Past shops have never given me a detailed report with pictures, status of wear/tear, and written explanations for the recommendations for my car, and it was so nice to be able to cross reference everything. Anthony was so knowledgable and took the time to explain all the "why's" for the recommended services. "Recommended" was very much emphasized throughout our conversations and the inspection report that's given to you is clearly color coded with Green (Checked & Okay), Yellow (May Require Attention Soon), and Red (Requires Immediate Attention) so you can opt in/opt out for any services based off the findings. A clear timeline for the service was communicated to me and I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day (probably would've been same day if I didn't need new tires).They also offered a free shuttle service after I dropped my car off and washed my car after the service was done!
