If I could give it zero stars, I would. I had the worse experience. First; when I got in line and showed that I had a $5 coupon the girl chose a carwash without me even seeing the options. Didn't ask me any questions, just chose for me. When my car was done I went to go dry it. When I was done, I went to vacuum my car and the vacuum wasn't working. None of them were. An employee was nearby and I asked, they said they were working on it. I asked nicely why we weren't told when we paid. He ignored my question and said the other side vacuum's were working. Okay I move to the other side. The moment I pull one of them, the top just falls off (I took a photo and can provide proof). Couldn't use that one. The other vacuum barely worked. Here is my thing, you all advertise free vacuuming and they didn't work or barely worked. Why didn't the worker notify me. I could have come back or gone somewhere else. I told the lady at the shop and she was very cold, she said that there was nothing that she could do and referred my to the website. Three weeks laker I got an email indicating that my claim was declined because it was only my mirror. To replace it I have to pay over $200 dollars and the are refusing to cover. I will never return and I have already shared my experience with others. i was given a free car wash voucher through a text who don't love free bees pulled up checked in, entered and water sparingly touched my vehicle. assumed it was malfunctioning. suds we're on the windsbield had to use wiper to exit. I pulled up near office and got out and seen the vehicle wasn't washed. male employee told me no problem drive back around and I will run you through it again. I said thank you. I return to the front and the employee working the check in told me I cannot go back through. I've been a customer since it was called Zipline and I had a monthly membership for years. When it became Superstar I loved how towels were provided. The clean ones were nicely folded. However, that did not last long. My biggest gripe is that the vacuums and blowers did not always work. I had to drive and park at 4 different bays before I found a vacuum that worked. When I told an employee, he told me as a monthly subscriber the vacuums were not included in my monthly subscription so they were not obligated to work. I canceled my monthly subscription that day. Also, they raised the monthly fee $5 but did not notify prior to the increase. Don't waste your time here. read more

Gave it two changes the first car wash was so bad I thought I wouldn't come back. If you pick the cheapest wash you will not get a wash at all unless your car is already washed. And they had no clean towels and vacuum pump doesn't suck. I went back again thinking maybe bad day? Second time wash wasn't terrible but had to pay for the legit wash to get a good one. Has to be the most annoying customer service I've ever received. The girl handling the payments was doing wayyy too much. I understand trying to make a sale but at a certain point you make the customer uncomfortable and are just wasting our time trying to be manipulative. I told her 3 times the cheapest one which was $16 and then she tried to charge me $25 when I handed her my card. I stopped her and she said I must have done that and I hadn't even touched the screen. Drove into the car wash this morning The license plate scanner could not read my license plate so I moved back-and-forth a couple times. The employee came out and told me to stop moving. I mentioned to her that there was no line that indicates where the camera or the scanner could read my license plate that I did not know where to stop when I drove up. She was on her cellphone not paying attention to what I was doing walked over to me with an attitude like I'm supposed to know where I am supposed to stop my vehicle so the scanner can read it. I mentioned to her that there is no indication where I should stop my vehicle so she continued to tell me with an attitude. where I was at the first time when I pulled in was a right spot, but I am supposed to know that when the armor of the gate did not open, I would never return back to this business unless they change management give them some kind of training on how to deal with customers and let the customers know how their system works. I've read so many bad reviews on this place very unfortunate that they are so close to my house that I would have to find some other business to use. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM BEWARE!!!!!! I purchased a membership and was denied service because their system failed to read my license plate and the manager Dakota was too lazy to look up my account. Dakota told me there was no record of my car or account in their system. I assured him I purchased my membership at this location, had been charged for this month as well as prior months when I did not come for service. He immediately kept asking me for my credit card he says "it's the only way to find the account". I thought it was weird since I was able to locate my account online without the credit card number but yet he tells me there's absolutely no way to search without my card. I advised I would not provide my card and I know they can look up my account. After being denied I went to the office to ask for a refund for my monthly membership since I am being denied service at no fault of my own. 2 employees just starred at me and one says well you paid this month nothing we can do cancel next month with customer service. I was pissed at this point I asked for manager Dakota says he's the manager and will finally look up my account so he can cancel it. What do you know they found my account using my name only!!! He then said" guess we can get you a wash now". NO YOU CAN NOT SIR I WANT MY MONEY BACK.. I was denied a refund stating "WWme can not process refunds from the location....LIES i watched an associate refund my money on the same computer the day i turned a single wash into a membership...smh Poor customer service and questionable operations. One would think that with a rehabbed facility everything would be functioning like new quality, but not here. As far as the car wash is concerned , I have no issues, great job! But, the vacuuming truly sucks. Never had a problem when Zipline was operating there. 15-20 minutes just to vacuum the front passenger side, really? "It's a compressor problem." the employees say. Don't the new owners realize that a clean carpet is vital to having a clean vehicle? I have been going there over 5 years since before it became Super Star Car Wash. Hello All, This place was under new management when my father went to get his Ford F150 washed. The machine broke his third tail brake on the truck. Somehow the employee convinced my father to purchase the part and the company would be reimburse him. Here we are 2024 nothing has been done. This all started in Aug 2023. This company has lied to my family regarding his reimbursement for the damages caused to his truck. Recently, my mother in good faith took our Tahoe to now the new establishment called Super Star Car Wash and the truck came off the rails and damaged the front bottom right bumper and employee on duty witnessed the incident and filed a claim. As of now, they have denied both claims stating "they are not liable for the actions of the vehicle operator. Super Star Car Wash has specific instructions for our customers to follow to ensure safety during the wash." Are you kidding me! I'm sure they have cameras and can clearly see the employee saw how it came out of the rails. To blindly blame the customer for the operation of the establishment and deny the claims is unacceptable. I have been more than patient with this company since August of 2023 going in person speaking with Claudia and Rigo. I came today to get a regular car wash and the rep tells me about a promotion.. I specifically asked her if you have to do auto pay because I personally do not like things on auto pay she told me NO.. I asked her a few times and she repeated the same answer so I did the promotion come to find out when I read my receipt I was on automatic payment.. That is not how you do business by lying to the customers, if you encounter this make sure you read your receipt and plus she stated "We don't ask for your debit card number" that part was true however when they charged my card, it automatically took my card info to do auto payments. Not a good way to do business.. Never coming back, hopefully this gets out so there's better training. read more

Lies. Carwash is NOT $10. Don't waste your time. They close earlier than advertised. I arrived 754pm at the kiosk tried buying a wash but only thing was monthly memberships. So I pressed the "HELP" button waited, then again, each time no answer. I backed out of the lane, at the very entrance employee Angel, woken up from his nap, already closed with blue cones chained up. That really upset me, they can't look at the lanes before they close? Specially when a help button was pressed twice. So I spoke to sleepy Angel, he directed me to manager right away. Finally located Claudia, claimed to be general manager but she doesn't apologize, says help button isn't for customers it's for employees and call is directed to IT in Arizona, points finger to Angel for not checking, then says "do you want a free wash or wanna keep going back and forth?" So I take her offer on free wash and ask her for corporate number because this should definitely not happen to anyone else, she answers website only. As I'm walking away to get my car for free wash, bipolar Claudia grows a pair and says "oh never mind you gave me attitude." To her boss: please have your managers take a course in customer service and safety checks for all your employees. This was not acceptable. People better go to another Carwash.
