I hope they grow and open more locations. My husband and I just drove an hour to get to the Riverside location. We're only able to come once a month because it's so far away. We would hit it once a month if it were closer, maybe more than once a month. Service is always great at this location. They have stickers and buttons available. The seating is bar stools at a counter inside the food lab. The food is amazing! It's always perfectly made and it hits the spot when we miss the Monty's plant-based chicken. The burgers are good. Love the fries and tots! Definitely do the "maxed out" tots or fries. Those are the best! I love the kale salad and add chicken on top. My husband loves the chicken burgers. Reported. See how unfair this business is... my kids and I ate our food outisde in VERY WINDY and COLD conditons because the employee there said we must eat outside. The sign they have by the register mentions the same thing. As I come back in to wash my hands.... I find lots of people eating inside and nobody asking them to eat out. I demand a refund and ask that Dept. Of Health investigate the matter. See the video I posted..... and by the way , about 10 other people dining on the opposite end of restaurant. read more

Do not work here. Do not eat here. Seriously…read more Joyce Burger in Jurupa Valley is one of the most poorly run and unprofessional places I've ever come across. This place appears to be intentionally understaffed, with only 2-3 employees expected to run the entire restaurant at once--handling cashiering, drive-thru, cooking, cleaning, and trash all at the same time. It's chaotic, overwhelming, and completely unsustainable. The treatment of employees is even worse. Workers are expected to stay and continue working 30+ minutes AFTER clocking out. That is not just unethical--it appears to be a clear violation of labor laws. On top of that, schedules are not even provided until the morning of, yet employees are expected to show up early or adjust their entire day at management's convenience. There is zero respect for people's time or lives outside of work. Management is extremely inconsistent and dismissive. In one situation, an employee had a legitimate emergency and was told--rudely--to "think about the business," with no concern or empathy whatsoever. But when that same employee later quit, management had the nerve to complain about not receiving a two-week notice, despite never offering employees the basic courtesy of advance scheduling. The hypocrisy is unreal. There are also serious food safety concerns that should not be ignored. Employees are expected to handle cash and then immediately prepare food without proper handwashing being enforced. There are also reports of old fries being reused and fryer oil not being changed regularly, which raises major questions about cleanliness and food quality. Overall, this is not a professional environment in any sense. Between the way employees are treated, the lack of basic organization, and the concerning food handling practices, this is a place that needs to be looked into. Spend your money somewhere else.
