sights and some downtempo EDM drifting up from the beach. Zaytinya's menu is Lebanese / Mediterranean fusion with great mojitos. We started with their complimentary warm & fluffy pita bread, perfect for any dip or spread or by itself. Since the service is tapas & I was hungry, my choices were the Mujadara (a delicious lentil-based pilaf with a dollop of Greek yogurt. Sticking to chicken, I ordered both the more savory Shish Taouk Kabob (chicken, sumac, onions & tomatoes), as well as the slightly sweeter Chicken Youvetsy. This was my favorite, served in a pasta bed and sweetened by cinnamon. Of course, room was made for a slice of their Baklava cheesecake. The balance of honey ice cream & drizzle and pistachios made for a sweet closeout to dinner and the weekend.

Omg this place is one of one, my fave restaurant of all time! We sprang for the five course dinner experience. Each course was heavenly! The service was excellent, very helpful for any questions we had and for wine recommendations. The chef is top notch. This is a fancy restaurant in a five star hotel with a very nice, spacious, comfortable dining area and a super beautiful patio. I was beyond impressed. Went here for my bf's special bday dinner while on vacation.

Cute, but not at the level of what I expect at The Ritz Carlton. The tapas were just ok. I liked the Greek salad (not pictured) but thankfully the baklava cheesecake saved the day! This was a balanced, fresh & unique dessert. I tried it at the recommendation of Monroe Steele on YouTube. Customer service was slow and not 5 star, perhaps given automatic gratuity.

It your expecting an exceptional experience because it is at the Ritz Carlton, that isn't what's going to happen. This restaurant belongs in the lobby of a Doubletree. Average pancakes and bland pineapple. Started out with waitress spilling hot coffee on me. Apologized and got me wet towel to wipe it up. The biggest turn off to having breakfast here was the staff allows children running around the restaurant, playing with the buffet food and being super loud. Shame on the parents that let their spoiled children ruin other peoples experience. But really shame on the staff that lets it go on and says nothing. Spoke to the management who genuinely felt bad, but also said we were all kids once. Pass the buck and don't take any responsibility.

Located in the beautiful ritz at the end of Lincoln road. This Jose Andres restaurant lives up to the brand. Well trained staff, beautiful interior, and nice Mediterranean food. We came for the Miami spice and it didn't disappoint. The serving sizes were generous. I enjoyed the starter salad and shrimp dish the most. The olive oil cake was a nice treat at the end! I enjoyed the hummus and puffy, fresh bread that came with it too. Valet parking or street. There are also garages not too far away.

The "waterproof" fabric on the outdoor furniture at this restaurant in the Ritz was stained. But, other than that the aesthetics here were very nice! The staff was helpful and attentive. We had a great time overall and would recommend to anyone staying at the hotel or passing by who wants drinks and apps. The drinks here are really good! Compliments to the bartender! We ordered: 1.) Hpiti spread which was 5 stars, full of fresh red pepper, cheesy and delicious. It was served with fresh made pita bread. The pita bread was fluffy, light and yummy 2.) The beet salad was just want we needed! The beets weren't over dressed which made them desirable to bite into because their freshness was preserved. The quantity of salad was bountiful which made the dish easy to share. 3.) We also ordered the dressed fries. The fries were salted to perfection. My only complaint here would be that the labneh dipping sauce was dressed on the fries instead. But, this dish was still yummy. I think if the price was lowered it would make this dish more popular. For drinks we ordered carajillos (Mexican coffee martinis) and the zatar margarita (with mezcal). The drinks were SO delicious. The bartender needs a raise. Thanks for having us!!

5/5 service - very friendly staff Food was super solid but at the same time, I was not wowe. Went in with several people so we tried a bit of everything. Tried the hummus, labneh, fattoush, tabbouleh, falafel, halloumi pide (least favorite- wished there was more halloumi), sea scallops (strong seafood smell but was good), celebration rice (favorite because of the combination of flavors and texture), kebab platter(one of the lamb kebabs was super gamey and tough but the rest were good)

Wow wow. My husband and I had a phenomenal meal here after my event. Everything from ambiance, service, and food made it great - and pricing made it even BETTER. A multi-course meal like we had here would be prob cost 3x more in Tampa Bay too (where we are based), which is also why we came out so happy. Service, just impeccable. Gotta start there. Truly felt like I was back to the Mediterranean. Great recommendations and always attentive to our needs without being overbearing. A hard balance to strike. Food and drinks, oh my. Delicious. We had the lamb Barahat ((lamb, tabouleh, hummus plate)), kibbeh, soujuk pide, Turkish coffee cake, the Sidecar to Tangier cocktail. Everything was phenomenal. Fresh, well-seasoned; juicy where needed and crunchy where needed. We could repeat that order whenever we crave Mediterranean food over and over and be so happy and satisfied every time. Chef José Andrés food never disappoints me. This was another hit for us!

The sea scallops with dill sauce were absolutely to die for--I could've eaten a whole plate of just those! I started with the fattoush salad, which was light and refreshing. For my entrée, I had the Salmon Durum, a marinated salmon wrap that was good, but the scallops definitely stole the show. The ambiance was lovely with a nice view of the courtyard, and the service was expeditious and attentive.

Located in the Ritz-Carlton hotel in South Beach, it's a nice interior with many outdoor seatings overlooking the pool. Not as vibrant as their original location in Washington DC though - the DC location has lots of energy, which this was lacking. We participated in the Miami Spice dinner menu which is priced at $60 per person. You get five courses per person. We ordered two to share between three people. It was plenty of food. If it's your first time dining at Zaytina, I highly recommend giving their Miami Spice menu a try as it has most of their popular dishes such as Hommus, Baba Ghannouge, Garides Me Anitho, Shish Taouk, Adana Kebab and Seared Salmon. I saw they have a breakfast buffet for $55, will have to try that next time I am in the area. Be interested to see how that is. Service for the most part was fast and friendly.

We had lunch today and our server. Stephanie was amazing.. She took time to talk with us and offered us suggestions on different foods to try. She helped us celebrate my brother's birthday in the most amazing way thank you Stephanie. We love you.

Everything we ordered was packed with flavor and cooked so well, but the lamb was definitely the standout for me. It was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor, the kind of dish where every bite just melts. We also loved the other dishes we tried and the sides complemented everything perfectly. Definitely a spot I'd come back to for both the food and the overall experience!

We were whisked inside to the intimate, dimly lit interior with a DJ table tastefully tucked away in the back of the space. Service was welcoming but overall, not quite as warm and attentive as I've experienced at other places in town. We started off with the Turkish Manti Dumplings, which were the standout of the night. The complexity yet restraint of flavor, balancing indescribable buttery, roasted, earthy notes with a touch of umami and subtle tanginess from the yogurt. The Mezze Sampler was a nice option for trying three of the dips. All very tasty, but I've had slightly better elsewhere. The Sweet Jeweled rice was the other standout with flavor and textural variety that made each bite pop. I found the Roasted Brussels Sprouts undercooked and lacking the same level of flavor as the other plates. The weakest dish of the evening. The Grilled Whole Bronzino got top marks from the meat eaters at the table. Overall, 4/5 stars for a delicious meal but with tough competition around town limiting my ability to hit that 5.

We've been hitting up Mediterranean restaurants like nobody's business on this leg of our spring…read morebreak, in part because of our proximity to many, and in part because my progeny and I are currently obsessed with babaganoush in its many variations. For this particular dinner, we were also focused on finding a truly vegetarian friendly restaurant where we could take our dear friends. Kabobji was a wonderful choice for vegetarians, omnivores, and carnivores alike. It's a large restaurant with plenty of booths and large tables for gathering with friends and family. Someone I suspect to be an owner was working hard alongside his wait staff and displayed a sense of genuine hospitality. Above all, the restaurant has a rock solid kitchen. The falafel ($13.99 / 5 pieces) here were ****STELLAR****!!! They're shaped like Indian medu vada (fried with a hole in the middle), probably for the same reason: to allow as much of the surface to fry to that perfect golden crisp as possible. And Kabobji's falafel were, in fact, awesomely crisp and well textured, made from soaked chickpeas in the traditional style, perfectly sized, nuanced and subtle in flavor -- some of the best we can remember having. (For reference, we love Nish Nush and Tanoreen for falafel in NYC -- and I think our neighborhood must be one of the major international epicenters for falafel.) Also excellent: the baba ghannouj ($10.99 for the small size), just a bit chunky, enriched with a lot of tahini, a moderate amount of garlic, a touch of lemon. This is how we like to make it at home. The vegetable ghallaba platter ($20.99) was simply made with thinly sliced onions and bell peppers, a small amount of zucchini, I think, and a touch of tomato. I would've loved to have had a spritz of lemon or sprinkle of sumac for a more acidic component, perhaps a little less onion. Note that this dish works better as a main course when accompanied by something protein-y like hummus, but it was pleasant to eat alongside our other orders. A convive, who went with the mixed shawarma platter ($27.99), found it to be a generous portion size and enjoyed it, especially with a side of well composed fattoush salad (+$5.99 to upgrade). Beef shish kebab ($14.99) and lamb shawarma ($15.99) wraps were both excellent and moist, a good balance of protein and vegetable. I didn't try them, but the "cheese pies" ($12.99) turned out to be pitas covered with a large amount of melty white cheese that some young children might enjoy as pizza. (Mine probably would've found them to be "too cheesy," but they're mutants.) They came three to an order. When you dine in, they bring a big basket of warm pita / pida to the table -- quite a generous touch!! I think it's house made and of course went beautifully with our food. Bottom line: GREAT FALAFEL! Great, low-key, family-friendly vibe. Good for vegetarians and non-vegs. Go.
