I ordered the Frontier 7 bean soup which claims to be vegetarian on their website I have been a vegetarian for over 35 years. I got the soup the day before my surgery hoping to enjoy it after. It had quite a bit of beef in it. If you have special dietary needs I recommend you do NOT go there. I called the manager of the Firestone branch the evening of 5/12 and he offered I could "swing by" that evening and pick up another kind after ai had already told him I had surgery that morning. I'm pretty particular when it comes to soups. I try to taste everybody's soup from every restaurant I go to if they have something different. Not chicken noodle nothing that's normal. I like other options they have many options of different types of suits. So I'm being more soup and some being sticker. Still liked it!! Will return!! read more

When I thought of a soup place, I expected less. The food is pretty good and changes daily. We look online before we go to see what's in store. This saves us from any surprises and allows us to see the healthier menu items and nutritional values. The sandwiches could use more ingredients but they still taste good. It's quick, easy and tasty. They allow free samples to try which is nice too. We use Zoup as a backup often when we run out of time to cook or just want an easy meal. The price isn't terrible, but is a little high in my opinion when compared to other "faster" food chains. 4 stars for taste, ease, quality, and selection. The value isn't the best is my opinion which is why I deducted 1 star. Still, very much a go-to for my wife and I. read more

This is a great addition to Firestone and a welcome relief from all the fast food restaurants. The variety of soups is awesome. My wife said the chicken pot pie soup was great and my daughter liked the Thai curry soup. I had a southwest turkey sandwich which was tasty..the bread was very fresh. My party of four really enjoyed the food. We all had soup, and we were very satisfied with the food, the service and the value. My serving, a chicken pot pie in a bread bowl, was just barely warm enough not to need to go back, but it was delicious and filling, a nice change of pace from fast food. Pros: They have a ridiculous number of soups available and there are many, many different flavors and types. The one sandwich we ordered was pretty tasty. The staff is friendly. Cons: They are VERY expensive for a small sandwich and a small cup of soup. I was surprised that for only 2 women, it cost us well over $25 for lunch that wasn't very filling. I don't know what the hype is about this restaurant, but we were not impressed at all. Unless we get a BOGO coupon in the mail, we will not be returning back to this establishment. read more

Ehhhhhh. Granted, I am a vegetarian so consider that as you forge ahead. A lot of the soup tasted like it was just reheated from a can. If it's fresh I'd be shocked. The sandwich I got was huge for the price but sort of blah. Staff was friendly. The location is weird though. This place is right off a major interstate highway so I can't see travelers wanting to stop in for a soup to go. Just ok for a vegetarian. Perhaps it's better for the meat eaters -- considering it tastes reheated I'd be surprised if that were true. read more

Food is awful. Definitely not worth the price. My son's grilled cheese was cold, they just toasted the bread and put cheese in the middle. Salads are disappointing with cheap ingredients and portions are way too small. Save your money and eat somewhere else. read more

So, the soups here taste delicious!! However, the salads and breads are very lackluster for me. I wish the bread was either bigger or more "fluffy." Also, the price does not justify what you are getting here at all (well, maybe for the lobster bisque it truthfully is one of the best). You are way better off going to Spoons, but I would say this place is very on par price and (maybe) quality wise as Panera. read more

Thank you zoup for giving us an alternative to all the fast food. I had a bowl of lobster bisque and a full sized sandwich. The price was right and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The bisque was full of lobster bites and my buffalo chicken sandwich was huge and awesome. Two meals really for 15 bucks? You cant eat fast food for that so don't believe the review saying the portion was small or it's pricey. The bisque is the most expensive on the menu, i ordered the 3rd biggest size and the aformentioned whole sandwich. I will definitely be back to zoup soon and im sure often. read more

I've been a fan of Zoup's lobster bisque since they opened but as prices have increased, the quality of the lobster bisque as gone downhill. I keep telling myself I must have just got a watery batch with very little seafood(not real lobster but langostino is fine for soup), but I've been telling myself this everytime I've order it this last year or so. The employees are friendly and I do like supporting local businesses but just can't continue to spend my money here with the current quality of the soup. The food was delicious but the service was ridiculous! Three of us went in, ordered separately and payed separately. The gal called my order so I grabbed it and went to the table. I had ordered the pick rwo sandwich and salad as had one other person. When I opened my bag the food inside belonged to the other person. We had the same sandwich but different salad. When I returned to the counter to tell her, she insisted she had given me the correct food. I explained the dilemma several time as she argued with me. Finally the other person brought her salad to the counter to show the gal. She then began to insist that my food had been in the same bag. It was not. Mind you there was one other person in the place so she was not overwhelmed by many orders. After she continued to insist that my food was in the empty bag, the gentleman said they would bring my order out. It took a while but he did. One last passive aggressive poke. They gave me a lg. Soup spoon to eat my salad. Every one else got a fork. I was very,very angry about the service. She may as well have called me a liar and accused me of stealing extra food! Was disappointed after reading a bunch of positive reviews. I had the Caesar salad and both the Italian Wedding Soup and Crab Chowder. They were just okay, nothing to write home about, and the Caesar salad left a lot to be desired. Price was a bit steep for the quality. I wanted to like ZOUP! Came in and was immediately greeted. Which was nice so for the service and hospitality I would rate it as TOP NOTCH! However with one bite I knew I wasn't going to finish the meal. The quality of food fell short. The flavors were pretty bland, my husband and I both agreed we won't be back. My family loves Zoup. We eat here once a week. The roasted veggie wrap and the fire roasted tomato bisque are my favorites.

My roommate raves about this place, so my boyfriend and I finally went in last night around 7 for a light dinner. We each ordered a cup of soup, half a sandwich, and a fountain drink to carry out. The bill was over $30, for (I'll say it again) a cup of soup, half a sandwich and a fountain drink, times 2, and at a counter service/carry out joint. Ripoff! The north Indian lentil soup was bland, and instead of the half roasted veggie wrap without cheese or mayo I ordered I got a TINY whole wrap *with both presliced kraft lookin yellow cheese and mayo on it* and was basically cold spinach and cold mechanically shredded carrots with a cold roasted red pepper that clearly came out of a jar. $30 for, basically, Subway. Except, at Subway they make your sandwich in front of you so there are no mistakes. There were at least four people working and no diners but us in the entire restaurant. Not returning. read more
