HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT: -- The Pod is clean and well-thought out in terms of layout and user-friendliness with easy to understand instructions, small foot-print, etc. -- I like the fact that you can keep the pod for 2 to 3 days to move your stuff in or out -- excellent pricing structure - I got estimates at literally 5 other companies and these guys won over all but one of them (but the lower-priced one made me very nervous across many aspects) -- loved the fact that the pod is *always* LEVEL and does not get tilted up or down when it is loaded/unloaded from the truck. -- I would have liked to have a larger sized pod but they cap out at around 15-feet so I had to deal w/ that minor challenge -- also liked the fact that they have indoor temperature-controlled storage when it is offsite. It gave me comfort in knowing I could pack valuables inside the pod without fear it would get damaged. -- I don't work for the company and am not affiliated w/ anyone involved in any way shape or form...and actually, I very rarely write reviews but felt that these guys warranted it based upon a very favorable experience -- Overall a very positive impression and I've already recommended them to over a dozen other friends and work colleagues across the last few months. read more

My wife and I had to vacate our previous apartment as quick as we can and needed a place to store our things. We didn't like the idea of picking up our stuff and moving it to a facility. one that took too much time and two we did not have a truck to move all of our heavy furniture. After searching and searching I came across this company Zippy Shell and was very interesting that they bring the container to you! This was a no brainer. The company's president actually delivered the container in a bullet shelled trailer. The president who goes by Peter is a very pleasant man and very accommodating to our needs. We packed our stuff in the container and then called peter to schedule a pickup in which he did so in a timely manner. The price was great for the service rendered and the company offered insurance in which was very affordable. a few months flew by and my wife and I finally closed on a house and called peter to schedule a delivery. Our things were delivered and everything was just as we packed it. I would use this service again and again if I had to. Zippy Shell was fantastic and there's no one better than Peter! We were lucky enough to find out about Zippy Shell right before we packed up our house last Spring. We were moving to another house in the same town, but we had almost four months between when we moved out of our old house and when we could move into the new one. We packed almost our entire house in 5 or 6 Zippy Shells. We did it gradually within the month before our move, and Peter was very accommodating and worked with our schedule. We were even able to go to the storage facility to get a few things we needed while we were in our rental house before we moved into our new home. The move could not have been more seamless. I found Zippy Shell online when I was searching for a short term storage solution for my in-laws. I live out of state and called and spoke with Daisy about the rental. She was very helpful! She listened and answered all my questions and any that she was unsure of she called the owner Peter to confirm. The pod was delivered and picked up at the promised time. After an unexpected issue we needed to push back the return delivery date and Peter was able to work with us. The price was great comparatively and service was exceptional. We contacted Zippy for a move where we had a few weeks between houses and needed storage. Peter Katz, the owner took the time to explain all the options and what was best for our move. CT team helped me figuring out the best need for my move and even provided me options when I needed an additional container. For many years I have stored my outdoor furniture and collection of antique garden ornaments during the winter. We found a bunch of negative complaints about this company after booking them and got really worried they'd be bad when they showed up (or late). NEITHER was true! They were AWESOME!
