Back in January, I had an issue with items that were delayed for a month due to shipping and weren't delivered on time for my birthday trip--something that was completely outside the store's control. Even so, Crissy took ownership of helping me track everything down and worked to find a solution instead of simply saying there was nothing she could do. That level of care made a stressful situation much easier. I recently returned to the store, and once again Crissy went above and beyond while assisting with my transaction. What impressed me most was that she remembered both my name and my wife's name from months ago without my wife ever being physically present just from conversation. That kind of genuine personal connection is rare and speaks volumes about the care she puts into every customer interaction. Before meeting Crissy, I wasn't much of an Adidas shopper. Her hospitality, professionalism, and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience have completely changed that. She has genuinely influenced me to become a more frequent customer. Having worked in retail for 17 years myself, I know firsthand how difficult it is to consistently deliver service at this level. I would love to have many "Crissys" on my own team.
