They rotated the tires and came back and told me that there was nothing wrong with the sensors, that the reason the service light was on was because the from tires needed air . They charged me $30.00 ! That is a company with integrity. I will be a loyal customer . This is what we all need ,a company we can trust . I had to get a unique sized tire and I called around to a bunch of places. I was trying to find a place I used to go to that was very reliable and trustworthy and in the end, despite everybody's opinions, I came into Tim's and he gave me a quote that was better than anybody else's and was good enough "Tire choice" whether or not I decided to buy out my car or turn it in. Everything is so expensive right now I think it's very helpful when you have a business who is working with you to get you the best deal and quality and whatever it is that you're seeking for in service and product. The first time I popped by there were about five guys were waiting for their cars. The day I got my car done. There was a lady there before. We were all done rather quickly and yeah, I am definitely happy and he's the kind of guy that with all the family photos on the wall supporting local sports, and his Paul Newman-esque smile, tan, and charm, you can't help but trust him like he's your own dad giving you tire advice! After calling several places to confirm availability, Kevin at Toscalito assured me that the repair would be completed before noon. He also confirmed that the tires I needed were located across the bridge and would arrive on time. At 12:20 p.m., I called to check on the status of my car and was informed that the tires had only arrived about 15 minutes earlier, and that it would take an additional 45 minutes to complete the service. Despite clearly communicating that timing was important, no one reached out to inform me of the delay. Ultimately, my car was ready approximately three hours later than originally promised. Based on this experience, I would recommend not relying on the initial time estimate and planning for a longer wait than stated. That said, Kevin was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His customer service was a strong positive in an otherwise frustrating experience.
