What an awesome time. Tubing should be an Olympic sport...change my mind. After three days in the park, I was absolutely drained and looking for a low-key, relaxing activity to mellow out the trip. Zion Tubing had the answer for me. Zion Tubing is fantastic. It's a very quick bust ride to the pit-in point and then an hour-long float that will bring you to their pick up point. The tubes all have covered bottoms and room for a small cooler. The river is 2-4 feet deep and feels great starting in late May. The crew is accommodating and cheerful. Zion Tubing is the vacation that you need from your vacation

The booking process is super simple, and if you need to adjust your booking, the employees on the line are super helpful. Once there, they have a great selection of refreshments and sunscreen if you need it, and the employees are all wonderful. They drive you to the spot and give you a tube. Once on the tube, it's a choose your own adventure situation. The river can be rough but is beautiful and fun. You can get off your tube at any point to explore the river and I'd definitely recommend it. This is a super fun way to explore the river for a super reasonable price and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone in the area.

What a fun way to beat the heat while you're in the Zion Area. From old to young this activity is the best! The staff is friendly and the flow from start to finish is quick and informative. Thank you for all the smiles and laughs provided

Pros I side the campground walking distance to the little town get the bus to Zion park or rent e-bikes to get around. No cars allowed to the Narrows. Get the bus to the town of Springdale eat shop rent stuff. Cons: expect delays this is in the national park always a line to get in walking riding a bike or driving your car. If going to the Narrows busses start around 7 or 8 am. Bike pickup are early whenever you want them so pick up your bike early to get back into the park before the line starts. Campsites are big not all crunched up you have plenty of space between you and your neighbor. When it's a little windy no fires and hat so ever. Flushable toilets squirrels are aggressive here taking a nap outside and a got scratched by one.

Note that there are only electric hook-ups available (no water hook-ups), so you'll need to prepare accordingly. When we visited, the campground wasn't crowded, and booking a spot was quite easy. The atmosphere was quiet and open--perfect for resting after a day of exploring Zion. We really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy nature inside the national park.

We loved the convenience of having a little town just 5 minutes away for anything we needed. We stayed in Loop A since Loops B and C are under renovation. The only downside was the traffic noise at night/day which can get a bit loud, but overall it was a very nice campground.

First off, if you're on the fence about going, DO IT! This is a beautiful summer campground, we went June 8-10, 2018 and the weather was perfect. It did get a little cold at night, but nothing that our sleeping bags couldn't handle. The campgrounds here aren't too close together which I really appreciated, but some campsites are more shaded than others. I stayed in B loop, site #48 and it was conveniently located close to the restrooms (which are kept very clean) and the campground host, who sell firewood. People here were very respectful of the quiet hours which start at 10. Keep in mind that there are no showers at this campsite. Also, the picnic table and fire ring are on concrete which I loved SO much and it even comes with a stand for your portable stove and a place to hang your lantern. The campsite also has tent pads that they have leveled out which made sleeping very comfortable. However, the one thing I do regret is not bringing a hammock!! There are lots of trees here. This place is also walking distance to a small lake where you can go fishing and a short 4 mike drive to Duck Creek Village, which has a convenience store, small restaurants, and souvenir shops.

The team from start to finish are all amazing and kind people. The folks who book are knowledgeable, patient, and thankfully not some call center. The team at the event are equally kind, especially considering the massive amount of customers they are helping for three days straight. Only downside, we had several issues with the machines including needing to switch both out. Once again, the team was professional and kind during the whole process. They are brand new machines, it's just a tough hot environment with people beating the hell out of these rentals all day. My only critique at the event would be setting up a better system after you have checked in at the computer. You are sent into the trailer to get a helmet/goggles and sometimes someone is in there to help you and sometimes not. So, it already starts off a little confusing for beginners. Once you navigate out of the trailer, you go outside to total chaos. There is no desk/line or someone that stands out to ask for help to get your machine. You sort of just have to flag someone down which often times there's confusion. Perhaps consider setting up one more desk or kiosk when leaving the trailer and getting your machine assigned. Lastly, perhaps a big sign for the helmet return as this is a confusing when you get back. I almost put my dirty helmet back on the clean helmet shelves because there is no person out sign saying to put them on the black table out side. I appreciate you all and will certainly be calling and booking the next trip soon.

Unfortunately, our experience with Mad Moose was very disappointing…read more Our group had more than 20 vehicle rentals reserved. We had communicated ahead of time that we would be arriving when they opened so we could get our vehicles quickly and start our day. Despite that, there were only three employees working, making the check-in and rental process extremely slow and causing significant delays for our entire group. The bigger issue came once we were in Zion National Park. Our vehicle broke down and left us stranded. It took nearly two hours for assistance to arrive, and when they did, they were unable to fix the problem. We were then charged to have the vehicle towed, even though the breakdown was due to the rental vehicle itself. To make matters worse, we were never offered any type of insurance or protection plan before renting, so we weren't even given the opportunity to consider additional coverage. We also witnessed several other vehicles in our group get flat tires. In those cases, help again took around two hours to arrive, and the employees showed up with the wrong size replacement tires and without a tire jack, creating even more delays and frustration. Mechanical issues can happen, but the lack of preparation, poor customer service, slow response times, and inadequate support made what should have been a fun adventure incredibly stressful. Based on our experience, I would not rent from Mad Moose again.
