This experience is in regard to how my mom was treated when she came here for a gel pedicure. No my mom is almost 70 years old and her English isn't the best but I just feel like the nail tech had about an attitude and didn't really practice patience and good customer service for her. She was very rude and brief and didn't follow what my mom wanted she didn't do a very good job of cleaning her feet. My mom called me upset and so I showed up to the shop to advocate for her and I was also met with the same attitude. I'm pretty sure I had something to do with it being later in the evening, but still, I would hope they would have treated my mom a little better. The original price of the pedicure was $25 but I cut the service short because my mom wasn't happy. I asked how much she would charge for the work that was already done and she said $20 since my mom did not get a massage or any polish put on. I didn't wanna cause a scene but I don't think it's fair that she only deducted five dollars because I'm pretty sure I can't come in and get a massage and polish on my feet for just five dollars and to be honest if she was really a professional, she should have not charged my mom anything Especially with how unsatisfied my mom was. It peeves me having to return to a nail salon for nails that had popped off less than a week for an acrylic fill. I have buyers remorse when I tip 20% for work that doesn't stay. But what grossed me out was watching one of the nail technicians, clean out her nose and brush her teeth while washing dishes in the sink that they use for hand washing. My favorite technician is gone and the salon isn't very relaxing with the fluorescent lights but I think that there is a proper way to handle yourself as an employee in front of customers. Place is very spacious. Come early because it can pick up quickly! Lee was the lady who did my pedicure! She was very attentive to details and took her time with my nails which is what I appreciate the most. She did a great job massaging me. I definitely want to go back to this place. The people here are really courteous. The day that I came in, they weren't talking among each other as coworkers. They just focused on their clients which I love because it just made me feel more relaxed after coming in to the nail salon with no sleep as I had just come off a 12 hour shift from the hospital. I came down from LA and wanted to find a local nail salon that could accommodate 3 of us on short notice. Called for an appointment to spoil my sister-in-law and niece. They were open and the place looked very clean and ac on (it was so hot that weekend!). My sister got the best spa pedicure that knocked her out from the massage, my niece got a mani & pedi, and I got my stiletto black nails with gold foil accents. I have no complaints! I recently moved to the area & have been looking for a new nail place as my normal nail lady is now farther away. I found this place last minute (I desperately needed a fill) and came in on a Thursday evening and it was very quiet and relaxing (I was the only customer) I got a fill for my gel nails and it came out to $26 which I dont think is a bad price considering the gel & coffin shape that he updated. I didn't catch his name but he took his time and had a good attention to detail that I really appreciated! For the location, cleanliness, friendliness and moderate prices I'll most likely be back! Also because they are open every day of the week and give you a punch/stamp card for your visits which eventually give you $10 off! Overall I had a good experience & I plan to be back soon. Very affordable nail salon. I got a regular pedicure with callus removal (plus $5) and a regular manicure for $25. Also, supplies used for my cuticles were packaged and new. The service was ok. The woman doing my pedicure coughed on my feet a few times with no effort to cover her mouth, that was annoying. Even though my feet were partially in the water, she should have covered her mouth. She also nicked my fingers a couple of times during the manicure, causing one of my cuticles to bleed. It's still painful a few days later, and appears like a chunk of my cuticle is missing. No complaints for the pedicure. With the callus removal, they don't "scrape" the feet with a filer. Natural products are used to soften the feet, then the feet are scrubbed with a pumice. I was almost out of the door and about to pay after letting my nails dry under a UV light. I asked the woman who'd done my nails if she thought the nails were dry and she said yes. Well, reaching for my wallet three nails were smudged. I had to get them repainted and wait more time for the nails to dry. Overall, prices are good and my nails are neatly done, service could be better with proper etiquette. read more

You cannot see the transition from the pink to the white part of the nail, which is just what I wanted. This is the first nail salon I visit in California since I moved and will be my go-to. My pedicure was also very well done, my cuticles were completely removed and the bottom of my feet were nicely scrubbed removing all dead skin. You cannot tell now, but my left toe nail was chipped significantly and with just a bit of acrylic, my nail is now even. Do not visit this nail shop. The owner is rude and she is money hungry. I had been a loyal customer for over a year. Everytime I had my nails & ped done she would stamp my card. After 15 visits you get $10 off. When It was finally time for my $10 off, the fem owner refused to honor the card she had originally given me. I told them I had to be in and out quick and they got the job done. Not only did they get the job done but they did a good job! This was my very first time coming to this nail salon and I was quite pleased. From the moment I walked in, their customer service has been great. I was the very first client that arrived this morning and a lady greeted me and sat me down right away; offering me any drinks while I wait for the nail tech to do my nails. I felt comfortable because I'm so use to ladies talking amongst each other (in their own language) not trying to be stereotypical)) but with Jimmy (doing my nails) and the lady who did my pedicure at the same time; did their job quickly and efficiently. They were very focused at what they were doing. Very friendly and accommodating. Lastly! They give you a card and each visit = a stamp. Once you get to the 10th one, you get $10 off! Pretty awesome and the prices here affordable. I did not know that this place is under new management however I hope they continue to keep that great first impression! I didn't give them a full 5 star because the shape of my nails are kind of off but they still look good for my birthday next week! Jimmy just practice a bit more. (I give you props for doing nails since you're a guy.) I also do suggest that maybe you guys should add 1-2 more people on your shift so you guys do avoid hateful comments about being understaff.
