Visited on a Friday night and it wasnt as packed as I thought it would be. The parking lot behind the building may be packed but they are mostly there for the BBQ restaurant next door. Ordering here is easy and simple. When entering, grab the menu(s) on the left side of the bar, then pick a seat. Once youre ready to order, head up to the front bar cashier and tell them your order. The wait though takes about 30 minutes or more, depending on how big and how many pizzas you order. What I love about their pizza choices is not all of them are the typical pizza sauce and cheese. You get various options: oil based, adventure based, and regular based. For 4 people, we ordered the Chevre Roast - medium size (oil base), Legion of Shroom - medium size (adventure base), Hawaiian (regular base) - small size, and Texas Leaguer (adventure base) - small size. Texas Leaguer's adventure base was mainly bbq sauce and Legion of Shroom's was chevre. Out of these, our favorite was the Texas Leaguer. It had that sweet bbq taste that we liked with some soft chicken. You can also make your own pizza if none of the pizza options suits your tastes. We are new to the area and this was our first time ordering pizza for take out from Zeeks Pizza on California. We were put off by some of the reviews but decided to give them a try and are glad we did. The pizzas were ready in a reasonable time, were piping hot, and most importantly they were delicious. Unfortunately we didn't take a photo but the pizzas were artfully prepared with the ingredients and were attractive as well as well-proportioned. ALLERGY ISSUE: Arrived to Zeeks shortly after 7pm for my friend's birthday. There were about 3 tables filled in the entire place, but drinks still took 15 minutes to arrive to the table. The big screw up: we ordered a pizza with no mushrooms, we said "NO MUSHROOMS" (3) separate times to the server because we had someone allergic at the table. The pizza arrives and what do you know...mushrooms all over it. We promptly let the server know for the fourth time and he didn't even know what to say. No sincere apology, NOTHING! Just, "oh I'll put in another." Like dude, someone could have died. Even worse, he ignored our table the rest of the night out of embarrassment and even forgot our breadsticks. We had to get our own to-go boxes and everything. This wasn't a kitchen issue, it was a doped up service issue. This is by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my life, and I've been to some bad establishments. Nothing has topped this. I'm not a pizza person, i only came here for a kiddo's lunch. i opted for the salad & pizza combo for $15. the portions were worth the price. i got the wild greens salad and i think the pizza is called tree hugger (no meat, all veg). i am definitely bias as i do not care for pizza however i think this place was worth the price and tasted the way it should for a pizza. i loved the salad although the abundance of cheese and cashew was much too much for me. i probably won't come back because i don't care for pizza. that being said this was definitely better than a lot of other pizza's i've had to eat. read more

I should have checked Yelp before ordering delivery.. ordered based on Google review about gluten-free (GF) crust. The crust wasnt great (def not as good as Mod GG crust by a long shot, taste was okay bit a bit hard and chewy which Mod version is not..). Less than half of the surface of each slice had cheese.. you could see half of the sauce.. at a price point of $40 with tip for a medium pizza with only *two* toppings, and no sides.. they couldn't even cover 70 percent of crust with cheese? It wasn't even fresh mozzarella/authentic Italian style.. and the cheese didn't taste as good as Mod's either.. I also suspect the GF option is full of fillers because I am usually full after eating half a medium Mod pizza and have leftover for the next day.. but I ate all but one slice even though it was almost exactly the same diameter/size.. You can find better pizza with more toppings in West Seattle for less than half the price, in my experience.. maybe the regular crust is much better and/or dine-in customers are willing to pay for the atmosphere and I'm just not in their demographic.. read more

I want pizza from a place like Zeeks. I love Zeeks. It is local, delicious, high quality pizza that always satisfies my craving. They offer the toppings I love with sauce and seasonings that are the best. This last time I was sharing (sadly). We ordered the John Candy. Since I always have to have mushrooms, we added mushrooms to half! Yay! It was as delicious as every time I go. The John Candy is topped with Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, and and Italian Sausage. It is truly a meat pizza lover's dream. We were all thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. We also ordered a pitcher of Root Beer on tap and a Chop Salad. Both were also as amazing. I loved having Root Beer on tap as an option. It was really, really good Root Beer, too! One of the things I like about Zeeks is their topping selection. They have Salami and Prosciutto! Those are my go-to toppings (outside of mushrooms, of course). Accessibility: Zeeks is mostly accessible. This location has two accessible parking spots. Otherwise, the parking is tight and limited. There are stairs inside, but you do not have to go down them. The washrooms are accessible with grab bars. The seating is a mix of booths, low tables and chairs without arms, high tables and chairs/stools, and wooden picnic tables with large benches. The lighting is good and should not be an issue. When we were there, noise was not an issue, but it was not too busy. Gluten free is available, however, it is prepared using shared equipment. read more

Went in with my soccer team for beers and pizza after our game when finished I was hooked. Zeeks truly exceeded my expectations for a pizza and beer joint. First off the sell beer by the pitcher, not only beer but amazing local brands like Manny's by the Georgetown Brewing Company but also an IPA beer Id been searching for from Bend, Oregon called Boneyard. I mean any beer with a skull & crossbones as there logo is what I wanna drink. Needless to say they offer a many beer options for your consumption. Now the team ordered several giant sized pizzas with really fresh tasting ingredients. We ordered the PUGET POUNDER and THE JOHN CANDY. Both packed with meat for our manly needs. Those not partaking in matters of the flesh, Zeeks also serves Vegetarian , glutton free or simply make your own concoction. Went to pick up a pizza and the parking lot was full so we pulled into one of the delivery drivers spots just to turn around and a chubby male driver with long hair started to scream at us that it was only for drivers to park. We said we know we are just turning around he continued to scream and flipped us off as he went inside. I will not be eating here again. Their pizza is too expensive to have been treated poorly on top of it. Tell your drivers to chill the F down or get better drivers. I've been striking out lately with new restaurants. We were craving pizza and tried Zeek's - delivery was slow, but that was not their fault and the pizza was warm when we got it, so that was cool. But the garlic bread was literally so over cooked it was inedible, and the pizza was tough and dry. We just wanted edible food, not even anything crazy good. We were exhausted on our last day and had actually come to Zeek's (after passing by so many times!) to place a take out order. However, on this Monday night the place wasn't busy at all so we decided to just sit down and dine in. On a week night you probably don't need reservations (if they even take them at all). The atmosphere is casual but nice! The menu is HUGE with tons of "regular" pizza items and speciality items like buffalo chicken and Mediterranean. They have gluten free pizza crust as well. Yay! We were seated by our friendly server and ordered a pitcher of hard cider. Our pitcher of cider came about 2/3 full and our server explained that the keg had just been tapped but that she would I've us a discount. Our pizzas arrived (we had one chicken Mediterranean and a loaded meat pizza) in not too long of a wait. The pizzas were good (and I always appreciate a gluten free crust!) but you could tell the toppings weren't super fresh. This would have been 4 stars for me had our "cider discount" for missing 1/3 of our pitcher been more than comping the soft drink my friend ordered. It was a nice gesture to discount but a missing 1/3 of a pitcher of hard cider for a fountain soda? Seems a little off to me.
