Cat eye nail polish and almond nail shape

I've been getting dip full set and cat eye gel polish with manicure. Ive tried different technicians and they were all good. I had Jacky a couple of times now and I really like his work.

I just had a full set done on Mother's Day's, I told the tech that two of my nails were crooked and he acted like they were fine. When I went to pay, I complained and they said I can come back and have them fixed, so I did. They look worse than before, the gel polish is bubbling and gas lifted on some of my nails. Horrible job!!!

I got my nails done the day before elsewhere. The color ended up not being what I expected. Completely my fault. I go to have a color change literally less than 24 hours later and they want to charge $35 just to change the color. When I asked why it was so much they said I don't know...Let me find out because it's typically only $30. Completely blows my mind that it would cost almost just as much to get a color change as it does to get a full acrylic set. They reduced it to $30 and I still left a $5 dollar tip. Maybe this is normal..idk

Zen Nails is the best salon in Chattanooga! Friendly nail techs, serve drinks with your service. A must for me are the sanitary bags on the foot soaker. They are definitely a cut above the rest!

Absolutely fabulous experience. The interior is beautiful and immaculately clean. They have the best equipment, their staff is professional, and they have a wide service offering. Beautiful decor and ambience, and a very professional atmosphere. My favorite nail techs are Cina & Jolie. They take great care in making my nails beautiful every time. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. I even have a bar so if you'd like a little cocktail while you're getting your nails done, you can take your experience to the next level.

This was my first time at Zen Nail & Spa and the reviews were 100% right. My nails came out so cute. The service was amazing and they have a full bar. The place is beautifully decorated and clean. Their pedicure chairs on the left side were so comfortable. I cannot wait to go back!

First, make an appointment or get there early. I visited this location while on a weekend trip. And they were quite busy. They did offer soda and wine when we were seated. The wait was only about 20 minutes. Second, this was such a great experience. And the glass of wine only added to the splendor. It was clean, efficient, and the staff was friendly. We received amazing pedicures and my fel polish looks amazing.

HOW I GOT MY DESIGN FOR FREE!!! I came in asking for a unique colorful fill with an intricate design. Zen not only fullfilled my ideas of what I was looking for they went above and beyond with my service. They provided me with a drink, comfortable seating, quick but efficient work, and made sure they provided exactly what I was looking for. Zen is clean and safe. The workers are extremly nice and adaptable. I love coming to Zen because I know they will always satisfy me. Not only did the nail techs make my nails absolutely gorgoeus when I went to pay they were kind enough to not charge me for the deisgn out of the kindess of their heart. I needed a Gel X fill-in. My sweet daughter took me to her nail salon, Zen Nail Spa in Chattanooga. It was my first visit there. From the moment we stepped through the door I was very impressed! The place is beautiful! Gorgeous furniture and lighting! It was abuzz with Saturday client activities, but no one seemed rushed or rude. Everyone smiled and was polite and helpful. We were greeted with a friendly smile and "hello - how can we help you today?" I barely had time to wash my hands and they had a nail tech ready for me. I was offered a drink, which was a pleasant surprise! My nail tech was Gavin. He was great! He asked questions about what service I wanted, and actually listened. He helped me choose a pretty color and explained the difference between gel-x and acrylic. He did a fantastic job with my nails and never once nicked my skin. (Seems like someone always nicks my skin a time or two). He was very professional yet friendly. I asked if I could request him in the future and he seemed appreciative. Felt super rushed when we hadn't even picked our colors out and they didn't get the polish close to the cuticle so after only five days they look really grown out already. And the I said we just wanted the most basic gel and we got one design and ended up being about 10 dollars more for each manicure than listed online. Nice salon but very rushed and felt like I was overcharged compared to online prices. read more

I have gone to zen a handful of times. Every time I have never left without a problem. I speak up and tell what I want and my nails still end up breaking, shaping is off, crooked or super painful afterward. I got my nails done with dip twice and both times my nails broke within 2 days of getting them done. The customer service is good, but the quality of service is just lacking. I will say they have done my brows and did a great job! The prices just don't reflect the work. read more

I absolutely love treating myself to a pedicure at Zen Nail Spa! They have a new addition to their services which includes an open bar (Wednesdays and Sundays) with a complimentary free drink vs. the standard carbonated beverage or wine. I opted for a margarita during my last visit, which was absolutely delicious! The drink just made my experience more enjoyable and relaxing! The staff is always kind, despite how busy they might be. I do wish the massages were longer but that's just a personal preference - and I'm greedy The chair massagers are comfortable and effective. The nail work itself can be spotty at times so if you're picky about your nails, you may want to establish a relationship with one of the technicians and make appointments. I'm a walk in person because I truly just go for the rest and relaxation. My toes and feet looking pretty is just a plus! read more

I just had a great experience with Tracy. She did a fantastic job on my gel manicure! I've been to Zen multiple times since they opened and have always had a great experience. Last Friday (8/17) I came in for a gel manicure. I'm not going to mention the Nail Techs name because my issues have been resolved, but she did not do a very good job. I told her that she had painted over my skin/cuticles and that I knew the polish would peel in no time - she wasn't bothered with fixing it, told me that's how she did it and if it did peel I could come back in. Of course it began to peel and I was back on Monday (8/20) and had to have a completely new gel manicure. Thanks again to Tracy for giving me a correct gel manicure. Look forward to my next manicure and pedicure at Zen. read more

Chattanoogans are so lucky to have Zen! By far the best pedicure I have had in a VERY long time. First, it was just the "Classic" but included more pampering than most of the spa pedicures I have been up-charged for in many a nail salon. Second, the cleanliness and decor are both spot on - from nice finishes even in the bathroom to many comfy chairs to wait in to the very nice massage chairs with a pillow that is great for short folks like me! Finally, if you go, ask for Pauline! She was a true professional and well worth a wait or getting a special appointment. read more

After trying to find a good salon for a while I think i've finally found the one. I decided to book my appointment because I wanted acrylics and a pedicure for a formal event, needless to say I am very happy with the result. After reading other reviews I booked my appointment with Seven. The front staff is very friendly along with the other staff. Seven did an excellent job on my nails and toes in a great timely manor! I made my appointment on Friday 2-14-2020 with Julie in the Cleveland Location for Sunday at 12 for me and 12:45 for my mom. I received a text that reminded me of my appointment. I came in only to find that she is off today well why did you make an appointment if she is scheduled off. The last time we went moms cuticles were bleeding and one of her nails has not healed and its been 2 weeks. I used to love to go there to get my nails done but not anymore. Recently visited the New Zen Nail Spa at Hamilton Place! First of all this salon is not associated with the Zen in Cleveland, Tn. This Nail Spa is owned by the original owners of Zen in Cleveland. They sold the Cleveland site and opened this one. You can tell from the moment you open the door too! The atmosphere is so peaceful and serene. I've been twice and have had friends go with me. Best pedicures I've found in Chattanooga even at reasonable prices, lovely atmosphere and the techs have both been great! It's run very efficiently - I like being able to make an appointment so I know I can stay on schedule. The massage chairs don't beat me up like the typical ones have in the past. The process and quality of work seems to be consistent no matter which tech you get or which day you go. I'm glad to have found this place! read more

I am new to the area, so this was my first visit to the salon. It's a beautiful salon and I found a pedicure to be so relaxing especially since they have a room set off to the side where it's more quiet and private. Amy was my technician and did a wonderful job. my manicure was done by Gavin and he also did a spectacular job on my nails. My favorite place for a pedicure. It's always so popular (for good reason) that you'll need to call ahead and make an appointment unless you feel like waiting. My check in process was easy for a walk in pedicure, they just took my number and I came back an hour later and got my toenails done. Their package options are very competitive for this area. Oh my goodness! Been waiting for the new Zen to open and here it is! Visited Wednesday with a guy friend who had never had a mani or pedi! He loved it! The new shop is gorgeous of course! Would expect nothing less from Marcus and Tracy! I have been following them since they opened Posh in Cleveland and then the Zen in Cleveland!! This place is amazing! Very laid back! What is my favorite is the music, the sound of the water, and the wine! Also the nail technicians are very professional, nice, courteous, and understanding of what you want done! I get three weeks out of my nail job! I saw NikkI, had nails and pedicure done. Borh were amazing! she suggested something to do with my dip that turned out to make my nails look incredible! and with the pedicure, after a long week, she made my feet look beautiful and they feel like I got a new pair! Nikki is always perfect at suggesting ideas and since I've seen her many times, she knows what I like. I love going to Zen nail spa and she is a big reason for that. read more

I have been here many many times for pedicures and dip on my fingernails. I always get great service! The manager who is always there is incredibly professional and he is very organized. They are usually busy, but the wait is never too long. They are expanding into the space next door sometime this summer, which is exciting. So there will be a lot more room. I've gone to Zen several times since they opened, but yesterday was the best experience I've ever had there. David was my technician and I will definitely be requesting him every time I go back now. The staff at Zen are all incredibly kind, and will do whatever you ask for your nails. I have never had to wait long at all, and this place is SO nice!! Seriously!! My mom left her phone there and they called my phone back to let us know it was there and they were keeping it safe until we could pick it up. There isn't a nail salon better than this in Chattanooga! read more
