I purchased a cake for a party. They put it in a box that wasn't tall enough and when they put the cover on the writing and whipped cream stuck to the cover. I spoke to Nelly who was very pleasant and offered to come pick the cake up and fix it. Then I get a call from the owner who told me because I looked at the cake before they put the cover on and it was fine that there's nothing they can do. I would like to know how this is my fault that the girl behind the counter does not know what size box to use. This was an expensive cake and I will never step foot into this bakery again. read more

Zio'scCasa di Dolce in Seaford NY is bakery. A quick stop proved less than admirable. The 2 items I looked for were not available. The 2 items I bought were not fresh. The 1 I understand as it was a 4 th of July cupcake noting 50% off of which the girl charged full until I questioned it. The other , a very cute western in sunglasses cupcake was something I'm told that they always sell. It was gloppy and the chocolate cake part stale. I shall go to my favorites instead. read more

We have recently seen advertisements on instagram for this place seems it has changed ownership so we gave it a shot i purchased 4 cannoli 6 rainbow tri color cookies and 6 mixed Italian cookies mind you the case said 20 percent off the server weighed the boxes rang me up and said 48$ i said you must be mistaken she said no we sell by the pound i said ok so how much does this weigh 1/2 pound and the cannoli she said 5$ each do the math still not adding up said i said ok paid but will never be back again either she doesn't understand their pricing or made a mistake and wasn't willing to correct it here nor there I will not be back. This bakery has a large fresh assortment of pastries, cupcakes, cookies, layer cakes, coffee cakes, pies, tarts, cannolis, buns, rolls, fresh bread. I always take my time looking around as they always seem to have a rotation of different items. I placed an order for a lemon cello cake this past weekend and it was sinfully delicious! The cake very decorated tastefully and was exactly as I envisioned. I also want to mention they make cupcakes that are pieces of art, they look to pretty to eat. I visually enjoyed the presentation of the way they came wrapped. After one cousin dove in to try one, I did too. The cake was very fresh, tasted homemade, the frosting was not too sweet. I bought a pound of cookies and a small cake. It cost me $79.00 The cake was terrible. I will never go back. I miss Fehn's.

Their buttercream does not taste like butter. It leaves an oil slick like vegetable shortening was used.

Sorry to say, but I will not return to this bakery. I got a corn muffin that was stale. I put it in the microwave, but that didn't even soften it and it was tasteless. It went in the garbage. In town visiting Nana and Pop Pop and decided to get a cake for "Grandparents Day". Remembered this place as Fehn's as a kid and since it was still a bakery, stopped in. Got a chocolate cake that was readily available, walked out with custom writing on it, and it was decadent. Nana and Pop Pop loved it. Highly recommend coming by and giving this place business. The old number counter is still on the wall and the string still drops from the ceiling to wrap the boxes. The pastries and cakes are also still amazing. Well done. read more

For Super Bowl we went to The Pretzel Factory- Massapequa and it was so crowded and the line was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. We left and decided to walk-in and order pretzels from Zio's Bakery in Seaford. It was easy and they were happy to see us. Their pretzel bites came in two different sizes and VERY reasonable in price. It was an absolute HIT and tasted delicious! We will be back :) read more
