Great start for an escape amusement center. Some critiques are that when purchasing tickets online, players can only buy in quanity 3 to start. The clues and puzzles were great but I feel like the quality of the materials themselves left something to be desired. The service and employees were friendly and helpful. I bought three tickets because it was my only choice, but they were kind enough to refund me after I called three times. Finding this particular escape room was a challenge. I called the location and they talked me through finding the right area. The gent at the front was friendly and professional, even though my entire party was at least 15 minutes late. The room itself was quite challenging but very fun- my group very nearly escaped the prison and had a fun time throughout the entire room. read more

Me and my friends(Group of 6) went to this establishment twice once in the Prison Break room and another in the Toy Box room. The staff is great, the clues are helpful, and the room is challenging enough for entertainment but it is possible for most people to escape from. Can't wait until their horror room is open. One of the best and most clever escape rooms I have played! The proprietor is clearly an escape room enthusiast who understands what makes for a good escape room experience. Instead of being an endless string of numerical locks, the experience involved clever, varied and innovative puzzles woven together with a common theme. My husband and I made it out just in time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a very fun environment, the clues weren't scarce but they did wait for us to spend a good amount of time figuring it out on our own so it wasn't spoiler. The staff was also very accommodating for our schedule and moved the appointment to start later than the scheduled time for us. Coleman is great. I love his escapes rooms as they are fun and challenging. The one we did had the perfect balance of creative puzzles and cool tech equipments. Him and the co-owner designs the rooms themselves and they are all very well planned. You can tell that he's obviously very passionate about escape rooms and what he's doing. I worked with owner Zack to schedule an escape experience for a birthday party for my 11 year old. Zack was wonderful. He had great flexibility in scheduling, and good information on which escape to choose. The staff was organized and responsive when we arrived. The kids had a fun time doing Prison Break. They (barely) made it out in time and took advantage of getting help on occasion, but I could tell by listening to the loud chatter that they were completely engaged in the game. My daughter invited two friends for her 11th birthday. She wanted to do it by themselves, but after reading some reviews, my husband and I decided to join them just in case it was difficult. Since it was close to Halloween, she wanted to try the prison theme which they loved. The room was not too scary and looked simple enough that I couldn't believe how challenging it was! This was our first experience with a escape room. We had so much fun. We chose the easiest game, Prison Break at the recommendation of our game coordinator . She was fantastic . We went on a Tuesday night and we're running late so she was able to change our time to a later time. She recommended we asked for clues if we got stuck and boy did we need them. There was only 3 in our group. You complete clues that enables you to move on to the next room. She gave us great instructions which we followed. We never felt frustrated. We couldn't stop laughing at some of our clues we found. I do recommend you don't bring big purse like I did as it won't fit in their small lockers and you have to carry it with you. The room is slightly dim but the small flashlights they gave us to find clues were great. I so want to do this again to finish. They gave us extra time to finish but we didn't manage to figure out all the clues. Please leave your ego at the door. You have to ask for clues as some are complex. Most you will figure out. Each in our team found at least one clue. Best birthday gift I've given myself. Loved every minute. This place is also very clean. Staff are so polite, friendly and helpful. Zgames is located upstairs on the backside of the building. Free parking! read more
