The service was generally okay. My husband had a hot pistachio latte that was attractive in appearance, but just okay compared to other ones that he usually gets. He said the pastry was excellent. I had an iced oat milk latte with a specialty syrup that I can't remember but it was pretty good. They have limited syrups because they make their own. I don't believe they have any sugar free. I don't recall any music playing but they were consistently busy with people who took their order to go. The HUGE negative for me is that they said they had no restroom! I would assume they must have one for their staff but they don't allow patrons to use it. That is unacceptable in my opinion. I think it is because there are quite a few homeless/houseless people walking in the area and they have possibly had issues with them using their restroom??? But I feel like they could have a key or code to give to paying customers. People need to have access to a restroom for washing their hands, if something is spilled on their clothing and just to use it after drinking caffeine. I would not go back to this shop specifically because of that issue.
