Just had the worst pedicure I chose the most expensive one for the leg massage and all she did was rub the lotion on instead of massage, they should make sure their employees are fully trained because it becomes a reflection of their business. This place is outrageously overpriced for absolutely no reason. The service is literally rushed and not friendly at all. I should have known something was wrong when I walked in and it was completely empty. Upon sitting down my nail tech started rushing to file off my gel polish while another nail tech pulled out his phone and timed her to see how long it would take. She rushed as she burned my cuticles in the process. I went in for a basic gel fill with French design and was told it was $100 after she was done because I had a "chrome" line! Tl;dr: Mostly a hit for me, sometimes a miss I've come to this nail salon less than a handful of times. I'm super basic when it comes to my nails, stopped getting gel, single color regular polish. So I can't speak on any fancy stuff. Establishment is clean. The regular Polish doesn't exactly match the little sample colors, so if you do regular Polish, I recommend asking if you can see a swatch on your nail before moving forward. The ladies that have done my manicures and pedicures have been great. Nice, firm massages, which makes the service super worth it. I was a little disappointed with my pedicure today. The massage was just okay, felt more like someone just rubbing lotion on my skin, not enough pressure at all. And when I Was looking at my toe nails, I noticed that my nail was cut at an awkward angle, not major, just disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. So I don't know if that's his normal, or if he was just distracted and not engaged with the pedicure. Whatever price they give you, increase it by $20-30 because that's realistic. I looked at reviews before I came. My daughter went with Tram, i tried going with Kat but Kat doesnt work today. When I got to the salon I ended up asking if Hannah would be able to see me while my daughter was with Tram. Super happy with my decision! The establishment is very clean. Super busy and a lot of returning customers. You can tell because Nicole would greet everyone walking In through the door by their name. Bathroom is clean as well! First, Hannah is super sweet, nice and friendly. I apologized profusely about my ugly broken nails but she assured me everything is okay and she is here to help. I type a lot for work and my nails are really brittle so I went with the dip powder manicure. It turned out so pretty and natural. Just what I asked for! I got a gel pedicure done as well. Had to apologize for my ugly toes that hasnt had tlc in a few months and my hairy legs. Hannah said it was okay and she wasnt bothered. I debated posting my negative experience but people should know the type of quality that the employees are allowed to deliver. And based on others reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one that's had a bad experience with this lady. No names are mentioned but virtually the same experience it seems like. I told this woman that I had an event coming up and that I needed great nails, they needed to be perfect. she said she it was no problem. See the horrific job she did in the pictures I posted! . I asked for someone else to step in and fix it and whoever was in charge the evening just told me to come back the next day. They had someone else fix them but it was so embarrassing to have these nails for just a day. Also, the lack of empathy or accountability had me in disbelief. No one apologized and more so seemed annoyed that I asked for it to be fixed. For the price point here, I HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else. I want to come back because the location is convenient but I do not want to risk getting the same text and don't want to be mistreated for being outspoken. I am only giving 2 stars because the person who fixed my nails did an amazing job, i think her name is Kat, but the fact that Kim is allowed to take clients and continues to be employed here... really makes you question management and their standards. This is the worst nail place I have been to in a long time for multiple reasons. I got a pedi and a fill, and while the pedi was perfectly fine with women who did my fill also did a fix and glued the new tip on extremely crooked and then act like she had no idea what I was talking about when I told her. Then she overly filed one side of it to make it look "better". She then was so sloppy and kept using way too much product for the fill and then overly filed parts of the nail. Then to top it off she took soooooo long to do the horrible job that she did, she was rushing to hurry up since it was time for them to close she put wayyyyy to much gel on my nails and it was globbed on the side and under my nail. And when I let her know a chunk of the gel polish came off and she left my nail unsealed. I was extremely over it at that point and just wanted to go home. And then to put the cherry on top, she drilled one nail so thin within 24 hours, one of my nails literally popped off opening a bag of chips. When I went back to tell her she tried to just glue on a tip without even taking off the rest of the previous nail! It would be a different thing if the woman who did this was at least nice or apologetic but she wasn't and was offended anytime I told her about anything. However if you don't want anything pointed out, you should be able to do better. read more
