The signature saj bread is cooked fresh on a hot stone and is almost like a Middle Eastern flour tortilla with the way it's super thin and satisfyingly chewy bite. The only seating options are a few large benches on the sidewalk, but there's a poster saying you're welcome to sit at the neighboring bar which opens in the late afternoon provided you purchase a drink as well. Ended up sampling 3 of their wrap options and the Zaatar Wrap was deliciously nutty and fragrant, but texturally there was so many herbs that the center ate a little dry. The Lahme Khuruf (Lamb) was my favorite by far with super juicy ground meat with some tang from the labneh, sweetness, freshness from the tomato, and texture from the pine nuts. Absolute home run on this one! The Awarma and Cheese was a close second, but personally, the flavor profile was just a little less interesting than the lamb. Tip: grab some extra napkins as the wraps can fall apart a bit at the end!

The saj bread itself tasted good, but got soaked through by the juice of the chicken and became very soggy. We walked to a park 10 minutes away to eat the wraps and the wraps were bending. The ingredients are fresh but nothing particularly stood out. I didn't quite taste the mushroom on the wrap, and on top of that, I got charged $2 for the hot sauce, but never tasted it in the wrap or found it on the side. My partner got the falafel saj wrap which was overall ddcent, but he also found the saj bread quite soggy, yet the falafels were on the dry side.

One which is not in the photos was called ouz operator and I simply did not enjoy it, at all, matter of personal taste. Server didn't ask how everything was or if we liked it, and I thought that was a bit odd. Our server was friendly but she was also busy with a lot of tables and our interactions felt more quick and business like. A couple times we needed something I had to make eye contact to get attention. Inside was quite nice. Simple. We had a booth by the window and it was just right. They offer two different amounts of Turkish delight, costing up to about $16 excluding tax but can last me for a few days if I don't immediately inhale them all. I'm interested in their soup and baklava, though I'm not sure if I will give them a try since turkish delight is only on my mind when I visit lol My only negative criticism is that it tends to get busy here, which equates to a decline with an ideal customer service experience. There's either already plenty of people when I arrive or people start filling up the place after my arrival. I don't mind waiting in line BUT the lines here are very disorganized and there's no clear indication of where to order and where to purchase so I've been very p!ssed off for my last visit when I lined up to the main line (on the right) for my sweets, just for everyone else after me to get helped first because they cut in front to the other side of the counter (on the left). It's unspoken apparently but the main line is for the food/meat items.. I'm not exactly a fan of this level of disrespectful service that caters to entitled customers. I could eat just that as a meal. For my main, I got an entire roasted cauliflower with charred shallots, labneh, apricot, and more. The apricot added a sweetness to the savory. With a perfectly cooked cauliflower, it was divine. To drink, I ordered a glass of French white wine. The entire experience is among the best I've had in Seattle. (I come here twice a year.)
