Plumbing problems are never a pleasure, but it certainly was a pleasure working with Zippity Split Plumbing when I needed to get a major problem fixed. These guys are the most professional plumbing company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. All the people they sent were courteous and professional. After the issue was identified, they gave me a very reasonable quote and stuck to it (no add-ons or hidden sub-charges). I was always emailed and/or texted when a technician was on the way and then contacted by the owner (Mark) afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work. Do not usually leave to reviews for the same company but I had to today. Easy water systems put in my RO system about a month ago and mentioned that they do regular plumbing as well. Today at 4:25 I called them because my kitchen sink had turned into a geyser. According to Yelp they were about to close. While I was on the phone with their super nice employee she scheduled the appointment, I got a text, and she said Nick was on his way. He was here in like 15 minutes and he just finished my sink at 5:17! That is crazy fast and helpful service. Booked a same day appointment to have AZ Water Systems come take a look at my water softener & RO. This is my first house with these systems and I was unfamiliar with how they worked or what sort of maintenance I needed to do. Corey & Jason showed up within 15 min of the time window beginning (and gave a courtesy call to let me know that they were on their way. They checked out my systems, tested my water, gave me a list of maintenance and up keep. When I tried to pay them at the end of the visit they declined. They said that if needed repairs or other work to give them a call but I didn't owe anything for just coming out and making sure my softener & RO were functional. We had Larry work on out last home to do some inspection work before resale, and we were very pleased with his follow-up and professionalism. I asked Larry if he installed soft water systems, and RO systems, as we were going to need this in our new home, he said yes, and told me to let him know when we were getting closer to moving into our new home, that he would stop by the new home and check out what we needed. That time came and I called Larry, as usual he answered on the second ring and we met out on the new home jobsite. I had some questions about the systems in particular and the installation, and Larry was very complete and informative about all the questions I asked. Larry provided a detailed quote and price for both the soft water system and the RO for the kitchen. We picked a date, and Larry showed up on time as usual. The installation went very well it was extremely detailed and clean work, and everything worked as planned. A few weeks later I noticed that the water did not seem like it was softened, so I called Larry, he said he had an opening in the afternoon, and would drop by and check things out. He did show up as planned and checked out the system, made some corrections, and told us to check what we thought in a day or so, we did and still water did not seem softened, Larry actually called us back to check on what we felt, told him seemed still not softened. He was back out the same day, found a defective hose deep in the softener and replaced the compete tank no questions asked. People this is service, no arguing, no questions asked and trustworthy. We were pleasantly surprised at how great this business treated us! Larry is a true professional and is very trustworthy. His professionalism is above and beyond most I have experienced. We bought a new home and forgot to check if it has water softener or loop installed for the softener. Larry was the first quote I received and after 4 different ones(2 of them very shady quotes, one from costco and one from another company), I decided to go with Larry. I had done a lot of research into the different systems. heard about Larry Melton and this company through Go Gilbert on Facebook. They also have great reviews online. I was happy to see that their water condItioner Core Pro is manufactured in AZ so it's specifically designed for the state's water quality. Daniel thoroughly explained our options and costs. The cost is lower than what our friends paid for their system from Eco Water/Costco. Daniel and Seth were able to install our Core Pro the day after we signed up. I'd give them No Stars!!! But Yelp won't let me! Where to begin? Had them install a Tankless water heater and the tech who was scheduled to install had ZERO Training on how to install the Tankless heater! Took him 2 days to install and when it was finally finished it was Installed so incorrectly that the Manufacturer of the Tankless Hot water heater told us when he saw the pictures of the the complete botch job that our 10 year Factory Warranty was now Void due to the hack job of the install! When we contacted Larry at Az water systems he got extremely defensive as if it was our fault his guy was incompetent at installing the Tankless water heater! His service manager was also clueless and he contacted the Manufacturer only to be told by the Manufacturer that it was completely installed wrong and the warranty was voided due to their incompetence! Larry then threatened my personal small business to try and keep us from filing a complaint with the ROC! By the way Larry my company doesn't need a ROC License and my company has nothing to do with your hack job you did at our home! When talking with the Rep from the Manufacturing Company he informed us that Larry nor any of his employees ever participated in any of the 3 training sessions they had set up for companies that wanted to Install their Tankless Hot water heaters! We will continue to pursue legal action InThe form of a Civil Lawsuit because we decided that the ROC route would require us to allow Larry to try and fix the botched install! But with no training and incompetent employees with decided to hire a company that has training and experience in installing Tankless Heaters! Also the gas company had to be called out because the way his "tech" vented the system was such a hack job the Gas guy was concerned about Carbon monoxide poisoning in our home! With have all the documentation from the Manufacturer, the Gas company and the company who properly installed the tankless heater showing how bad Larry's company installed it! Larry also gave us a ultimatum which was absolutely ridiculous. We also have all the text messages and emails that went back and forth until We finally had enough! The fact he went after my company that had absolutely nothing to do with his mistakes shows his true colors and how he operates AZ Water Systems! read more

this guy was amazing!!! But We ended up not getting a water conditioner. My husband changed his mind at the last minute due to our HOA being butts. but I did go through the process of communicating with AZ water systems, sending pictures back-and-forth, him coming by the house, talking to others that had used his service, and he provided to me several options that were available to us with our current water situation. The prices were more than reasonable, and his information was soooo enlightening. It came down to the poor construction of our home, and it costing far FAR more to install a loop and run piping then for the actual system itself. He was much cheaper when it came to the quote for installing the piping and running it from one side of the house to the other, with the loop, than any of the other plumbing/water companies that provided quotes to us. If we ever end up changing our mind, AZ Water will definitely be the company we go with. We still would like a water conditioner and softener so much, but the cost for the labor and piping material to run it the way our HOA would approve of and where it would need to go was so much more than I could've even fathomed. It's definitely not AZ waters fault. He tried to look at it from different ways but it came down to a crappy Builder and HOA guidelines for altering the front yard. Argh. read more

I sent them my project information after finding them through Thumbtack. They initially were very prompt and sent a technician out the very next day to give us a bid/quote. The technician arrived on time and was very polite. He mentioned that they might be more on the pricey side but that their work more than made up for it. He told me needed one piece of information from me before he could send me a written quote for the work. I got back to him 45 minutes later with the missing piece of information and he said he had to go back to the office and he'd send over the quote then. I never did receive the quote that night, but thought I'd wait until Monday morning to reach back out since it was the weekend. I reached back out to the technician directly on Monday morning and never heard back. Around 3pm Monday, I got back on the Thumbtack app and contacted the company through the message portal. Someone said that they were still missing the piece of information and I told them I had already given it to the technician. They said they'd have the technician reach back out to me, which he did and said he was working on it and that he'd have it over in the next few hours. It's now been 48 hours later I still have no bid. I find it completely unprofessional that I am literally attempting to do business with this company but no one will respond back.
