I ordered through the app and picked up my order at the Pizza Portal and that experience was great. The food was not. The Crazy Bread hardly had any seasoning on it and tasted like nothing. We only ate 1 and threw put the rest because it was trash. The pizza was supposed to be the Bestest pizza... whatever, I paid for that and got the $6 pizza. It was extra greasy and tasted like it has been sitting in the box for a long time. I know Little Caesars isn't known to have greatest food but this was by far the worst I've ever had. Pizza For The Kids Little Caesars takeout pizza is what we get for the kids when mom & dad want to go out alone, or have a "grown-up" pizza in. I've bought the hot and ready Cheese and Pepperoni many times. Usually on a Friday or Saturday night, they are seldom ready.. The crust on these are deal breakers for me, the sauce, cheese and pep are OK. Often we order some breadsticks and Italian cheesy bread. I never eat the breadsticks, but that salty/cheesy bread when hot is dang tasty. I'll pull off a piece of that to eat while I head back out for the adult food. To me, the value is in the pepperoni or cheese pizzas. For the quality and jump in price for other pizzas, I just don't understand why so many people are ordering them. I've never been a huge fan of their pizza (I used to eat it ALL the time in HS when you could get a pie for $5). It's not their fault really. They are cranking out volume over quantity and I like to have a little bit of standards in my pies. However, everytime I'm due with a baby, I always end up craving breadsticks like no one's business. So I ran by here recently to get a batch and I love the price (You can't beat it at $1.99 for 8 breadsticks) but you definitely know you're not getting super high quality product. Service is about as fast as it can get (always pre-made waiting in the warmer). And quality is usually not surprising as it's just "eh". If you can splurge, I say go for better chains but I understand sometimes needing to crunch the budget and getting food is 'enough'. read more

The employees here are super hard workers. What I don't appreciate about this location is the lack of glove use. I've mentioned it to the staff handling the food, they need to wear protective gear to protect germs from getting into the food and to protect themselves from stuff that the food can give one. They also need to fix their gift card machine. They make you buy gift cards just so you can't use it at their location. Absolutely poor management and the employees are very clearly just trying their best with what they have. The franchise owner should be notified about the conditions these employees are working in. They also have an obvious lack of staff. I always walk in and the poor girls are running as fast as they can to box, slice and charge the pizza. I just feel bad for the employees, which is why I don't feel bad about having to actually give them one star. read more

Seems like Little Caesars disappeared and then reappeared with the same gray take-out pizza. Love their deep dish stuffed crust with cheese everywhere including the crust, of course. I think they have one of the better sauces especially for a chain. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pepperoni pizza we just grabbed for lunch. I don't expect much from a pizza sitting in a warmer but it was perfectly cooked and crust was slightly sweet and bubbly. The crazy bread is still just as crazy good as when I was in high school. The cashier was fast and friendly. Perfect place if you are in a hurry and hungry. I'm giving it 5 stars because it exceeded my expectations for a Little Cesar's pizza experience. Can I give fewer than zero stars ? Despite the friendly, efficient young lady at the front counter, (sounds similar to the young lady described as 'Erica' by a previous reviewer) I was appalled. I saw ROACHES scurrying about (and although the neighborhood is frequently referred to as 'Rat City'... really ? ROACHES in a restaurant ? Additionally, I found what appeared to be a 'ball' of a piercing in my pizza. The young lady at the counter did not have any visible piercings, and really didn't 'handle' my food at all, so I can only assume that someone who prepared my pizza, or did the prep work on the ingredients is missing a piercing ball. Overall, the value would be good (if only I didn't have to worry about what was actually IN my food) and I have enjoyed many meals from Little Caesars franchises before. Suffice it to say I will NOT be returning to this particular shop. Nor would I frequent other shops under the same management / ownership, as I can only surmise that the owners are equally inattentive and negligent in their other shops (if any). read more
