Such a cute little shop! I came in here with my mom on Mother's Day, because we both love a good brow shaping. The shop is adorably decorated, and looks super clean. The waiting chairs they have are super comfortable too! Now, I've been growing out my brows for a couple of months, so they were a complete mess. I didn't know how she was going to pull a shape out of my brows, but I put my trust in her hands. My mom went first, and her brows turned out AMAZING! So I knew that she was going to do a great job on mine as well. The threading itself wasn't very painful, as you could tell that she was trying her best to have a light hand. I totally appreciated it! After a few short minutes, my brows were done! They look AMAZING! I told her I wanted a very high arch without thinning them out too much (my brows were already naturally sparse) and she gave me exactly that! Being that my regular eyebrow lady isn't around I was desperate and decided to come here after reading reviews. Boy did yelp screw me over this time. I've been growing out my brows for about 1.5 months so there was a lot to work with. I told the lady I wanted them reshaped. She said she can clean them for me and we'll talk about the shaping later. After she cleaned it and showed me, i showed her a pic of how my brows were before and told her I wanted it arched she said no and that I shouldn't do that. After much discussion some other lady came and told her to just do it. She did part of it then the other lady took over (that's when you know something went wrong) I walked away with one mediocre eyebrow that I could have just trimmed at home. And the other one looking like a straight line. Needless to say I will be growing them back out and NEVER coming back here again read more

I went in to get my brows down before the holidays, and I explicitly told the lady to just clean them up and keep them as full as possible because I spent at least 5 months growing them out. She acknowledged my request, but when she was done, I had the thinnest eyebrows ever that are too arched for my face shape. I have extremely light eyebrows to begin with, so now I have to draw them in everyday so that I don't look 10 years older than I actually am. Needless to say, I'm not coming back to this place and would NEVER recommend it to anyone, unless you want thin, half-assed stenciled brows. read more

I have been a customer of Zia threading for several years. They always do a great job. Today was the first time I have ever had sub par service. Two issues: she cut my lip with the thread and my eyebrows were crooked. Maybe from all the chit chat she was doing while working distracted her from doing a good job. All she said was "sorry." I was so concerned about the bleeding that I did not see how horrible she made my eyebrows look. Once I saw the asymmetry in my car, I immediately went back and had her fix it. But this made my eyebrows thinner. It's still not perfect. My eyebrows are not hard to thread because I have microblading. Just follow the lines! Zia threading, the individual I had seems underqualified and needs more training with threading and with customer service. read more

Omg I came back after COVID closure and the one who I was told that helped me before was Megan, that was a lie! Because I had an appointment with Megan today and it was NOT who I expected! She did such a terrible job on my brows she over threaded them after she said she would follow the line I had at my make up. I used to go to Mira, but she's since left. Trying to find a new threader that I like, the last two times they have left my eyebrows SO THIN and removed my natural arch. I'll try Asia next time and see how it goes. Update: went again, saw someone different any they did a great job, but went again today and was put in the chair of the same middle aged woman with long hair and she made them WAY too thin again. Figured I'd give her another shot, but never again. I came in yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded & upper lip waxed. My eyebrows came out amazing & I was really happy with that. However, when I got my upper lip waxed, it was the complete opposite experience. The lady who waxed me put a second layer of hot wax and I ended up getting really burned. I know I probably should have said something when she said she was going have to wax the area one more time. Horrible. Never come here for eyebrows. The lady messed up one of my eye brows threading it too thin. This place used to be good and used to know how to thread. But the quality of their work has decreased over the years. The lady also had the audacity to blame my eyebrows for her mistake, stating "there wasn't any hair". No, you messed up by threading too thin and creating an arch where there were no arch needed or asked for. Came a clean up, not to shape my eyebrows into an arch. Lost a long time customer. It's nice to find a place near home to get my brows threaded! The wait was only about 10 min (came in at 11:37am) I was seated by Mira (hopefully I remembered your name right!) She was very nice and attentive as I explained to her that I just wanted a clean up. Results: There was a small cut under my right brow, but she apologized for it and was super careful next on the left side; no cuts on the left. Overall it was a good experience. I only come here for my eyebrows. Only place I trust. They are consistent and always thread my brows exactly how I want them. I always ask for a cleaning and they never remove too much hair which a greatly appreciate. I've been to other businesses where they leave you with thin brows when you simply ask for a cleaning. Not here. They clean up my brows perfectly and show me when they remove. They advise you to let spaces grow out that way next time your brows will be identical. I've had at least 4 different girls do my eyebrows and not once did I ever leave unsatisfied. The people they hire here definitely know what they're doing. I also love the rose water touch at the end, it feels so good on my freshly threaded eyebrows and smells amazing! And they even have a rewards program where you get a free eyebrow service after 10 services. Score! One of the main things I really love about this place is how I have never felt harassed or guilted for not having "cleaner" eyebrows. I told her about last time, with the scabs and unevenness and she took a lot of care to make sure I was satisfied (and uninjured) this time.
