The experience at this car wash was the worst experience ever. I asked for the works wash when to pay the cashier which is the manger is the manger. Charged me ten dollars more without telling me. I asked the manager for a receipt gave me one with a total charge no brake done of charges and the tells me there an extra charge for a suv. With I can under stand but he should have told me. Not after when I inquired. He was really rude about it. Now I know way it has a 2 star rating. I recommend not to go to this car wash you will get rep off. Paid for the the top tier car wash, left having to clean my own car. The barely washed the outside and didn't vacuum the inside very well at all. The trunk was left all dirty. I moved to adjust my seat and found more areas they didn't vacuum. The fact they had this whole message about cleaning out your valuables, should have been a warning not to have gotten my car washed here. Total rip off. There was a lady who was upset that her car attendant left her car without notifying it was finished. Not sure what is going on here, Fontana is not the best place for car washes. I took my brand spanking new 2022 Toyota Camry to get a quick wash before going out of town. This is the only place that does a hand wash without running those brushes over your car so I thought it would be a good idea. Upon leaving I found damage to the drivers side rear of the car. I get home to see fresh paint dangling from my car so I went to inspect it and sure enough my undercarriage is scratched to hell and my vinyl lower rocker applique is ripped. I immediately go back to the car wash to address this with the owner (who lied btw pretending to only be the manager). He immediately gets defensive saying there is no way that the car wash could have damaged my car... let me inform you, it goes onto a rail ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE and is pulled with a roller. Obviously my car wasn't positioned properly or this wouldn't have happened. The owner just argued with me and refused to give me a receipt for the services performed. He literally walked into his office slammed the door and ignored me. It wasn't until I walked around and went back into the lobby and argued fot about 10 minutes before he printed me a receipt. If you care about your car.. DON'T go here. They take no responsibility for their actions. I will get a estimate and take them to small claims. The wash wasn't good either. I still have bugs all over my car and dust inside that wasn't wiped down. read more

Nothing express about this place, its takes 1.5 hrs plus almost everytime. The building is COMPLETELY in disrepair. Hardly ever anyone running the counter to pay. I really liked this place for their quality of car wash but it keeps getting worse each visit. I hope they listen and re invest in their business. Where do I begin? I borrowed my son's car and it was filthy...dirt, bird poops, dusty inside. I bought the more expensive wash for $28. That seemed like a lot of money, but I wanted a good wash. After 30 minutes, the cat was sitting with no one drying it. I took a peek at it and there were still yellow bird poops all over it. I brought it to an employee's attention and he said they were water spots, which they weren't. I had to go inside to find a manager who took it back through the wash. The lady at the front desk has horrible customer service. She is rude. I asked for cash back and she said we don't give cash back. I asked how to pay her employees for a tip and she said I don't know, maybe Zelle. Call me old school but that's not very good customer service. That shows me they don't care about their employees. I am not sure why the reviews are so bad. I have visited this car was a dozen times and never had any major issues. If there are not many cars in line, they are pretty quick. I went today, pulled up with one car in the vacuum process, but no one in the other "check-in" spot. I was in and out in around 25 minutes. The charge for a regular car wash (today) is $21.99. It seems like a lot to me, but I haven't been to a car wash in a few years, so I am unsure as to what the comparable market price is. The only reason for 4, not 5, stars is that I have to point things out if I want them done. For example, I have to point out that I would like the cargo area vacuumed. This happens everywhere, and if I recall from a conversation I had with an employee elsewhere, , it is "standard practice" and you have to ask. I was disappointed when I opened the hatch when I got home to see it had not been vacuumed. I forgot to ask. Overall, they do a good job, in my opinion! read more

First let me start by saying they do a good job cleaning my car. BUT, EVERY TIME I come here, something is stolen out of my car. The last THREE times I've gotten my car washed here something is stolen out of my car. First it was a joint out of my cup holder (how do you report missing mary jane?), the 2nd time was all the coins in my coin holder in my center console, this last time was a whole bag of mary jane in my center console. Ive learned to just not keep anything of value in my car when bringing it here, but as I said, they do a good job cleaning my car hahaha.
