After being ineligible to be squeezed in at my normal nail salon (Tina, at TLC Nails) I chose this place due to strong reviews. Despite being rated 4 out of 5 stars, I'm pretty positive all the customers are either lying or had too many glasses of cheap wine and are unable to see the consistent imperfections. I requested gel polish with a simple design and was quoted way over anything I pay at my normal salon with a lot less quality. I requested sharp stiletto points and received almond shaped nails with no polish on the sides of my nails or on the tips. There are multiple places the gel polish looks as if it is bubbling up after ONLY ONE DAY. Please save yourself the trauma of visiting this place!! read more

Immediately loved the environment! Beautiful salon and very busy! Greeted immediately, asked us to wash hands, then pick out color. Escorted to our chair. We got the Pampering Pedicure. It was nice. Products smelled good. Felt safe with plastic liner in the bowls. The only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of 5 is that I felt rushed. Our pedi was done in less than 25 minutes. We were asked to wait at the chair to dry and sat for 20 minutes. Mail tech said she'd come back to help out on shoes and never came back. We were in our car in less than an hour. Im a old school rough cut burley old bastard , not their typical clientele by a country mile but I will say that this place is amazing! From the people at the reception counter , to the guy that seems to be the gm. They make you feel as they have been waiting on you to get there. Amazing friendly and accommodating. Place is kept up and is very clean. They are always busier than a triage center but are very well managed and staffed. My wife and I go there monthly and i have no issue with any of the techs, but Have officially claimed Paulina as my go to. She really understands the special needs of diabetic foot care and does it with flawless precision. She is very easy to talk to and makes my feet and calves feel and look amazing. Spot is nice with water falls coming from the ceiling and paintings on the wall. I was greeted promptly and immediately sat in a chair for a pedicure. They remembered my name and offered me wine. Today was my first time at Zen. I went in intending to get UV light gel nails but was informed that they no longer offer that service, even though it's listed on the website. That was fine, the guy recommended dip powder. When I got to my nail tech ivy, she asked me what I wanted and I showed her a photo on my phone. She suggested a gel polish even though I told her I wanted dip powder because I wanted my nails to be less thick and slightly opaque. She critiqued my nail shape and size and kept saying, "they're so big". They're wider than the average nail but not abnormal? My nails looked okay, 2.5/5 when I left and I ended up tipping Ivy because I feel anyone doing a service deserves that, but I ended up going back because one nail had some dingy stuff on the surface and I wasn't thrilled with the shape and thickness of my nails as a whole. The owner ended up re-doing my nails, making them thinner and he fixed the shape, so they weren't bubbly shaped. Although, I felt like I was inconveniencing him, I'm really happy with the re-do. They look great, which is why they get 4 stars. read more

I really loved the customer service received here. I got the 65 dollar regular pedicure with polish and my polish had been coming clean off since then starting the next day. It was bizarre how quick the polish was coming off. My husband had to ask if I even had the toe painted in the first place.
