I made an appointment beforehand and I am glad that I did! This place was busy when I arrived! I was greeted by a gentleman when I walked in and he confirmed my appointment and what I needed to get done. I wanted a pedicure and dip on my hands. They had good music playing in the background and two TV's playing a show on the walls. A lot of people were getting pedicures. It was quiet which I was like that's different but it was relaxing at the same time. The lady who did my pedicure was nice and thorough. The lady who did my hands asked me if I wanted to do gel instead because it would be better for my nails and I won't have to soak them so much in acetone which was kind of her so I went with her suggestion. My nails and toes came out awesome! I loved the color and I loved how they ask me if I like how the shape was when doing the shape of my nails and asking me if I like the color before proceeding with that color! As a response to the manager, I never asked for a deep French tip and the prices were never explained to me upon the nail tech doing my nails. It seems like she charged me what she wanted to get the most money. I was told $45 and no more than $15 MAX for a French tip. And then I was charged $70. Fraud business. And at no point to the nail tech apologize for making me bleed,twice. They charge for everything extra up and never take anything off when it comes to us. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Went in for a gel pedicure. As the nail tech was taking off my gel polish with the drill, she drilled ny nail beds for so long even after the polish was gone that my toe nails were paper thin. They were literally pink. Once I realized what she had done, I was in shock and asked her to stop but at that point the damage was done. She then proceeded to tell me that it's "just how my nail is" and that they were only so thin because they had been in the water... lol. They had to use a builder gel on my nails because I just knew they weren't going to last even a few days being that thin and would surely start chipping. Someone else came to finish painting them for me and did a terrible job. Painted them on top of the terrible pedicure the lady had given me with cuticles still all around my toe nails and rough feet. Had to continually ask this person to clean stuff up (not sure if he was even a nail tech) and still left with uneven nail sizes in all different shapes, cuticles flooded with a bad paint job. I had to sit next to a smelly crying baby for my entire service. It was absolutely terrible.! It gets worse I had chosen a glitter polish apparently it's some kind of powder. Whatever either way the nail tech couldn't figure it out so I ended up leaving with some basic clear nails. . I literally heard the owner apologize about his staff to multiple customers that were upset with their service. I ended up leaving with POINTED, FAT, ALMONDS, ON MY FINGERS. I explained very calmly that I did not have a good time getting my nails done. I explained that I was STRESSED the whole time sitting there when I had actually came in to relax. I explained that the technician hurt me and that she did not do what I asked her do. . .we agreed that I could come in today to see if I could get my nails fixed and see if a different technician could salvage the damage already done. I showed multiple technicians different photos of some nails that I had gotten done by another shop that I had gone to Rowland Heights. I explained that if he wasn't able to, I would like him to REMOVE THEM and that I wanted a REFUND. I told him if they were not able to do the same shape that I would just get them removed and go back to the other shop. The owner, Tom, said that all sales were final and that I was basically out of luck and he WOULDN'T refund me. I told him "so basically you're telling me that I paid $85 to come in and get my nails messed up?" he told me "well too bad". I told him to forget it, to keep the money, and that I wasn't coming back. Every time I come here, there is always something WRONG with my nails. The shape is wrong or many of the rhinestones fall off etc. Most of the time they fix it without without much fuss (because if rhinestones keeps falling off that means they were not glued on correctly). I am always polite because I understand that not everyone may have the best skills for what they are doing. However, today was a complete MESS and I did not stay quiet. TOM kept trying to blame me and told me that every time I come in something is wrong. I told him "yes, because every time I come in something IS wrong". He claimed that he gave me his best technician. . . So not even his best technician could fix it. . . I came in at 5:30 yesterday and they stopped taking people at six and you could tell that she was just trying to RUSH and get out of there. I believe that she may have just been trying to go home quickly even though they close at 8. Because the girl rushed, the quality and experience was TERRIBLE. You are not allowed to express dissatisfaction with their work or else they will become RUDE and CONDESCENDING. It does not matter that you are paying for the nails, if THEY think that it's fine, then YOU are wrong. I told him that I wanted the nails removed and that I would not be returning. Out of spite and without professionalism, he told me that I couldn't come back and return. I chuckled and told him he only said that because I said I WASN'T COMING BACK. Dang it. I didn't want to do this. I swear- I didn't. And I literally waited weeks to mull it over, and my conscience got the best of me only because I think it's a health/contamination problem, and I just don't think it's sanitary. I have been a customer for a couple of years. The last time I went there, I got a full set of gel nails, which I never do because I work with my hands and they get in the way; however, I had an event to go to so I got them done. It was basically business as usual... but she accidentally cut my ring finger on my hand. It bled. This happened at the beginning of the session, and my finger bled the whole entire time. It didn't hurt or anything... people make mistakes, and it truly was a minor cut that was just being stubborn and did not want to stop... BUT WHAT ALARMS ME IS THIS: I was also getting my pedi, so I had a board to rest my hand on while I was in the chair. When my finger kept bleeding, she just "wiped" it up with a paper towel. No Clorox wipe or disinfectant at all. I saw it. She just wiped my blood off with a napkin, and then literally picked it up to take to another chair and used it on another client. But wait, there's more. As I said, I continued to bleed throughout the whole session. She kept trying to mitigate it, but my blood vessels were pretty determined. She continued, without gloves, to handle my hands... with blood. She did the entire set of nails... letting me stick my hand in the UV nail baker.... Brushing coat after coat onto my actively bleeding finger, brushing the brush against an active bleed, and then placing that brush BACK INTO IT'S CONTAINER to apply another coat! It wasn't just the clear coat... it wasn't just the polish, or the board I had my hand on.... I was bleeding on every damned thing and they didn't even use any type of disinfectant. I don't want to do this, but I feel like someone should say something because that's unsanitary and someone could get really sick from these types of practices. By war the worst experience ever. I came in for a pedicure and requested gel builder with gelx on my fat toe since my nail had chipped off. The lady put on Acrylic nail and over did it. She kept filing and filing saying it would be thin by this time I can feel the heat to my toe and the burning sensation. Called 30 minutes before my appointment time to confirm and when I arrived at my appointment time was told to "sit down". I really liked coming here It has been hard to find a good clean nail salon here My nail lady made me feel so rushed I barely had time to pick out a color She kept telling me no to some so I had to panic pick I hate the color I chose After I turned her down on an upscale bc it wasn't what I wanted or in my budget She just rushed to do my nails and wasn't paying attention She took a chunk of skin off the top on my thumb with nail clippers I mean a huge chunk to the point where I screamed pt at least made a significant noise and pulled my hand away She ignored it and acted like she did nothing then when she was finishing up she told me I'm fine and put oil on it My thumb is swollen And bleeding I don't think I should have to pay for it but I did and I still tipped her because that's who I am but it honestly was one of the worst manicures/ customer service experiences I've had She didn't care that she hurt me And then to top it off hovered around me when I paid because I think she thought I wasn't going to tip her I'm not asking for a refund or anything But I am asking is for you to have your nail techs be a little slower to make sure they don't cut customers skin off This wasn't a small cut either And it's painful to put any pressure using this hand I'm a new mom who has to hold her baby too And change diapers So that's not fun read more

I'm so sad to be writing this review, I've followed Tom and been coming here since he took over. Sadly I don't get to get my nails done by him because he works at the one in Rancho a lot more. But I was still faithful and came and just got who ever was available. Well about a week ago on a Friday , I called and this time it wasn't the nice man that normally answers the phone and does appointments, It was a lady that answered, She said i could come in at 6:15. Okay cool I wanted a gel pedicure and a hard gel manicure. I got there , they were busy , she had me sit and told me someone will be with me. Okay no problem, It's now 6:30 and still haven't been helped , Wasn't offered water or even the colors , Now 6:45 and still haven't been helped. She apologized and said someone will be with me soon , I then asked for a water. 6:50 I got seated to get my pedicure, It felt rushed and the lady that was doing my toes her name was Thanh , she seemed annoyed that I looking for my color and then she asked i wanted my nails done , I said yes , Again the whole experience just felt off, Not like how it normally feels .. She finished my pedicure very fast and was just rude. I wanted an off white and she was trying leave me with a one coat sheer white . when i told her , "you can see my nail still " her reply was that's what you wanted .. I said no i wanted an off white .. she was annoyed and got a thicker white and went over my toes ..She then had me go and sit at a table to get my nails done .. Waited for about 15 mins and was still not helped. There was a nail tech that was cleaning up her station next to where i was sitting and still no help. Then maybe 20 mins they tell the lady i wanted a hard gel manicure. She seems annoyed because from the looks she was cleaning up for the night , Her name was Linh i believe, my manicure felt rushed and seemed like she just wanted me out of her chair so she can go home. It's been a week and one of nails already came off, and some are chipping ,the shape is not what i wanted. I'm just very disappointed in my whole experience. And sadly i'm now looking for a new nail shop. read more

My 5th time here and I really enjoy it(: I wanted to give the chance to different workers to see if the work is consistent and so far it is really good job I always feel safe they are very sanitary they have clean and fresh scent in the location I have also came with my child the scent of products are not strong at all they are very respectful the pricing sort of changes I always get the same service sometimes it's $5-$10 more or less I'm not 100% sure why but it's ok they offer a drink while waiting or getting service done. In riverside I'd say this is 100% the place to come and enjoy getting pampered. I'd like to mention my mother has came she is Hispanic does not speak English and she loved the service even when not speaking English she felt really comfortable didn't feel like she was treated unfair I love that read more

I really wanted this nail salon to be my go-to spot, but unfortunately, that won't be the case. My nail tech was lazy and didn't do the design correctly, even after I showed her reference photos. The work felt rushed and sloppy, and I left feeling unhappy with my nails. When I called to politely complain, they offered to redo them for free, which I appreciated...I would of declined but I had plans that weekend and needed my nails done for an event.However, when I came back, the whole experience was so uncomfortable and hostile instead of making things right, it felt like they were annoyed that I even returned. Even the front desk receptionist, who is usually nice and upbeat, gave me side-eye, which made the entire visit even worse. At the end of the day, I just wanted a good experience and quality nails, but the attitude and lack of care from the staff made it clear this isn't the place for me.
