    Bbq Boil! Massive!!!
    N M.

Friendly staff. We ordered the bbq boil! Has ribs, delicious brisket, flavorful beef sausage, wings, potatoes, corn and comes with cornbread! Delicious!!! I drive an hour just to have this! A family favorite!!! Im allergic to pork. This is safe for me and deliciously executed!!!

Food: Smoke Burnt End Fundido did not see any Burnt End just what looked like brisket no smoky flavor and most of cheese stuck to plate try using better melting cheese 1/2 pound Brisket with Mac&Cheese corn bread Brisket a little thin Mac Fantastic corn bread more like yellow cake. Brisket Birria Tacos nice flavor Service: was really good Ambiance: nice clean Tip: little pricey for what you get and don't get why there is a two tables made into one.

Stopped in just after opening on a Sunday, the place was nice and empty. Service was ok but the waitress wasn't very informative. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food except for a complaint that the tacos were spicy. The beers were $3 and the mixed drinks were $6, which we didn't find out until the check arrived. Had we known, we would have ordered more and the til would have likely been more generous. I would eat here again!

    Chili and plastic spoon

After waiting several months for this spot to work out the kinks from their grand opening I decided to stop by. I walked in and sat at open bar spot and noticed at least 4 tables that needed to be bussed and trash on floor. Could have been a party that just left so no big deal. After a couple minutes bartender stopped by I got me it and ordered a drink. Couple seated next to me asked for recommendations, I was like it's my first time also. Ordered the fried corn riblets, they tasted good just needed more of the sauce that was drizzled on top. The cocktail was okay nothing great , so switched to beer instead. Also ordered the Chili , after talking with the couple next to me that their BBQ experience was kind of lackluster. It was later in the evening so maybe their BBQ was running low so you can't go wrong with Chili. While the chili was good I think the experience of being given a plastic to go utensil package was very odd. I mean I would expect this of a backyard BBQ spot but a sit down spot it seems very odd. I wanted to order cornbread as it does not come with chili but did not see it in the menu. I did ask for a side and the bartender brought me some and didn't charge me so I made sure to tip him extra for that. Wasn't a fan of the cornbread was more cake like, but to each their own on their style of cornbread. Now the interesting part is that I have not seen a busser from the time I arrived till the time I left which was about 70 minutes. Now the 4 tables that had food and plates when I arrived was now over 10. This was throughout the restaurant, now I do acknowledge 3 small groups left a few minutes before I did so that's 3 tables. But the same 4 tables that were dirty when I arrived had still not been bussed or cleaned off. After I paid the bill I saw the guy who was taking my order and making drinks start clearing tables. Not sure if they short staffed but did see quite a few waiters walking around. It was kind of busy for late night but still have to clean takes, even the bar tops were dirty. Now if the front of house is dirty I can only imagine the back of house.. Sad to say I tried to give this place a chance but was it's a no go for future stops. I do hope it does better as it does smell good outside but for now it's off my list. To each their own and to those that have had good experiences , you are Lucky as I was not.

Wanted to like this place but unfortunately it wasn't good :/ The Asada had a gamy taste to it, the corn bread was solid hard. I'm not even joking, the brisket was lacking flavor and was extremely dry . Nothing wowed us . I didn't finish anything and haven't left overs away . The set up is cute , I'm sure this place is a cool place to come and have drinks .

Looking for your next happy hour spot? Look no further. The $5 margaritas and $3 beers definitely hit the spot! Usually when places advertise cheap margaritas, they tend to be pretty bad, mostly sour mix that leaves you with a headache, feeling nauseous, and somehow still sober. Thankfully, that was not the case here. The drinks were actually really good and well made. The service was also great. Our bartender, Erin, was super welcoming, funny, and made excellent drinks. She had us laughing the whole time and really made the experience even better. I didn't end up ordering food, but a few of my friends did and everything that came out looked fire. The restaurant is just as cool in person as it looks on social media, and it's a really chill spot to grab a drink and unwind at the end of the day. I'd 100% come back for happy hour again!

    Brisket with Dry Dry Cornbread

First Time Here... When you are outside you get the barbecue vibe as the name says it.. You get the barbecue vibe.. Then you walk inside and are confused by how the place is decorated.. It's dark with felt wallpaper and decorated with items that do not give off a barbecue vibe.. I struggle with this review as the food was ok..We ordered our meals and they bring them out on these small medical supply trays.. It made the food look like appetizers..Small portions... I will tell you the flavor of the meat was ok, just not a lot of food for the money..The Brisket had good flavor was was dry. The tri tip was tasty, but four small strips? The mac and cheese was more sauce then pasta, but was the best part of the meal.. The server wasn't very attentive as we had to constantly ask for drink refills after putting glasses on the edge of the table.. This place sounds like it would be a really good place from the name, but struggles once you are in the door.. For Three People.. Two Sodas and Ice Tea..Dinner was $86 dollars...

Wanted some juicy brisket but got the opposite. The mashed potatoes were very tasty love how garlicky they were. My son enjoyed his kids meal cheeseburger and fries. This is a very nice establishment. Just too bad the meat is super dry. Service was good. The sliders were good bc the fixings on top.

Visited for the first time today for my birthday. The first thing you notice when you enter is the timeless vibe of the place. We arrived just before their dinner rush so thankfully we were seated pretty fast (line was out the door by the time we left) We ordered the "not so secret, secret menu" and the meats were full of smokey bbq flavor. For as much meat as you get the sides did seem a little small but they were good. I'm a brisket girl so i do have to say that although the flavor was on point, the brisket was a little on the dry side. Other than that everything tasted delicious! our waitress did seem very busy (dinner rush hit and she looked like she was working tables and the bar area at one point if i'm not mistaken) she came to check on our table, 2 of our girls asked for refills and she never brought them. She just seemed really busy (maybe they were short staffed tonight‍) we understand that it happens and it's nothing to get overly bothered about. I am glad we tried a new spot this evening. we plan to visit again!

The BBQ BOIL BAG! So good!
    Joseph M.

Made open table reservation for (4) of us for early dinner. It was our first time there greeted by Erin who was so courteous and helped us in deciding what to eat which was phenomenal! Had the BBQ BAG BOIL which had Tritip, sausage, wings, beef ribs, potatoes, corn on the cob all mixed together in a tasty sauce! Also moist cornbread SO DELICIOUS! Great ambiance with full bar and TV screens for us sports enthusiasts plenty of food for the price Will definitely return!1

This is our first visit to this establishment the beef ribs were on point the meat fell off the bone. We also ordered the wings which were okay. All in all, everything was good. The customer service was excellent. The interior is spacious with many booths and tables they also have outdoor dining. There's a full bar and many big screen TVs to enjoy your favorite sport.

I think this place makes a great date night . They recommended watermelon margarita but it was too strong . I preferred the peach margarita. 1) Carne asada was good with green sauce 2) pork ribs would be better option because they would be more tender 3) brisket was good 4) pulled meat (not sure what it's called) taste the same anywhere I go because it's high fatty 5) cornbread really good 6) Mac n cheese was sweet which is a southern style I'm not a fan of 7) cheesy mash potato was really good 8) Brussels sprouts said fried but they appeared baked with bbq sauce which is different but nice 9) waitress Brittany was very kind and attentive The spices used for fries were excellent , almost like tajin . I recommend trying this place out , with a few recommendations added to menu !

    Watermelon margaritas
    Erica A.

First time here this last weekend and really enjoyed our dinner. Watermelon margaritas were great, the brisket with a side of mashed potatoes and also Mac and cheese was good and flavorful, our son enjoyed the kids Mac and cheese with fries, ordered thai chili and buffalo wings which were good, liked the Thai chili better than buffalo. Server was great. Would love to come back and try different menu options

They even offer a special cocktail menu just for these evenings. None of the featured drinks seemed appealing to us, so I ordered a Lemon Drop while my husband went with an Old Fashioned. The space is intimate, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a New Mexico inspired vibe that gives it a unique touch. The bartender was super nice, and the music was great all night. It was definitely more of a lively atmosphere, so conversation was a bit difficult at times due to the volume, but we still had a wonderful time enjoying the drinks and music. Overall, it was a fun experience, and we're glad we stopped by. We'd love to come back on a non Sunday evening to experience the speakeasy in a different setting.

They dont allow any food to be brought in which is crazy because you are in a food hall. So plan accordingly. They do serve unlimited amounts of their popcorn which tasted pretty good. They have some heat to them!! This is like an Arizona or Mew Mexo themed type speakeasy. I love their decor. With the fireplace and the animal skulls and animal skins everywhere. I just love how it looked. Theres an exit to the outside patio area which is nice, since this place stays open longer than most of the shops in Haven City. Only problem is if theyre playing music outside, every time the door opens it is so loud!! Like annoyingly blow my ear drums loud. Their drinks are very southwest themed. They have a lot of drink options to choose from. We ordered their blue sky and silver cloud. Presentation looked pretty. But the drinks were not that great. I had their silver cloud which had a mango foam on top. Tasted great, till you mixed it into the drink. The drink was way to smokey. It was so smokey it was almost bitter. I get a little smoke. But it was way too much. Any notes of mango or fruit or sweetness was lost in the smoke. The blue sky looked pretty. But after having a sip of the silver cloud it killed my taste buds. I couldn't taste anything in the blue sky. After our first round of drinks we were done. Had to go home and make myself an extremely sweet drink to get my taste buds back..... its a great concept. The price point is reasonable. 16 dollars for each drink. I do love the decor. But the vibes from the outside is distracting. If your into mezcals and smokey drinks this place is for you. But it unfortunately was not my cup of tea.

My friend said the seasoning on the "frachos" was good, and I said it could be the gochujang sauce. We laughed at the shape of how the potatoes were cut (maybe peeled?), as it was unexpected haha. It had the perfect ratio of fries to beef to toppings (red chili peppers, red onion, cilantro)! My friend got full from half of his sandwich, as it was packed with a lot of protein! Interior is pretty, and I personally enjoyed that the lighting was dim. It was actually really quiet for being/having a bar.
