Eight days later the package has still not been delivered because for some reason UPS rerouted it to Illinois. I went back to the store to ask for a refund and was told since it not shipped express they could not guarantee when it would be delivered and had I shipped it Express they would then guarantee delivery. My package was their smallest padded envelope folded in half and it still cost me $43 to ship. The store manager told me the rules are "from corporate" and not his store. I will not use that store again, period. He didn't even bother to offer a partial refund but said he cares about his customers. I think not!
