I had 5!There's an area where you get the security tags removed by an employee then you can proceed to the self check-out (only cards accepted at this part - no cash). Then another employee checks your receipt before leaving (Costco style). I like the concept and if you're not getting too many things, it's helpful. The lines with cashiers were very long so I'm glad I chose this option. I found some dresses and I needed a new bathroom rug, so I would say it was a good visit. I would come back again. Not necessarily go out of my way but my nail shop is around the corner.

They had a rather impressive collection of suitcases available in a wide variety of styles.... Something to suit a broad variety of tastes. I spent an obscenely long time deciding between two equally gorgeous red luggage sets before finally deciding on the one that I bought. The suitcases appear to be of good quality in addition to looking absolutely stunning! They were also a really great price. I think the 29-in 8 wheel spinner suitcase was $79.99, while the smaller 25-in 8 wheel spinner suitcase was $69.99. Unfortunately, I was short on time so I didn't have the chance to spend as much time in the store as I would have liked. I did notice that the bath & body section had lots of seasonal pumpkin and autumnal themed products. And of course, the store was chock-full of Halloween displays and decorations. Everything from candies to door decorations to interior decor... If you're into that sort of thing. What I appreciated the most is how kind and friendly the staff was. While ringing up my purchase, the cashier asked about my upcoming vacation and offered some great recommendations for some of the places that plan to visit. As I was leaving, another one of the managers stopped to compliment me on my choice of luggage and engage me in a brief but enjoyable chat. As much as I appreciate an efficient transactional experience, I appreciate a engaging and personable experience that much more. But the staff were so great- they made shopping fun for me, they would pick out curated outfits for me- I would say oh no I don't think that's me and they say please try it on for me - and I would and would discover they were right and it looked great on me. I liked and appreciated the staff so much, I would take them out to lunch on their day off. The last nice experience I had with them was in 2019. Since then with staff turnover ( they use to have long term dedicated employees). But the newish employees are horrible - they have no business being in a customer service role- they aren't helpful, not friendly, and seem pretty judgy. In any case, personnel quality, quality of clothing, quality of styles has declined so much. It's sad. .....but on the positive side they have saved me lots on money!

The message was sent at 7:30am eastern time. They are supposed to be in the same time zone. No response. Which is sketchy because they were very responsive prior to the order being placed. But of course they were. Followed up Saturday afternoon. Still nothing. Then Sunday afternoon an inbox response asking for a contact number. I'm not sure why a contact number was needed to answer the question. Either yes or no! You don't need to call me for that. Which was a clear indication that this boutique was on some foolish mess. Then when I make a comment on a post regarding the lack of customer service, they are able to respond. Claiming that they have to check with the production warehouse first. I'm sure that only entailed either checking their storefront or checking their storage/garage. Now they are mad because I inquired and refunded the order. They claimed the item would ship 8/24 and be delivered by 8/26... Piss poor customer service... I'm not sure why I expected different from this type of online social media boutique...
