Up front, is our delicious salad behind that is half of the pizza. On each plate is a serving of pizza and salad.

we ordered the rocket, which was loaded with arugula EVOO and prosciutto. It came on a very thin and crispy crust - delicious! Unfortunately, it did not have enough moisture for our preference so we found it a bit dry. But the flavor was outstanding My wife and I split that and we also split a Caesar salad. That salad was out of this world! We have never tasted a better one. In addition to flavor, it had just enough bite to make it interesting. Next time we go we might try the pepperoni. It may have more sauce on it. I bet for sure that we asked for more sauce he would be happy to put it on. Very accommodating. Very nice gentlemen. if the pizza were a bit more moist, we would have given five stars.

Don't even think about asking the owner for a side of " Ranch" because you don't need it! Lol The sauce is so good and the pizza is bomb ! I absolutely crave this delicious pizza and will drive across town just to go get it! Yum! And, it's a bad habit to always have some ranch with my pizza so when I asked the owner he gave me a look ! ( lol I kept my head down of shame ) and he had told me I'll go ahead and give you some but your not gonna need it with my pizza ! And, sure enough I returned the ranch and he was so right! 100% The staff is super cool and the place is clean and the pizza is soooooooooo good! They play some nice reggae music! And, I love the bathroom sign . " Everybody " Enough said. 5 stars all the way just writing this review makes me want to go get a pizza !

I just ate here for the first time. I got the pepperoni pizza and it was very good. It's about he right size for 1 person. The flavor of the cheese and bread and sauce was exceptional. It is very thin crust, which makes it come out fast. I also got the cinnamon stick dessert and it was very good. It's kind of like a pizza burrito. The service was great and very friendly. We will definitely be back.

We came after driving around looking at Christmas lights. Felt a little hungry and wanted something quick, but not fast food. Stopped at this pizza place, and found out that it was the right decision. The pizza was delicious and it was quick. Normally I'm not a thin crust, but this really was one of the best pizzas. Fresh ingredients like mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and basil. Cheesy and yummy. It was plenty for 2 people to share. The crust even though thin, wasn't like hard and crunchy, it still was soft. Very good pizza. I'll have to come back when I'm in the area again.

I got pizza delivered by DoorDash and it was so bad, I literally got sick after 1 slice. Couldn't hold it down. It barely had any cheese or sauce on it and it was super chewy and not crisp. It was very expensive for a pizza that fit in a box generally used for wings. I picked this place because of the reviews and was horribly dissatisfied. Go for MOD pizza, hands down a better choice based on product and price. read more

I had a great experience at this new little pizza joint on 71 and thought I'd leave a review to let them know I had a great experience. Roger at the counter was super friendly and helpful in making a few suggestions. The menu is straightforward, but has a great mix of unique pizzas. The salad choices were a nice mix of veggies and other toppings. The prices were great, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and they served beer and wine. This was an all around nice spot if you want some hot fresh za with a few plot twists included. ! read more

Great spot! Went high maintenance and had the Garden City sans cheese and added jalapenos. Wonderful pie. The crust is phenomenal and the rest of the pie was delish. My sidekick is a hard pleaser and ordered the Margherita and Cesar salad. She was smiling from the first bite. Based on what i could tell during our visit we weren't the only customers thoroughly enjoying their meal. Billy was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Get some! read more

The pizza was fantastic (I'm a hard sell I'm Italian and from New York) it was thin and crispy and the sauce and all the vegetables were so so fresh!! I cannot wait to go back and try their salads. I've ordered both salad and pizza and they were both excellent (the Cesar, a spicy variation of a traditional Caesar Salad, is my favorite). The service is perfect. There's this one guy that's always like REALLY happy and I'm like, dude, I'll have what you're having. Recommended as an alternative to MOD Pizza, as you can also "make your own" pizza. Recently got a Hawaiian pizza with no ham to go. Pizza was very unique and delicious with caramelized pineapple, jalapeños and crunchy garlic. The pizza was ready by the time I reached the place. I had seen great reviews about Zza Pizza so I thought I would try it tonight. We ordered online for pickup and it indicated that it would be done in 18 mins. We headed out and I waited 30 mins for my order. Granted the owner/manager ? was very apologetic to everyone waiting offering free drinks but it does not make up for waiting an extra 30 mins to an order that was WRONG and COLD. I LIVE 10 mins from the restaurant. That tells me my order was done but they were just disorganized. $40 + $9 tip was not worth it. Not going there again. You need to really figure out a better way of managing your orders. read more

My first visit to ZZA did not live up to expectations. I provided feedback and the owner was quick to respond, identify the issue, and make immediate corrections. Based on the owner's recommendation and quick, responsive action, I gave ZZA another try. My second visit was exponentially better and consistent with the positive reviews that initially caught my attention. I was greeted by two very professional, attentive staff. Based on their recommendations I ordered the Meat' ZZA pizza. It was prepared perfectly and was much better than the first pizza I tried. I also ordered the Cesar (ZZA's take on a Caesar salad). The Cesar was freshly made and tasty. I recommend skipping the crumbled tortilla as they get soggy quickly and do not add any value to the salad. If the goal was texture, the tortilla didn't keep their crisp very long. The only other feedback was the "chicken breast" that was supposed to be on top of the Cesar was missing so it really was just a salad. Other than these minor quirks my second trip was exceptional compared to the first. Definitely worth a shot as pizza is such a personal choice, this may be your go to in the area. read more

1/5 -- COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. WE WILL NOT BE BACK…read more We should have left the moment they seated us upstairs. At 7:00 p.m., it was 100 degrees outside in Austin. When we finally walked out of the restaurant, IT FELT COOLER OUTSIDE THAN IT DID IN THE UPSTAIRS DINING ROOM. That is not an exaggeration. It was like eating in a sauna. Who wants to sit and eat a meal in a sauna? We were drenched in sweat. I am extremely cold-natured -- I am normally the person who is freezing in restaurants -- and I was soaked. It became so unbearably hot that we couldn't even finish our meal. We ate what we could, packed up the rest, paid our bill, and left. There appears to be ONE table upstairs near the AC where the temperature is tolerable. The rest of the upstairs dining area was unbelievably hot. There were no auxiliary AC units and not even a fan in the area where we were seated. What made me especially angry was seeing babies and small children being seated up there. One infant in a carrier near us had a very red face from the heat. We saw other small children with red faces as well. If grown adults are drenched in sweat simply sitting at a table, that is not an appropriate environment for babies, children, senior citizens, or anyone particularly vulnerable to excessive heat. When we finally got downstairs, it became even more frustrating. Downstairs was pleasant, and I saw an auxiliary AC unit running. So clearly supplemental cooling was available and being used elsewhere in the restaurant. As we were leaving, I specifically told the hostess, "You should not be seating ANYONE upstairs, especially babies." To be clear, the hostess was polite. She wasn't rude or argumentative. But she also seemed completely unsurprised by what I was telling her. Her response was essentially, "We're sorry, it's just the way it is." That response made the situation even more unacceptable to me. If this is "just the way it is," then the restaurant KNOWS how hot it gets upstairs. Yet NO ONE WARNED US. Nobody told us before taking us upstairs, "It's extremely hot up there." Nobody gave us the option of waiting for a downstairs table. We were simply seated in an area that was so hot we ultimately couldn't tolerate staying long enough to finish our food. There was even a young woman standing behind the hostess holding a fan. I told her she should take that fan upstairs for the baby. After all of this, there was no discount or adjustment to our bill. We paid for a meal we couldn't even stay and finish because the dining room was unbearably hot. This is Texas. Of course restaurants have to deal with extreme heat. But if you KNOW an area of your restaurant cannot be adequately cooled, you don't shrug your shoulders and continue seating people there. CLOSE THE UPSTAIRS. Or properly cool it. At the absolute minimum, WARN CUSTOMERS BEFORE TAKING THEM UP THERE and allow them to decide whether they want to sit there. It was like sitting in a sauna trying to eat dinner. We were soaked in sweat. At 7:00 p.m., we walked outside into 100-degree weather and the outside air felt COOLER. That is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. We will not be back.

We had the pizza delivered so our experience is based upon that. Out of all the pizza selections they had, we ordered two custom pizzas. For the first pizza we tried to do a veggie pizza. It was surprising how they offer a "Garden Veggie" pizza that comes with zucchini but you cannot order the zucchini when you build your own. And while they do offer tomatoes, also surprised they do not offer sundried tomatoes. So, we did the white garlic sauce with artichoke, red onion, black olive and mushroom. This was certainly the better of the two but the sauce and cheese were quite scarce. For the other build your own, we did pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and jalapeno. Again, the sauce and cheese was very scant. As already mentioned, the veggie was the better pizza and I would order with more sauce. The traditional pizza with the meats fails the "cheese pull" test. When you take a slice of the pizza and pull it from the pie, there was no visible cheese. Another odd thing is the slices are incredible small. They slice the pizza into way to many slices. Instead of a slice, it's almost like a bread stick. I worked in a pizza place throughout high school and the owner used to tell me the most expensive thing on the pizza was the cheese So, I kind of get being careful when they put cheese on the pizza, but sauce is one of the cheapest parts of the pizza so why do they need to be so scarce with sauce? I know I can order "extra" sauce, but it seems I would paying more just to get a normal amount of sauce. The same goes for the cheese. I would have to order extra cheese just to get the normal amount of cheese. Overall, the pizza is okay. But it's disappointing you cannot order something like zucchini as an additional item on a custom pizza when they offer it for other pizzas. Lack of sauce/cheese also makes this a place I wouldn't regularly go to. Last, the price. We knew how much the pizzas were going to be when we ordered, but them but for the price, these pizzas should have had much more sauce/cheese.

We had a wonderful experience at this Pizza and salad place in Bee Cave. We ordered the Thai Dye Pizza and it was absolutely delicious packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients on a perfect crust. My wife had the Avo Goodness Salad and she couldn't stop raving about it. The ingredients were crisp and fresh, and the salad dressing was absolutely standout - creamy, flavorful and perfectly balanced. Our son ordered a gluten free brownie, and it was surprisingly rich and tasty. It's always a bonus when gluten free treats don't compromise on flavor. The service is fast and the staff is amazing. The food here is made with care and high quality ingredients. The overall vibe of the place is friendly and casual. It's perfect spot for a family meal. The customer service was good. But, after my daughter and I spent over $60 for two lukewarm pizzas and stale salads we were a little disappointed. The cheese hadn't even melted on my daughters pizza. Then we got the cinnamon bread but unfortunately those were lukewarm as well.
