Nothing to write home about on the standard pies, but if you can stomach the stink of Gorgonzola, they have an amazing Tomato Gorgonzola situation. Second time I ordered- not sure if I got a different Chef, but, the pizza was undercooked- the cheese wasn't even melted all the way in the middle. Finally got to try Pagliacci's Pizza! I came here for my mom's birthday (upon her request!) *I think you get a free slice for your bday but please verify with your preferred location! We got a 13 in pizza and we got 2 different flavors, The Italiano and Verde Primo. Both were delicious, I liked the Verde Primo better. -1 star because the service was a little slower than anticipated considering we were the only people in the restaurant, there were a couple folks buying to-go though but service was friendly and patient. I was once accused of stealing a Sriracha sauce bottle when I had put it back in the original location before leaving the store. The employee ran out of the store to tell me not to take the bottle. Decided to get 2 slices to go before work again. As much as I like Pagliacci slices, I'm not sure its rude to ask for specific slices. 5 slices we're left, and and 2 of the biggest juiciest slices were there. Sand Point location, they screwed up my order, and because the person at the pick-up didn't bother to open the box and confirm it, it wasn't until a long drive home we realized it was wrong. HAd to throw it in the garbage. Whether it was the guy on the phone who seemed to happy to speed through and not confirm the order, or the crew at the kitchen, in the end this is nothing but a fast food model, charging high prices for a very basic product. I will say, I like their gluten free crust the best out of all the places I've eaten at so far. That being said, their prices are outrageous. This small pie that realistically feeds one person with tip included was $40. Granted, I added prosciutto and ricotta to a margarita. But the two added items you would expect there to be more of if you're paying so much especially when it came to prosciutto. There were just a few small pieces on there. The pizza quality has declined. Scant toppings, shrinkage, order issues, $7.00 extra fee for "employee benefits" that don't actually go to the employee. Their delivery service is a joke. Pizza is pretty overpriced for average pizza but at least it's consistently flavored. I called to order a pizza for my family and they said they couldn't deliver to my house which according to google maps is 2.6 miles away. A 10 minute drive. I was flabbergasted when they said I lived too far outside their delivery zone. How big is their delivery zone? I'm a mom with a toddler and an infant and it's hard to go pick up food with them especially when parking is difficult to find in the junction and the restaurant isn't very stroller friendly. The restaurant is very small with limited seating but clean. So keep that in mind next time you want pizza delivery service. read more

I will never return to the West Seattle location , ever! I ordered a slice and a small salad only to watch 5 other people that were behind me (2 different parties) get served SALAD and slices (so about 6 slices being heated up). I went to the counter several times and the nasty young woman just kept saying "they are making your salad". 10 minutes after placing my order my salad is ready.
