    Garlic fries
    Han-Nha T.

Got their fries with garlic sauce. It was big enough and fries were a soft crunchy, but tasted strange. Sauce was watery. I dont think I'd get this again. It seems one of the better places in the empty mall, though.

Cheap quality. Used a tortilla instead of a pita. Used iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. No hummus or feta in my pita. Pita was like a burrito from Chipotle if you added water to the middle. I would have preferred getting Taco Del Mar across the room, and I don't even like Taco Del Mar! No wonder I was the only person ordering food from Zuba.

Located in the Westlake Center this was an short walk from the hotel I was staying at. They service was exceptional, food plentiful and the taste was excellent. I could not finish it all and saved the grape leaves for breakfast the next morning.

I liked the self serve kiosk. Although the chicken tasted really plain and not seasoned. Said it was grilled but honestly tasted boiled or something. It was okay/decent for something quick and easy to grab but there are better options other places.

I'm allergic to tomatoes. I specified that I didn't want tomatoes. I tipped. Hopefully you guys don't send anyone into anaphylaxis.

In my quest to try every food court establishment, we stopped by Zuba and were really impressed. Nice employees, yummy food, quick preparation and large servings! At food courts, my usual algorithm is to eat at the place with the shortest line, but I would seek Zuba out next time too regardless of line. We had the Kofta Wrap and the Chicken Gyro Platter. Both were surprisingly large. Well seasoned, super tasty. And the people taking the order and making the food were super helpful and friendly. For a food court dining establishment Zuba is *excellent!*

The food was delicious. $12.99 for chicken shawarma. The worker here was very nice and friendly. Great place to grab a fresh high protein bite for a reasonable price in downtown. The sauce was delicious and not too sweet or fatty. Health conscious food!

Gyro Salad for $12. Amazing food but the quantity of the meat should be more for the money.

Amazing food. I ordered the Gyro Salad to go and the gyro meat was scrumptious. Best I have had in Seattle. The only thing that needs to improve is the quantity of the meat on the Gyro Salad.

This is a joke, right? $15 veggie platter equals two falafel and two cauliflower florets. I think no, never again. Mammon Express is two blocks away and it doesn't feel nearly as bad when you open it up.

I got a build-my-own saj wrap with the mushroom base saj $6, sumac chicken $7, tomato $1.5, cucumber $1.5, pickled turnip $1, and a side of hot sauce $2. The saj bread itself tasted good, but got soaked through by the juice of the chicken and became very soggy. We walked to a park 10 minutes away to eat the wraps and the wraps were bending. The ingredients are fresh but nothing particularly stood out. I didn't quite taste the mushroom on the wrap, and on top of that, I got charged $2 for the hot sauce, but never tasted it in the wrap or found it on the side. My partner got the falafel saj wrap which was overall ddcent, but he also found the saj bread quite soggy, yet the falafels were on the dry side.

The signature saj bread is cooked fresh on a hot stone and is almost like a Middle Eastern flour tortilla with the way it's super thin and satisfyingly chewy bite. The only seating options are a few large benches on the sidewalk, but there's a poster saying you're welcome to sit at the neighboring bar which opens in the late afternoon provided you purchase a drink as well. Ended up sampling 3 of their wrap options and the Zaatar Wrap was deliciously nutty and fragrant, but texturally there was so many herbs that the center ate a little dry. The Lahme Khuruf (Lamb) was my favorite by far with super juicy ground meat with some tang from the labneh, sweetness, freshness from the tomato, and texture from the pine nuts. Absolute home run on this one! The Awarma and Cheese was a close second, but personally, the flavor profile was just a little less interesting than the lamb. Tip: grab some extra napkins as the wraps can fall apart a bit at the end!

I ordered the chicken plate for myself and the gyro plate for my husband. The portions were generous and the taste was fantastic! The chicken was so tender and there was plenty of it. On a Friday around 5:30pm, I was one of three people there before all the tables filled up 30-45 minutes later. Sitting at the bar, I got to watch the open kitchen create each dish with detail. To eat, I ordered the red pepper dip with molasses and walnuts. It comes with several thin pita straight from the oven. There's a slight kick to the dip making it perfect. I could eat just that as a meal. For my main, I got an entire roasted cauliflower with charred shallots, labneh, apricot, and more. The apricot added a sweetness to the savory. With a perfectly cooked cauliflower, it was divine. To drink, I ordered a glass of French white wine. The entire experience is among the best I've had in Seattle. (I come here twice a year.) Impeccable service seals the deal.

We split the lamb hummus ($27) and the Halloumi ($18). Both were surprisingly filling. The lamb was fork-tender and wonderfully cooked - my only qualm was this dish was extremely salty. The Halloumi was crispy and layered in flavor - sweet from the honey, acidity from the kumquat, and spicy from the red paste. The plating is beautiful. I love how the tiny kitchen is open so you can watch your dishes being prepped if you sit at the bar. Staff are polite and efficient.

From the moment we arrived, the **host and servers were warm, welcoming, and very polished**. The service felt attentive without being intrusive, and the staff did a nice job keeping the evening moving at a relaxed pace. The Royal Feast included several dishes that were brought out over the course of the evening. We started with **cinnamon pastries**, which were warm and a nice way to begin the meal. The spread also included **couscous, rice, chicken with lemon, Italian-style chicken, lamb, and kebabs**. The portions were generous and worked well for sharing with a large group. One thing to note: **vegetarians don't have many options here**, so if someone in your group has dietary restrictions, it might be a bit limiting. The meal ended with **tea**, which was a pleasant way to wrap up the dinner. Part of the experience here is the **belly dance performance**, but it doesn't start until **after 6:30 pm**. If you're expecting dancing throughout the dinner, you might be disappointed. The performance itself was okay, but the dancer mostly performs in the center area rather than around the tables, so it feels a bit distant. Personally, I've seen more engaging belly dance performances elsewhere. Parking is something to plan ahead for. The restaurant **does not have its own parking lot**, so you'll need to rely on **Seattle street parking, nearby garages, or paid lots**. Like many parts of the city, you may also see a few tents from unhoused residents while walking to the restaurant. If you're familiar with Seattle, this isn't unusual. Overall, the experience was **fun for a group dinner and worth the price**, especially if you're looking for something a bit different with entertainment included. That said, the food and performance were **good but not quite top-tier**. Still, it made for an enjoyable evening with friends.
