Zest San Clemente is the best. Jacob and Kate have been cleaning my house for about six months. They arrive on time and get right to work. They have a very efficient routine, but were willing to make a change I needed. My house looks great. As another reviewer commented, they asked about allergies to products and also asked if they could use certain products on various items. I just had Kate and Jacob from Zest - San Clemente clean our family's vacation home in South Orange County. They were terrific! They showed up a few minutes early and after a brief tour of the house, they jumped right in and did a fantastic job. The house hadn't been cleaned for months, so there was a build-up of accumulated dust and dirt. Now the place shines! Kate and Jacob even tidied up the towels in the bathroom, which I didn't expect but really appreciated. Martina was really great about responding quickly to my email inquiry (through the company's website) and working with me to schedule a date & time before Christmas so that the house would be ready for family. I am not sure Aly W reported on the correct company! We have used Zest for over a year (is it two? I think it may be!) and even my husband, who never comments on such things, said "they are amazing" after Kate and Jacob were here one time. The house is spotless, even the pens are lined up on our bedside tables! They are on time and Martina responds to text messages immediately most of the time if I need to change or tell her something unusual - such as houseguests will be in home. The five star reviews are fabulous. Not sure what might have occurred with poor reviewer but it would be RARE. read more

I switched to Zest about a year and a half ago and I have been so happy with their service. The main reason I switched was that my old house cleaners were pretty rough on our home. My husband works from home and he said it always sound like a war zone while they were cleaning. Kate and Jacob do such a great job AND take great care of our house. No more complaints from my husband on how loud it is on cleaning day! This is the first time that I have had a cleaning service that I don't have a single complaint about. I really appreciate that all of the people involved with Zest are GREAT people to work with. Martina is professional and takes pride in her business. It's one thing to have a clean house, but another to get it done by a company you really love and people that you really like. As someone who has cleaned homes in the past but had never had my own home cleaned by anyone other than myself I was excited to finally experience what it was like to come home to a sparkling clean home that I did not do. WOW, what a great experience. I sent an email request for a quote through the oczest.com website and quickly received a response from Martina with a clear quote and we booked a deep cleaning. My house is very tidy and generally clean but my work load has kept me from the deeper cleaning so I was so excited to get this done. At 9am promptly Claire and Peter arrived ready to roll, took a tour of our home and got to work. I left to run errands, Martina texted me as they were getting close to done and when I get home I walked through the door to a shiny, clean, lovely smelling home. Their attention to detail and commitment to get every surface clean (doors, blinds, light switches...everything) clean was AWESOME! I am one of those people that notices all the little things and dirt drives me nuts. Everything was clean. I have been using Zest for my bi-weekly cleaning for about a year now specifically with Ivo and Lenka. WOW!! They are amazing every time they come! Not only do they tolerate my dogs barking at them EVERY time they come to clean (they brought them doggie treats for Christmas which was very sweet!) but they try hard to make the dogs feel at ease with them and that is difficult because my dogs are very excitable!! Anyway the cleaning that they do every 2 weeks is thorough and they always give that extra touch that does not go unnoticed. I have been through several cleaning people over the years and after a very short time they would start cutting corners and working so fast that they would forget to clean things over and over again. With Ivo and Lenka I have not had to ask them to clean something again or complain about something they have forgotten. Zest has my recommendation for anyone looking for a reliable, hard-working and trustworthy service. Martina is fantastic at keeping me updated on arrival times, etc. Still the best cleaning service out there. You will love how clean your house feels. We had a prior cleaning service that was not bad, but just ok. So I wanted to try another service and found Zest on yelp. Kate and Jacob are very competent with an eye for detail. They are reliable and on time. The first cleaning was a deep cleaning, and I was really impressed, in particular, with how well the shower door in our bathroom was cleaned. I think it had been years since we cleaned the shower door, and after the cleaning, I could actually see through the glass door! I've had few more cleanings since then, and they do a good job with our place. Occasionally, I will ask them to clean areas that they normally don't cover, and this hasn't been a problem. They also have a nice sense of straightening up the place before they leave. I appreciate that they are nice, hard working, and conscientious people, which makes it all the more comfortable for me to have them in our home. read more
