This Goodyear I've been going to for a couple of years now and they have always have nice staff, get you in and out! They are reasonable on how much they charge. If they mess up on something with the price/ or miss heard you they will give you a discount. When I take my car in they always make sure it's the best quality! If you're looking for a new oil change place to go to this is the right place! Every worker is willing to help you on anything you need! Battery light came on one day while driving my car. I recently purchased a new battery from Goodyear so I thought the battery was the issue. So i stop by the store to get the battery checked out. Tech came back out 10 minutes later saying that I needed a new alternator. Told me it would cost $460 to replace. I agreed with the repairs and left my car there to get it fixed. Came back the next day to pick up the car, paid, and went home. When i got home I looked at the receipt and discovered that they put in re-manufactured unit. I called the store to ask them why the tech never told me that they were putting in a re-manufactured unit and that if he had told me that then i would have shopped elsewhere for that price. For that price ($389) I thought they were putting in a new alternator. I told him that was pretty dishonest, he apologized ,then I spoke with the assistant store manager who said that the store manager agreed that if I could go to an competitor to get an estimate that they would price match it. The next day I went to the Acura dealer to get an estimate and it came out to be around $360 (vs $468). I brought the estimate to the store and they made a copy to show the service center manager, the manager wasn't there at the time so they said that he would give me a call the next day. The next day I called around 3:30 pm to speak with the manager but he was busy at the time, so the person on the phone said that the manager got my estimate and that he would honor it. He said to stop in after work and get the payment. When i got there after work they said that corporate would mail me a check in the amount of $68. Not sure how they came up with that figure since they charged me $468 and the estimate was for $359 ($109 difference). I just think the store is very dishonest and not upfront and truthful with their customers. I will never use Goodyear again. read more

Sigh...the expensive of new tires! This location got me an appointment quickly and was very pleasant setting the appointment. I had to wait for my car and the lobby a TV and hot coffee. The gentleman handling my car upon arriving was detailed and accommodating. The gentlemen upon paying and finishing up left a bit to be desired but wasn't rude or offensive. Fantastic experience. The staff was attentive, and they helped me out when I recently got a flat tire unexpectedly. I am a Goodyear associate, but noticed they were treating all the customers kindly and with courtesy. I'd recommend this store to loved ones. read more

Place has disappointed me 3 times. I had a flat tire and used another goodyear nearby and charged $25.00 here $37.00, no clue why the difference for a basic patch. Second, did brakes, had noise after, took it back and they "could not find anything wrong." took it to the dealer and the mechanic said the pads were put in wrong......got sick of excuses and had dealer fix it at my added cost......place is awful! read more

Went in Aug for oil change. Asked them to check my brakes for a little grinding noise. Came back & gave me estimate for almost $1000. Said all 4 rotors needed replaced and pads on all 4 as well. Being this car is only 3 yrs old, I refused. They wouldn't show me the brakes or rotors. Yesterday I took it to Magic City Motors where I bought it. All 4 rotors good and all pads good. One was a little rusty so Alex sanded it a bit. Nothing needed replaced at all. I will never use Goodyear again. Blatant rip off artists. read more

I had the WORST experience at this location. i went in wanting all four tires replaced with Goodyear tires (thats what we agreed upon) when i returned to pick my car up they only replaced the front two and were dunlop tires which i specifically wanted Goodyear. So i had to make a new appointment to replace the tires again. When checking out i used my new goodyear credit card that i had just applied for right before buying new tires, then they told me it was decined. Only to find out an employee used MY credit card number for another customers purchase that day on mistake!!! They also lost my tire lock key. I will never be going back! read more

I just want it known that on September 10, 2015, I came in for a scheduled oil change. I made the appointment and still had to wait an hour. I just got my oil changed again yesterday, somewhere else. The oil pan was stripped. It was leaking really bad and I barely had any oil left in it. I have to have new holes drilled in it. I'll never go back there, again. All together it was a bad experience. They were supposed to rotate my tires. The guy said they didn't and I told him they were supposed to and he said "uh yeah yeah they did." Uh yeah yeah right! While waiting with my one and a half year old daughter, for an hour, we were being bothered by another customer. To the point the cops were called. Then they give me an estimate for my ball joints, that was three times over cost. I just will not go back. I can change my own oil. read more

I took two cars here for oil changes. They forgot to put the sticker on the window on that one. They forgot to put my wheel lock key back in my car on the second one. If I didn't check and if I would have gotten a flat tire on the side of the road I would have been in a world of trouble. These guys don't seem to have it together. read more

Consistently have horrible experiences here. My last visit was so bad that my family (even distant family) and myself will never return. Here's the story: I called Goodyear and scheduled an appointment for an oil change and alignment for two days in the future. I scheduled this appointment to be 3 hours prior to me having to go to work that day. The man I spoke to said they would take an hour (with past experiences I already assumed an hour and a half instead). I arrived 15 minutes early, dropped off my keys and left with a friend. After a half hour I received a call. They told me they couldn't find my life time alignment agreement that came with the set of tires I had purchased the year before. I told them I have a receipt in my car and they said they'd keep looking. Also they told me that they were "finishing up my car now, putting everything back together and will be getting it down soon." Knowing this I returned to the location where the same story was told to me once again. After OVER 2 hours of my car being there, I asked once again if my car would be done soon because I have to get to work. Same story once again. This time I was angry. I heard the same story 3 times over a period of an hour. Finally another man came out and told me they ran out of filters for my car and was waiting on the delivery of my filter. I was so angry at this point I asked them to give me back my keys and I will get the oil change done another day. They told me they couldn't do that because they already drained the old oil out of my car. I cried. Here I was, late for work with no way to get there because these idiots didn't have a filter for my car (which they knew 2 days prior that it would be there at that time, for that reason). My car spent a total of 4 and a half hours at this place just for an oil change because guess what.... they forgot to do the alignment. Not only was the service horrible, their oil is worse. It's watery and burns so fast I have to add oil a few times before I'm due for my next change. If you are a female, do not, I repeat do not go here by yourself. These guys will scam you into buying unnecessary things. They'll even tell you your car is dangerous to drive in order to get you to buy their service right then. My best advice is to never ever go here for any reason. read more

Piss poor. I paid a premium price for tires which included installation. It wasn't until I asked the cashier, " is there any reason why these tires would wear unevenly?" did she say, " well they didn't check the alignment." She explained that I didn't mark the box that said free alignment check when I made the appointment online. I wrongfully assumed that alignment was part of the installation considering if the car is out of alignment the nice new tires, expensive tires are going to wear unevenly, ride horribly and last a fraction of their life expectancy. To sum it up, I think it is obsurd that a wheel alignment is not included. They did the bare minimum then wanted to charge me more to finish the job. read more
