Parking is out front, the spa is tucked in the corner of the plaza with a quiet calm indoor setting. Loved the foliage decor hanging from the ceiling. The spa room was clean, professional, & ready for us upon arrival. We both received the beginner hair head care since it was my friends first time and over a year since I last went. The service was amazing, total relaxation and such a nice calming vibe. Seeing the zoomed in view of my scalp with their special camera is always so cool to see. I'm able to adjust my hair wash routine per their recommendations so that's helpful too!! The massage was a relaxing, with the hair scan and the hair care happening afterwards. Everything was wonderful, my hair felt so light leaving the spa. The head massage, scrubbing, was fantastic and the products smelled so nice. I'm over due for a hair cut but wanted to come here first to get my hair deep cleaned and wow, I feel brand new. I can tell my hair & scalp gets healthier after every visit because I can see what my scalp health is like and make life adjustments. This has helped my hair growing long and strong. I actually came about a month before getting married too, it was the perfect hair reset before the big wedding day! Iseriously cannot recommend this service or place enough. The blow dry at the end left me feeling so renewed, such a sweet way to spend time with my friend and also get our hair in tip top shape! Each room is private and only fits one person. I did the beginner head care, which starts with a back massage over a thin blanket. Definitely come without jewelry. They also massage your arms a bit. After a while, it turns into skin-to-skin massage, so your top will be off. They lift the blanket to cover their eyes (lol) while you flip over before washing your hair. The hair wash itself was amazing. The back-and-forth motion with what felt like a brush felt sooo good. I didn't realize you could be that rough with your scalp (in a good way). My only small wish was more neck massage, but overall it was such a great experience that it actually got me thinking about their membership. Everyone was super nice, relaxing music played the whole time, and they finish by blow-drying your hair. Bonus: they have a small parking lot too.

She communicated each step and told me what product she was using which I found very nice since I don't get facials that often. After the facial was the scalp treatment and it was so lovely. My scalp and skin feel so refreshed now. As someone who usually experiences scalp itchiness I haven't since! Would definitely return! Thanks so much summer! The $3000 topper she sold me was shedding so profusely that there were hairs all over my entire house from this thing just shedding on its own everywhere. When I finally had it removed after 2 1/2 months Emily of course was out of town so her aid removed it and when she did so she removed most of my hair on top of my head. It was the most painful situation I've been through in a very long time. She was lying to me and telling me it was natural shedding that she was removing when in fact, I have no hair left on top of my head so now it is very difficult for me to go back to my clip in toppers because I have so little hair left. I have been working so hard for the last two years to get my hair to grow back and it was doing so much better. Emily promised me that the solution to remove the glue was easy Peezy and would come right off NOT damage my own hair. It was excruciating. I was the first client of the morning, so I looked in the garbage can and saw the piles of my hair in there so I know how much came out. Things for you to think about before you EVER agree to have anything glued to your head by Emily. The cost of this piece is really expensive as I've priced it out with other pieces so her prices are high. The quality of her pieces are subpar as they literally shed all the time. And the itching is unbearable. No matter how often you wash it. She told me I should just shave my head to make it easier? WTF? She also doesn't mention that you will need to come back every six weeks to have this taken off and reapplied and that's $450 a visit. She also doesn't give you full instructions on how to care for it, how to wash it properly. She will tell you in a hurry while she's doing 3 other things... oh by the way, go to YouTube look at my videos! I told her in person that wasn't adequate, she needed to have more information available on how to care for these. The removal is brutal! Her commercial grade glue does not come off easily and they literally just pull your hair out! My scalp was so damaged! And if you read the reviews and you go down to the hidden reviews, you will see other people saying the exact same thing that I am saying. And for a woman who's loves her Bible study, she might want to study the phrase... Do unto others as you would have them do unto you! also known as the Golden Rule.
