Her cupping has been a game changer for my neck and shoulder (I had frozen shoulder) and am very active so I'm often hurting myself one way or another. Angela herself is warm, authentic, and wonderful to chat and laugh with. We love sharing restaurant finds. But what happened this week completely blew my mind! I had horrific calf pain after running stairs with a 20 lb weighted vest two days in a row. I was miserable. I felt like I had calf surgery! While treating my calf, Angela said it felt like the needle was going into a steel plate! I was horrified, thinking what did I do and how long before I heal? The very next morning I woke up... and the pain was gone. I could not believe it. I went to the gym and did leg press and my full leg circuit like nothing had happened. I had no idea acupuncture could be that directly effective. I'm weirdly excited to see what Angela does with my next problem! Thank you, Angela!

First of all, I want to echo previous reviews that Minal indeed has amazing bedside manners and I have seen her several times and have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the front desk person working on Thursday, Dec 10, 2026 - Alyssa, and to a lesser extent, Angela the owner. Again, like previous reviews of interactions with the front desk, it seems they are incapable of having any empathy for customers. In my case, I was running late for my 4PM appointment and called around 3:30PM (answered by Alyssa) to see what could be done. I was told the policy was strictly a 10min grace period so if I arrived at 4:11PM, I would be charged a $75 late fee. This was very frustrating because I was scheduled to arrive right around 4:10PM, but a simple traffic light could be the difference between arriving at 4:10 or 4:12, but Alyssa firmly stated they wouldn't even make a minute exception even though I had never been late before in any previous appointments. This stressed me out so much so even though I managed to arrive at exactly 4:10 (got lucky with the traffic lights), I was dis-regulated and accidentally slammed the door that was the entrance to the clinic (it is super light, definitely one of those indoor hollow doors). Alyssa glares at me and states there are other patients and I said something to the effect of Oh well I was very stressed out trying to get here on time due to the policy, so sorry and obviously this won't happen again. And she continues glaring and mutters ..crazy... while looking me straight in the eye. And then she's like ugh whatever Minal will talk to you, in a tone straight out of Mean Girls and leads me to the room. A minute later, I come back out asking if I could use the bathroom (not sure if I would be charged the late fee for it so wanted to check) and she glares at me for a solid few seconds, as if in disbelief I dare talk to her again, before begrudgingly saying uh yea whatever... The next day, Angela the owner called me to talk about the incident, so I told her what happened and mentioned Alyssa called me crazy, and she said that she heard from Alyssa that she said "That's crazy...", and not "YOU'RE crazy...". Now my question is does that make a difference? When your front desk receptionist looks a customer in the eye and says CRAZY, does it matter if it was preceded by "you're" or "that's"? It felt like 75% of my call with Angela was her basically saying she didn't know who to believe with the he-said-she-said (then why call me to talk about it) and nitpicking on the details of the name calling. I called her out on it and she apologized and emphasized she does not condone Alyssa's behavior, but it didn't feel sincere due to her previous comments. Philosophically, I hate places that can't make a 1 minute exception as a one-time deal (I get if someone is chronically late that you gotta respect other people's time and pay for it), but I would say if it were only this, I would be giving this place maybe 3 stars for the inflexibility since it is their right and it's just preference but not a crime or anything. But 1 star for Alyssa's behavior and the very confusing defensive call from Angela afterwards.

Vivian is very personable, kind, knowledgeable, and caring when it comes to treating her clients. I've had acupuncture at a few other places and can say that Vivian is the gentlest and most skilled of the acupuncturists I've seen. My leg has improved significantly over the last few months and I continue to see her for my shoulder which has also helped relieve some of the chronic pain. I highly recommend her if you are new to acupuncture or are looking for a new acupuncturist in the area. Her facility is very comfortable and clean, and I always look forward to my next visit. Pros: Kind, caring, skilled, and personable acupuncturist that puts you at ease in a very clean and comfortable environment Cons: Nothing at all!

As a provider myself, I'd heard mixed reviews from patients, and being in Western medicine, I naturally think about the science behind treatments. Still, convinced by my friend, I decided to try acupuncture for my tight neck and shoulders, hoping for some myofascial release. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. Vivian is incredibly caring and attentive, addressing all my needs with each visit. I always come in with specific concerns, and she handles them with such professionalism. One of the things I really appreciate is how she explains each needle point and its effects on my body as a whole. She is so knowledgeable in her practice and she comes from a family of traditional chinese medicine and acupuncture. If you are on the edge about trying acupuncture, I'd say do yourself a favor and just try it once. You might end up thanking yourself later. And also, if you could see Vivian, I'd recommend her 100%.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my first appointment, hoping they might accommodate me, but they were understandably busy. However, once my scheduled appointment time arrived, I was forced to wait an additional hour before being seen. During this 1.5-hour ordeal, I was shuffled between various rooms for no apparent reason, all while watching at least 15 other patients being cycled through to see the same doctor. Even worse, patients who arrived long after me were seen first. When I questioned the doctor about the delay, he offered a standard apology, claiming there was an "emergency." To make matters worse, the facility looks nothing like the pictures online. The actual clinic is flimsy, poorly maintained, and offers zero privacy--you can easily overhear other patients' confidential conversations. The entire operation feels like a money-driven hustle. Save your time and go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all cost!
