Whole wheat everything bagel is one of the best bagels I've ever had. This place is my go to for breakfast sandwiches and hero's.

Yummy!!! Coffee is always hot comes with extra milk and sugar. I always find something extra they never forget to add. Only once they forgot to deliver home fries, which actually is so delicious.. so I called, and guess what?... in 30 min delivery guy came back with one extra home fries and a little container of rainbow cookies. I have been coming here for over 7-8 years. Frank and Juan are the two main guys that ALWAYS take care of me. They remember my name and make my experience welcoming. Generally I order breakfast from here like egg whites with potatoes and toast but every now and again I get reg turkey on roll or one of their speciality sandwhich. They run a special that with a sandwhich you get a soda or water for like $7 bucks which is t bad at all and you get good quality food. My favorite item ever is ice coffee. Zee Bagels is one of those places I might not have discovered if it weren't for being stuck at home and looking for good delivery options. Thankfully they expanded their delivery range to accommodate more customers. They are the BEST bagel place I have found that delivers to me. Totally fine bagels-not good and not bad. It depends if you are comparing them to bagels outside of nyc or other ones in nyc. Compared to other nyc bagels these really aren't great. If you are hungry and need something in a pinch it will do the job. read more

Nice bagel store place is a little small but its clean and the staff is very nice. Bagels are really good all of their spreads, lox, cream cheeses are always fresh. The staff makes what you ask for they have never screwed up my order in all the time have been there. I was a frequent customer of Zee Bagels for years, because they made the best bagels in the area, hands down, or should I say hand rolled. They offer a large variety and I usually took home more than I planned because the bagels here are really lovely to look at as you wait your turn. The service is quick, as there are sufficient staff to handle all the orders. For a small store it is quite a happening place. Parking is pretty easy here, and you rarely have to walk more than half a block to the store. I moved to Connecticut this past spring and Zee bagels was one of the things I have missed the most. Yesterday I made one of my infrequent returns to the Borough and after a scrumptious meal at Jay and Lloyd's across the street, I purchased 2 Dozen beauties to take home to CT. I have the option of eating at many lunch spots in Sheepshead Bay and wind up here 3 days minimum a week. Great deals on wraps and salads. I usually get the Gong wrap (chicken, avocado, cheddar, teriyaki sauce) or a grilled chicken salad. The staff is super friendly and make you feel at home. Supporting local businesses is really important to me. More so, supporting GREAT local businesses is incredibly important. Zee Bagels is that business. I have been a customer for quite awhile. First, the staff is very polite helpful and quick. Like really quick. I had an order with approximately 8 different items and I was reading each one of the items one by one when the young man simply said to just TELL him the entire order and he would prepare everything. Which he did. He remembered everything I said. I work on the avenue and we get bagels delivered to our business every Saturday. Mini bagels with butter, cream cheese, and vegetable cream cheese. I've lived in Brooklyn my entire life and I must tell you that I have tasted many brooklyn bagels. These are really quite authentic. Look at the rest of the menu. The breakfast special with eggs in a plate with hand cut potatoes is out of this world. And if I am not mistaken, it's $4 for the plate with toast. The breakfast special is better than any diner in the area. In addition I usually pay anywhere upwards of $8 or more at the diner. I'm not knocking the diners in the area. Great neighborhood spot for the best bagels in Brooklyn. The spot speaks for itself. Small, hole in the wall, but always packed no matter what time you go. I grew up around this area so this is a staple and my go-to place for bagels and always have a sense of pride and get defensive if you don't say Zee Bagels have the best bagels. Great people work there; always recognize the locals and loyal customers. Definitely can get orders mixed up sometimes due to the busyness of the place, but that is expected. And although there is a sign which I think said Order Here, the staff behind the counter were non existent except for someone at the register. So I stood there while all the help chattered endlessly toward the back area until someone came out and noticed me. I was just about to walk out. I'm easy, plain bagel, scoop it out and butter it well. Excellent quality of bagels. Some real NY bagels here. I was missing the legendary H & H bagels from the city, and these came quite close. Very impressed with how they tasted. They make really great breakfast sandwiches but, the last time I ordered, there were blue pen mark all over my sandwich as they wrote the name on top of the paper that wraps the sandwich in. which I ended up throwing away half of my sandwich because the ink was all over it.
