My technician (Emily) was efficient in the best way, not rushed, just clearly experienced. She removed my old set quickly without sacrificing quality, which I really appreciated because I don't love sitting for hours. My reading for this review is not due to the quality of the nails because I did like my nails however during my service there I witnessed three of the employees bullying the younger male employee who worked at the front desk area. During my whole service they laughed at him instead of helping him. When it came time to pay, he told me that I could use Zelle to tip the lady who did my nails. Went for a pedicure not greeted with a smile just pointed at the tablet put your number the front lady said then ran off, waited to get a pedicure for me and my mom. While standing there the two lady's waved us over I assumed it was for us we walk over and still not a friendly greeting in the end they did a horrible job with my mom pedicure they cut the nail wrong almost causing a ingrown toenail. They need to educate themselves on how to cut the nails especially the corner of the nails I felt so bad for my mom she was in such discomfort weeks after. read more

The salon is clean, and when the service is done with care, my nails turn out exactly how I typically want them. However, I do feel that the quality can be sometimes inconsistent depending on the technician. There have been times where the service felt a bit rushed, and not as much attention was given to the details or to what I was specifically asking for. As a returning customer, I really value consistency and taking the time to ensure each visit feels just as good as the last. I truly enjoy coming here and want to continue supporting this business, which is why I'm sharing this feedback. Honestly I've come here a few times but I'm not really satisfied. Only one girl did my toes how I love them and she doesn't work there anymore. I always want French tip toes with a bright pink as the base and they never have the bright pink base like the first girl did. I was tolerating that for a while but this last time I came in and got white toes no acrylic on the big toes this time and I just don't like how it looks. They put builder gel on the big toes and they just look so weird and thick. Also, it's my first time getting finger nails done and I'm honestly not impressed. I got a manicure, They looked fine at first but when I started inspecting them I'm really disappointed with the quality for the price. These nails cost me $70 and they're not even acrylic, just a gel manicure and the edges are all unpainted . I like the complimentary drinks and atmosphere but my standards are consistently unmet. They also don't respect what you ask for and try to push for more expensive services or add ons which I don't like because I'm not confrontational and it's hard for me to say no. Lastly, I got like the pedicure special they had in April named something bloom and the massage said 15min but they only gave me 10min massage which is just annoying. read more

This was not my first visit here and each time has been hit and miss. Before the only problem was my gel pedicure would chip within days. I visited this salon this week for a fill, and unfortunately my experience was mixed. One of my hands came out perfect with no issues, but the other hand was a very different story. During the service, the technician cut the skin around all five fingers on my left hand. By the next day, several of the cuts became swollen and painful. I understand accidents can happen, and I'm not trying to be harsh, but this was a noticeable difference in care and technique between hands. I would really encourage the salon to ensure consistent attention to detail and gentleness, because this caused quite a bit of discomfort afterward. The design itself turned out nice, and I appreciate the effort put into the look, but the cutting and pain afterward really affected the overall experience. I hope the salon can use this feedback to improve safety and prevent this from happening to anyone else. Unfortunately I will not be returning to Zen Nail Lounge. read more

We were in the area and after doing research decided to come here for my daughter to get a fill. We also saw the 10% off for new customers and thought ok. The shop itself is gorgeous. The workers are friendly and there's a plethora of beverages and cocktails which is nice. The place is a bit pricey and I'm not sure if that was because of being a new customer and getting 10% off. What isn't nice is that 3 days later my daughter's nail broke. $85 the nails should last longer than a few days. read more

I wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, we were all pretty disappointed. My boss was treating our office to a spa day, and I was in charge of choosing the location. I had seen this spot many times and thought it would be a fun option where we could enjoy a pedicure along with a cocktail. Booking online was quick and easy, and we were seated promptly when we arrived, so the start was promising. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. My cocktail (a tequila sunrise) tasted like pure juice, and my boss ordered red wine, which was served chilled (red wine should be served at room temperature). However, the pedicures were the real letdown. Three of us chose regular polish, and all of us had severe chipping in less than a week and lots of bubbling in the polish itself. Normally, my pedicures last several months, so the poor quality here was shocking. On top of that, one of my coworkers left with polish all over her skin. We pointed it out to the technician who did a quick wipe down, but did not attempt to take it off with nail polish remover, so my coworker left with the nail polish still smeared on her skin. If you're considering this spot, I'd strongly caution you to think twice. The atmosphere may look inviting, but the drinks and pedicures did not live up to the price or the expectation. I left feeling embarrassed for recommending this place to my team, and we all agreed we would not return. read more

I gotta say that Danny has the most attention to detail & cleanest work I've had from the multiple techs I've had.. Everyone is very friendly & the place is clean, very easy to make an appointment & they're open pretty late & on Sundays! Will be coming back & will request for Danny from here on out if he's there! Beware though their promos on their website no longer apply, like discounts for medical professionals on Mondays. I went in on November 25th to get a new nail set done. Not even a week later, one of my nails popped off. I went back and it was fixed, but just two days after that, two more nails broke in half. I've been a consistent customer for months, and I've never had anything like this happen before. When I called to request either a refund or a new set at no additional cost, I was denied. Instead, the manager offered only 10% off my next set--even though this wasn't just one nail, it was three, and I paid over $100 for a set that fell apart almost immediately. The manager claimed I was outside of their 10-day window for a replacement, even though the timeline clearly showed I was not. I got my nails done on November 25; the first nail fell off on December 1, the other two broke on December 5, and I called on December 6--well within their stated policy. Despite this, I wasn't able to speak to the manager until December 8. He told me this was the owner's policy, so I asked to speak with the owner directly since I was still within the timeframe and wasn't being offered any solution. Instead of providing an answer, he brushed it off, asked me to text him photos of the damage, and said he would get back to me. I sent everything he requested, but I never received a solution. I even reached out twice afterward, and nothing was done. I've been getting my nails done for years and fully understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and customer care here was extremely disappointing. I paid over $100 for a set that didn't last, and the manager showed no interest in honoring their own policy or taking care of a returning customer. I arrived early and said I was willing to wait for that person, but instead I was assigned to a different technician (Lily) without really being given the option to wait. That was frustrating since I had specifically booked someone else. I originally wanted the basic pedicure, but I was encouraged to upgrade to the more expensive "indulge" pedicure for a more relaxing experience. Since it was my first time, I agreed. However, I did not receive several of the services that were listed for that package. I received the hot towel, but I did not receive the mud mask or the massage, and the service felt very rushed overall. I was also not offered nail polish at the end. For paying around $52, I expected the full service that was advertised. The overall experience felt rushed and not very welcoming, especially for a first-time customer. I'm not someone who complains or writes reviews, but I think first-time customers should be treated better and receive the services they are paying for. read more
