I paid Jesus for the month of April and he never showed up the last two weeks of April and left our pool like this.

A scammer. He told us one of his employees moved to Florida so he had to pass us on to his "trusted friend", Jesus. Jesus ended up being a total scammer and constantly sucking us dry. Anything that could go wrong with a pool went wrong: water needed to be drained, new motor and pump, new filters, new pool light. Meanwhile he never cleaned our filters properly and would take off for weeks at a time leaving our pool absolutely filthy. He charged us $2,500 for a new pump and never gave me the receipt after asking at least 10 times. He also never gave me the warranty information. Meanwhile a new pump same item should've only cost $1,200 max. He sold us a new pool light which cost me $1,400 and never installed it! He is a scammer. I tried reaching out to Kevin and of course Jesus several times and they BOTH blocked me and my husband. Kevin, why would you block me if you weren't guilty of something?? Make it make sense.

Zillah, Kevin and James have been great! Solid communication! James is my weekly tech, and has done phenomenal job! Originally hired to work on my pump, which had a leak! Bid the job, which Zillah came in at a fair price. Fixed the lines to the pump the next day and the pump is working the best it ever has. Brought Zillah on for weekly services, which was meh at the beginning to be honest. My first tech wasn't that good. He'd half ass and rush through. Talking with Kevin, he was very understanding and responsive. A few times of sub par service, also not the only one complaining on the route, Kevin removed this tech and had James pick up my pool. Kevin stayed on top of his business, was responsive to my issues, and rectified the problem. He also credited me on future services. James has been consistent, thorough, hard working, and overall a nice chill guy! Recently, I had a duck nest in my yard, and have babies. With all the ducks, James has been really understanding and working extra hard to keep my pool clean. He's gentle around the ducks and really helpful. Zillah, overall has been the best pool service company I've used. There's a lot of shit ones out there, but Zillah, Kevin, and James are not one of them!

Kevin and his crew are amazing! Very knowledgeable and was able to fix the issues that were turning my pool green. Would highly recommend.

Our pool under the care of Zillah.

Unfortunately the true Kevin showed a year later. We have since fired him. We bought a new vacuum through him in June 2022 for a rental property that he has been servicing. He texted us the Leslie's receipt in June as proof of purchase. Fast forward to now, 10 months later. We just visited the rental property and noticed the vacuum was our old one. When we asked him what happened to the $500 vacuum we paid for in June. He said, "Been trying to get a hold of Junior , old tech that use to do that pool around that time that we sold you the cleaner & no answer. He got fired for stealing jobs from the company etc so I wouldn't doubt it if he has anything to do with that. I'll see if I can find out what happened but one thing is for sure - I'm pretty honest at what I do. If I have to buy a new one myself , I'll do so & put it in tomorrow for you guys. I'll deal with the missing vac myself & if I can recover it , cool." He ended up putting in a new cleaner this week, but for 10 months where was the cleaner?? If we had not visited the rental property this week, we would never have known. Also, our tenants stated they RARELY saw the service men out there and the pool was always dirty. Pictures are from weekly service with a new cleaner and motor installed this week.

Kevin and his team are literally THE BEST! I called him as I was having an issue with my pool. For weeks my previous pool company tried fixing the issue with no luck. They tried selling me really expensive treatments and the pool stores were telling me something different. I finally decided to call Zillah's Pools due to his 5 star reviews on Yelp and literally, our pool was crystal clear in 2 days! The filters were so disgusting & clogged, all they needed was a cleaning! Saved me $100s if not $1000s on expensive repair all under $100.00 !! Will definitely be hiring them to start on my pool in September! Thank you Kevin and outstanding team!

Kevin responded almost instantly to a quote request sent out. After deciding on a time he came out and cleaned our main pool filters. Knocked them out super quick and left them clean. Kevin did an amazing job, great customer service and was super well priced vs the other quotes I received.

    Pine cone stuck in plumbing

Our pool pump stopped working Thursday last week. I reached out to multiple companies & I was surprised on how fast Kevin responded to my request. He was upfront & honest about how busy they were so that he wasn't going to have availability to stop by until Monday this week (today). I told him I'd keep his contact just in case it didn't work out with other companies as I needed it done ASAP to avoid a green pool. Boy was that the best decision I made! After paying numerous service calls & having multiple companies tell me I needed a new pump, I finally decided to call Kevin for one last opinion as he offers FREE ESTIMATES. He instantly said: "Pump turns on, it's just not priming. Why did they say you need a new pump? Lines are probably just clogged. I can blow the lines out for you for $125.00 or you can get a new but unnecessary pump." I rather spend $125.00 than $1800.00 so I told him go for it. As soon as he opened the plumbing on the pump, the problem was there!! It was a darn pine cone that was blocking the water flow the whole time!!! I'm so mad that other companies were too lazy to even check that but tried selling me a whole new pump. A whole new pump would of still not solved the issues! I'm mad but super grateful with Kevin & his team lol best part is he didn't even charge me the full $125.00 as he didn't have to blow the lines out, he just said to keep him in mind for any issues in the future! Will NEVER contact anyone else from now on. Strongly Recommend to check with him 1st before spending $1000.00s for no reason! A+++ Thank you Kevin & Zillah's Pools Team!

I was very pleasantly surprised to see how reasonable the prices were for the daybeds. We booked a daybed on the lower level for July 4 from 5 PM to 11 PM. It was only a $50 deposit with a $250 minimum food and beverage spend. We arrived about 45 minutes early. There was a separate line for VIP check-in. Our daybed was available so we were escorted to it and allowed to have it a little bit early. Our waitress immediately came over and introduced herself. She was very friendly and attentative. We started with drinks. Beer buckets are about $75 for six beers. I was happy to see they had nonalcoholic options for me. My spouse opted for mixed drinks which came in a huge stadium swim branded sip cup. We did enjoy watching the hot dog eating contest. The twist was it was girls in bikinis. It was fun to watch. Throughout the rest of the evening they had live DJs and at 9 o'clock we had the best view for the fireworks. The only problem we ran into was that our food was delivered to another party. The staff did make it right and comped our food. We were having trouble meeting the minimum spend since it was just the two of us so the staff filled up a bag to go with Red Bulls and waters so we could hit the minimum spend. The people watching definitely got better as the night went on, but we finally called it at 10 PM. Overall, it was a great day and I would definitely rent a daybed again. It is worth it.

We did the all in exclusive deal for two nights which included a free daybed. A week prior to that…read moreI did call and make a reservation to make sure that there was one that was available for us when we were there there. then when we got there we had to wait in a VIP line that took about twenty minutes to twenty five minutes and then once we got to the Front John checked us in and didn't give us specific details on what to do after security so we walked into stadium swim and we were kind of lost already apparently we were supposed to wait for John and he was supposed to bring us out. The people who are just walk-ins were walking into stadium swim before the VIP line if it's VIP they're really shouldn't be a line so we are very surprised at that. It felt a little unorganized (and it was only a Monday morning ) we didn't get an actual daybed we got the big C shaped couch which is fine whatever I'm not gonna complain but it wasn't exactly what we expected and John had to wait for the server to handover the card and it just seemed like they didn't quite know what they were doing even though they worked there. Everybody was nice it was just not a smooth process when we expected a smooth process. I guess we also forgot that in using a daybed ment that the prices would reflect that so we couldn't buy one bottle of water we had to buy six which I passed on and the 32 ounce slushy drinks were $39 and they could've put a little bit more alcohol in there because we didn't even get a buzz and we drink three of them. The other thing which I find very strange and I understand why but there is no umbrellas or coverings from the sun I understand that it would block and obstruct the view of the TVs but I really think that they should consider trying to figure out some kind of way to have umbrellas out there because it would be more comfortable of a experience also we are local to Las Vegas and the pool was very cold for us usually our pools were like 80° at pool was very chilly and difficult to get used to. Like I said everybody was nice but I suggest that you just walk in and not do a VIP experience unless you can afford that because it is very expensive and you had to wait in line to get that very expensive experience which is confusing but thank you circa for hosting us anyway.

Supposedly you could get validated parking if you spent $25+ at any eatery on property, including the pool. My husband got a $38 drink at the pool bar and was told to keep his receipt for parking validation. What a hassle! The pool can't validate, you're told to go to the customer rewards desk with your receipts. The customer rewards desk had a sign saying to go to the cashier because the desk was unmanned. Cashier said he didn't validate because validation is for gambling points only and to go back to the rewards desk. I had to wait in line while my husband went to the bar to ask a bartender to radio for someone to come to the rewards desk as a line was forming behind me. The bartender tried to validate when nobody showed up but he was locked out of the cage. Finally a woman in a suit showed up and validated our parking, but it was a huge hassle for a Friday night in Vegas. The pool itself looks small but holds a fair number of people and there are plenty of seats. The water in the pool is WARM with the jets spitting out hot water. There is a gazebo up top where my husband and I put our clothes because there are no lockers to rent. Apparently that's the smoking area but people there were complaining that there were no ashtrays. The pool itself was okay but the experience was a big hassle trying to get out. Visited June 2025
