I was surprised by this place. I went on a Sunday morning and it was a little busy but the wait went by fast because the workers were fast and efficient! We went through the drive thru and our order was taken by Arlette who was very friendly and helpful! I had ordered the iced Vanilla Bee Chai, a good mix of vanilla, honey, and chai. It will probably be one of my go to drinks when I cant decide what to get. I also got to try the Melon Berry Tide, the most tastiest and refreshing drink. I recommend you try it. My mom loves the Dragon Drink from Starbucks so I ordered her the Dragon Fruit Splash but instead of water as the base, I did coconut milk and she enjoyed it very much! Traveling around LA, we were so happy to find this coffee shop that was open late! The gentleman who served us in the drive thru was friendly and helpful even when one of our drinks didn't get made immediately. He was apologetic and it was not a big deal. The drinks were worth the wait! I had a matcha with almond milk, not too sweet, I really enjoyed it! My bestie got a blended Carmel macchiato, yum! Being that this Ziggi's is so centrally located, I walked over to pick up this mornings coffee. The usual line of cars was visible, but there were no people waiting at the walk up ordering counter. I arrived at the counter and glanced inside to see two young women working. One appeared to be focused on making the coffee while the other was working the drive through window. They looked busy, so I gave them time. After a few minutes of no acknowledgement, I rang the bell on the window. I gave it 5 more minutes before I rang the bell again. After all the waiting and bell ringing, I was still not acknowledged and my order was not taken. This is disheartening since all I wanted to do was get a good cup of coffee that wasn't Starbucks, and this coffee business couldn't even do that. read more

the thing that really sucks about this place I've learned is that they are not consistent in making drinks well. I always pay extra $$ indicating that I want "extra flavor" in my go-to drink via mobile order. so obviously I know what extra flavor tastes like vs regular flavor. 50% of the time they don't add extra flavor, even WHEN you put in the note "pls ensure to add extra flavor" !!! even today, I went to pick up my drink and I asked the girl at the front to pleaseee make sure extra flavor is added. not knowing the other girl had already just finished making it, she said oh she did add it you're good... tasted it.... no she did not. it's like no one here wants to check the drink notes (that show modifications that you PAID FOR ON THE APP) or they enjoy lying to you about your drink so they can get you out of the place as fast as possible. Hands down better than Starbucks, better than Coffee Bean - truly my go-to for my Coffee and breakfast burritos in the morning. There is no Swig in our area, so our best bet was Ziggi's--and it definitely did not disappoint. I genuinely could not understand the obsession around soda with cream, but I was just so helplessly curious. I was Eve in the Garden with the Apple of knowledge staring straight at me. I called up my friend, and we drove order to order the Very Cherry (Dr. Pepper with vanilla cream and almond extract) and the Ridin Dirty (Pepsi with vanilla and coconut cream). I don't know how but it was incredible. What a rush of flavors. An explosive amount of sugar. A fizzy addiction that seemed incomparable. I'm not much of a soda person, but if I had to drink soda then this is how I would do it. So refreshing, so delicious. Just popped by via drive thru and it's just open. While waiting on line, I was looking through their menu online and notice I can order online and they have a happy hour after 1pm from Monday to Thursday. Also, learning I can also order online ahead of time. When trying to put the order, I was already next and the voice over the intercom was nice and calm. When asked if I can get the discount on the app, he asked the manager and they honor it at the window. When I am at the window, drink was ready to go. It seems they all work together well to get the orders moving along. The place is remodeled brand new and I love the decor that definitely beautified the area than what was there previously. I am sure I will be coming back as the menu offers so many options and my butter pecan latte was so delicious and the taste is robust on how I like. I've been here a handful of times while visiting my parents and I have to say the drinks are typically made with a lot of care and it reflects through the flavor! I will say the service can be a hit or miss sometimes. We pulled up to the drive through when there was only one car ahead and ordered coffee and breakfast items, one of them was incorrect. I'm pretty patient and know things like that are bound to happen so we turned around but when we arrived again there was a huge line-- not a big deal so I took my order to the window to correct my order. Then two people showed up after me who ended up getting their multiple drinks first before my order which was just a replacement sandwich. It doesn't really make sense to make someone wait for your mistake, but the girl at the window was really kind about it and apologized. I love supporting local businesses. I'm not big on getting coffee or treating myself in this particular way, but Ziggi's is so close to me! And the people there are friendly af. I'm loving it. The only reason I knocked them down a star is because I've been there three times now, and two out of the three times they really messed up my order lol. Every time I come here I leave feeling happy! So many things to love about this place. To start it has a drive thru. There's a wide range of items on the menu including soda based drinks. I love the chai latte. When you order a hot drink they give you a little chocolate covered espresso bean on top which is so cute. Best coffee shop in the south bay! I stopped going to other big coffee corporations and fell IN LOVE with Ziggi's. The staff is amazing and always kind. The team is always working together ( from what I can see in drive-thru). Staff does know me by name as I am there 3-4 times as week. My favorite order is the gold-rush cold brew or a Matcha with Cherry cold foam! Definitely recommend to everyone! read more

this place is my new obsession! after trying dirty soda at Swig, I was so excited to try Ziggi's since there are no Swig locations in California. Even better, this place is only 5 min away from me! The employees are so nice, always polite asking how you are and saying thank you. I also love the little stickers they put on the drinks. So far my favorite dirty soda is "Pop Star", I also love adding pineapple syrup to it. I'm making my way through the coffee and tea menu now. I tried the Colorado Mocha but it wasn't my taste. I had been anxiously waiting for Ziggi's to open since (I think) around 2022. I kinda thought they changed their mind. The wait was definitely worth it. My favorite drink is the Mile High Twist. It's a peanut butter dream. My little ones love the Frozen Campfire Cocoa. They even said it's better than the one they serve for kids at a certain "bros" coffee chain. The energy infusion drinks taste good with whipped cream. The drinks have been consistent every time, so that definitely keeps me going back. It's easy to get in and get out. I recently discovered this place and am sooo happy about it! Every time I go the staff is very patient and give exceptional customer service. This place is a little further out from me than Starbucks or Dunkin' but the customer service experiences I've had here makes it worth it to drive to Ziggi's instead. There are so many customizations for your drinks as well and even have a kid friendly menu and the drinks come with cute little coloring pages. Even when I'm the only car in line they forget sweetener, forget milk, add whipped cream when I ask for none, and just today my son's cotton candy blender was made with almost no ice. I wanted to try a new coffee spot, and luckily we fell in love with Ziggi's coffee. The breakfast burritos are pretty small, so don't assume you'll get full. I wish the pastries were warmed up, instead of prepackaged. I tried the pumpkin bread loaf that they have, and I feel like it would've tasted perfect if it were warmed up. I ordered a caramel machiatto with oat milk and no whip. When the guy at the window gave it to me... the label on the cup even said no whip... but it still had whip cream. I told him that im lactose intolerant and if he could please change it. He took the whip cream off and gave me the same drink. One thing I don't understand is we both ordered medium drinks but my ice caramel was 4oz more than my wife's iced turtle lol.. I'm a little confused is there 2 different mediums? Anyway great coffee and another great option besides the big chains on almost every corner. This is like a healthy Starbucks with a greater variety of food. The paninis are delicious. The iced drinks taste like summer childhood: refreshing and fun. I especially love the raspberry almond scone and Vanilla Bean Iced Chai Latte. I think it's cool that they also have fun drinks for kids that are not overly sugary. For example, the Unicorn drink tastes like a real strawberry milkshake with no artificial flavors. I'm glad they opened this location. Definitely give it a try! read more
