Doesn't it always seem to be the case that when something goes wrong with cars, kids, and pets, it's always on weekends and holidays? Never when doctors, vets, and auto shops are normally open! Well, this shop is open on Sundays! Secondly, the work they do is fantastic. These guys are competent, skilled, and efficient! You do not have to wait and you do not need an appointment. Just drop by and within 15-20 minutes, you'll be back safely on the road! Thirdly, the value is second to none. Call to get a quote, you will see they are inexpensive! They claimed it was the brand new parts that went bad (maybe it was, can't prove one way or the other) but after having them replace them a second time I had to turn around and take it back because it was falling apart as soon as I left the shop. They finally got it after try three thank god because customer communication was deteriorating. They also have a strange habit of either not remembering a customer who has been in three times due to mistakes or making a point of pretending to not remember them. I recently purchased a set of Michelin defenders from this store and had them mounted and balanced…read more At that time I am sure I was told that the rotation and balance would be free for the life of the tires but maybe the guy only said rotation and I assumed it would include the balance because only an idiot would rotate tires without balancing them. Last week I went in to get a rotation and balance because there was a little vibration. They told me that only the rotation was free and I would have to pay $15 per tire to balance them..so $60. I was angry and walked out of the shop without discussing it further. In the parking lot I looked up the price at discount tire and found the rotation and balance would cost exactly the same. Yesterday I went there and had the job done. The charge was zero. They asked me to buy my next tires from them. I keep five vehicles on the road and only buy Michelin defenders. I'll be buying the next set from discount tire in Macedonia. I'd say this is a marketing error that could cost them several lost customers. They can keep their $60 worth of servicing.

Email stated someone would be in contact with me in one business day to 25 hours. 2 days later no reply. I called the 3rd day and asked about my appointment I put in for an they had no answer as to why no one contacted me. No big deal I get it. My problem is with the next part of this story. I set an appointment over the phone, show up for appointment. They had the tires I requested in stock at a fair price. I asked for an alignment since I always get an alignment with any new set of tires. I get informed my truck is done and ready. Awesome, the guy rights up the work order an I pay the bill. The full bill for tires and the alignment. After which I get informed that they couldn't do the alignment an that I need ball joints and rear control arms. This would of been very important info to have before paying. Now they have to refund me my money for the alignment they could not be performed. I'm asked next if I would like a price quote for the repairs. At this point absolutely not. You can't inform me before finishing my vehicle that I need repairs an that you can't do the alignment? But you'll gladly charge me for it before reviewing your paper work. Needless to say I left livid. Once cooled off I walked around the truck at home to inspect the tires. Found all four my wheel covers destroyed, scratches, and cracks! You can see where they over tighten the outer wheel balancing nut into my rims and completely ruined all 4 of my rims. Unbelievable!!! I absolutely can not believe this place gets away with this kind of work. I've heard very high things about them. All of which is a lie. Stay far away from this place if you value your vehicle.
