So we ordered the Alfredo pasta with Ribeye along with Angel hair with meat sauce and meatballs and small pizza. Alfredo very creamy but missing the cheese taste, it needed the salt. Pleasantly surprised with this place. It hit the spot after a long day of travel while staying at the Comfort Inn. We ordered delivery and they were very prompt. I had the Philly cheesesteak, and being a Philly girl, it was quite good. Even the roll! My husband got the gyro and it was huge! The mozzarella sticks were pretty good. I ordered a calzone before and it was really good. The gyro is not good. This time I revisited and ordered a pizza. I order a spinach and Zeno's pizza. The spinach side was almost as good as CiCi's version. The Zeno's side wasn't that great. My friend's shrimp Alfredo taste too much like a strange milk. I could tell he chose the wrong dish. We pulled into the KOA Lumberton after a long day on the road in the motor home. Our neighbor in the campground was quick to let us know how good the food he got from Zeno's was, so we decided to try it. Great food delivered right to our campsite in a timely manner by a very friendly delivery person. Just what we needed! Saw many mixed reviews over 8 years, the most recent was great, we were tired, we figured we'd go local, not chain. We were wrong. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a side salad. First mistake, the salad. Anemic was my wife's evaluation. Pale and wilted. "Told ya!", I couldn't restrain myself. No such thing as a good side salad. Now, they told me it would be 45 mins to one hour to deliver to the RV park we were at. (Hey, I'm in an RV, I'm not from around here, I'm exhausted, they are kind enough to deliver here, I was hoping from GREAT, what follows is a description of merely EDIBLE). They were right, one hour on the dot. It arrived luke warm and slightly off kilter, delivery pizza, check. It was under cooked, the cheese only just melted, the pepperoni limp. The crust seemed "house made", not frozen, but was dense and limp, not crisp. Lots of tasteless cheese, very little sauce, so much for tomato pie. My overall impression: They are just going through the motions. No quality control, they are not even pretending to compete with national chains. The locals deserve better. I was driving for over 12 hours and checked in to a local hotel. I found this gem of a restaurant and place an order for my wife and I. The person taking the order was extremely pleasant and helpful. The food arrived and the delivery person was awesome as well. The food was delicious and arrived hot. Knowing I was in a hotel they packed a few items such as knives and forks and pepper. I really like their calzones as well as their mozzarella cheese sticks. Their menu is pretty big and it can be quite overwhelming. The bad thing is that you can't dine in, so you can only order for pick up. I think that the food may be a bit overpriced but I am willing to pay for it. Just got back from lunch with parents and brother. Pops had hot wings and minestrone which he said were both good. They looked and smelled good so I believe him. The Bro got chicken broccoli dish which he had previously and it was also said to be good. Mom and I had the baked ziti which fell way short of acceptable for my tastes but if you enjoy pasta, a pound of cheese, and a slight essence of sauce, you would have liked it. Seriously! It's a huge serving of ziti pasta encased in a wheel of gooey cheese with the slightest tint of pink. Almost as if they walked by with sauce as the dish was being prepared. Not actually adding any but teasing the pasta with it. I am a sauce freak and sauce is the key to any Italian dish or pizza. What I had today was more or less macaroni and cheese. The bread was good if not odd. Seemed like a sandwich roll or almost bagel shape but still good and not soaked in butter as you find in too many restaurants. I detected very little in the way of garlic, oregano, or any other spice one would expect to find in an Italian dish. The side salad was nice as was the house vinegar and oil. If your going to go there I would recommend anything but the actual Italian dishes I guess. Maybe there's a gem on the menu somewhere but I missed it. We are in small town south here but was really looking forward to pasta and red sauce. Unfortunately there must be a world shortage of marinara or something. Was served cold pizzas. Neither pizza had any seasoning, just bland tomato sauce and fake cheap cheese. The crust could have been used for cardboard, it tasted like cardboard. Also ordered fried pickles. Not fried dill chips but a slimy dill spear. Um ewww. The service? Slow and lazy. If you eat here you need to bring your own seasoning and a way to heat your food. Super friendly staff! The Alfredo sauce I had the other night was much too salty and had a ton of black pepper, but the cheese steak stromboli is actually quite good. If I could give them a lower rating I would. We had ordered home delivery from them many times with 130.00 orders. They delivered to us with no problem. Tonight we called and said we had never order with them before me we now live too far. She said they have a 10 Mile limit well we live 9 and a half miles from them. This is for the Pembroke location. Horrible. Horrible. HORRIBLE!!!! service! I went with a friend tonight and we were the only customers there. After they gave us our menus, they asked what we wanted to drink and left for about twenty minutes until they finally came and took our order. We had three separate "waitresses" but not one came to check if we were ready. There were four or five girls sitting at the table who were all working, but just sat their looking at their phones and did not come to check on us. One girl was even touching up her makeup!! I oredered over an hr and a half ago, they brought the meal, A Horrible flat salty , hardly no sauce, dried out lasagna. The Garlic bread was a half of a roll with butter. I ordered extra sauce (Good thing!), (I was charged extra for the sauce,...) but when my meal arrived, NO sauce. I paid almost $14.00 for this "Meal", and wish I could get my money back. I always order the chicken and broccoli but today I was crazy to go a completely different way. NEVER... EVER...EVER order the lasagna. Dry and bland. Worse place in Lumberton NC to place an order for Delivery. I place and order it took 1 hour to the driver to delivery the food, but whichout the drinks. Driver told me "they didn't give me your drinks I will be back with them." After 40 minutes of waiting, I called back and they told me Driver still haven't get back to the restaurant. After 2 hours from the time I place the order I went to the restaurant to talk to temer the owner about the issue. That I was no happy with the services that they gave me, I want my money back a least %50 of the total amount. In others words, they don't respect they customer.
