The it's time here and didn't have a complaint until today. I went to get a hot coffee. It was handed to me and it felt like it was sitting for an hour! Not hot AT ALL! I asked the girl if it can be warmed up because it was not hot at all and just looked at me and said sorry I don't know how they made it ‍ No option for a new coffee or to heat up! First off, I've been coming here and there since they opened. I do make my coffee at home. However, do enjoy their Turtle drink :) Today was like no other same order, no whip. But I received it with a whip, only for the window attendant to attempt to swipe it off my drink, leaving some behind. It's not a big deal, but I question his integrity now. Employees were very friendly and helpful suggesting menu options. I went with an iced fireside latte and it was sooo good. So, I'm giving this cafe a 2-star review because the coffee is seriously disgusting! I live two minutes away, so I walk there often, but my order is ALWAYS wrong. Finally got a chance to visit Ziggys yay. Our drive thru hostess was very polite friendly and great recommendations. on what to try. We got the Raspberry Truffle hot coffee which was very delightful and tasted just like the name , it was very good. We also ordered a cosmic blast energy drink is a combination blackberry blueberries and pomegranate very unique it was very refreshing I'm very satisfied and would order it again. We also ordered the Cold brew Gold Rush iced coffee was awesome too I'm very happy with our drink choices. For hot food we ordered the Egg & cheese burritos and the bean and cheese burrito. We devoured them both I really loved the bean and cheese burrito. Wish they where a little bigger but the taste was great I loved the green salsa kick . I must go back for more. It really depends on who is making your order - I've gone one day and gotten my usual order and it's great, but the next day I'll get the same thing and it's either not made correctly or I get the wrong order at the window. Usually on the weekends the beverages and food are not that great. The pricing is also very high and not really worth the 50/50 chance that the product will actually be good. read more

The food was good, the breakfast burrito was great, and the drink was amazing, dear I say the drinks can rival that of Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts! I ordered through the drive through and I asked for some recommendations seeing that it was my first time. The ambience in and around this small little coffee shop feels nice to be around and will probably be a neighborhood spot to go to and have a quick bite to eat and hot or cold drink. I moved to the area this week and had to try this place. I ordered a toffee Frappuccino and it was delicious. Tasted almost like a sundae. It is on the pricier side - 20oz was almost $10. I'm going to be the odd ball here. I'm not picky with coffee but for some reason I can't seem to get myself to like this. There's literally a burnt taste in my mouth. I've given this place 3 chances and 3 strikes I'm out 1st time I ordered an Americano with the whipped cream, didn't taste special like it came straight from the can. I tried an americano with chocolate syrup and it was gross. I finally was like ok maybe the coffee tastes good by itself and nope I have a literal burnt taste in my mouth. The girls and guy who have taken my order were very nice which is why I gave 3 stars but were clueless about the syrups they liked and how many shots come in an Americano and about the food. Love, LOVE their fresherz!! Ive had all of them but my favorite is their dragonflies splash. The fresherz are especially good in the summer weather and it is a nice change from the typical Starbucks. They also have a reward system so be sure to sign up. Also, if you have a sweet tooth, I recommend getting the peach cobbler muffin top! It's a nice little dessert to enjoy either warmed or not. I was pushing through this city and saw the spot open up not too long ago. Finally after passing it up the other day, I took my shot. I tried the dragon fruit splasher and lemme tell 'ya that this was better than Starbucks. It wasnt sugary and it was just enough balance in the drink. This iced up drink cools me off after a long summer day of weaving through LA traffic. The staff was superific and friendly. I will most def come back and try some of their breakfast items. I came in a bit of a time crunch as I was picking up my bestie from her 7AM arrival, and it was around 7:30 already. The drive thru was fairly empty aside from two or three other patrons and service was fairly quick, I was a bit impatient and not as friendly as usual but the barista was super nice about it. I placed the order when I was around 5 minutes away (still on the freeway) and my drinks were ready as soon as I got to the window. I ordered a matcha (bestie's fave) and a white mocha (came with a chocolate covered espresso bean?! so cute) and we agree that both were pretty good. Not too sweet and not a Starbucks, double win!! This was definitely the pick-me-up we needed since it's been a bitter start to August already. I especially appreciated the "bee happy " sticker on my cup. I am being mindful of my spending however I have been to Ziggy's twice in one week so that should tell you. The staff are so freaking nice. They are welcoming na shave such a light energy. The space was accessible and was easy to move around in. The location is perfect and the drive thru easy to get through. The pesto sandwich was delicious but my favorite was the gold rush drink. It's the best and closest thing to Dutch bros with the exception of the long lines and sugar. Love it and for sure will be going back. read more

Came on opening day. The line was getting long and they split it into two so it goes a lot faster. Unfortunately they do not have vegan food items and they do have vegetarian options. They have a lot of alternative milk choices for your drinks. A lot of add-ons like syrups espresso shots. They do have a walk up windows if you don't wanna drive, but they do not have an option to sit inside the location Overall I did enjoy the experience. The drink is pretty good. I do wanna come back and try their specialty drinks and I will be coming back! read more
