Very appreciated when I need to bring the car in for maintenance, and depending on the time of day have not had time to stop for breakfast or lunch but need to wait until the service is complete. Kia missed the mark from taking market share from the SUV community and men by failing to add things like a performance suspension, performance exhaust, upgraded wheels, a good stereo system, a performance tune and a hood scoop like Toyota. I always ask for a printed copy of the Carfax, & I take pictures of the VIN # from the vehicles dashboard AND the drivers side on the door frame to make sure they all match AND I get the accurate Carfax & inspection letter for the vehicle I inquired about. It was a frustrating process as there was a lot of inconsistency with the information we were given about the vehicles. 2 out of 7 used dealers in the Austin area were the only ones that were ethical, professional, patient and not deceitful. This is not 1 of the good places. We inquired on a 2019 Nissan Sentra at this location, but felt that we were not being taken seriously by the man assisting us, Iman. I asked for a printed copy of the Carfax & inspection, & took it home telling him we'll return to test drive it because it was getting late & I had to get back south. At home, I saw that the VIN # that I took of the car's dashboard was not matching the paper work (Carfax & inspection). It belong to another car of the same year, make & model, but different VIN number!!!! SUPER SHADY!!!!!! Again, understand risk for buying a used car, it's up to the customer (me) to look at red flags, like this major red flag!! We did end up buying the best option available with the least shady actions from the owner/seller at a local used car dealer off N Lamar. I DONT recommend this location!!

From the moment I found the exact make and model I was dreaming of on their website, I knew I had to act fast. Calling them up, I was immediately greeted by Duane, whose friendliness and personable approach instantly put me at ease. This being my first time buying from a dealership, I had my reservations, but Duane made the entire process feel straightforward and honest. What heightened my sense of urgency was hearing through the grapevine that someone else was interested in the same vehicle but wasn't ready to make the purchase. Knowing this, I felt an immediate push to secure the vehicle that very day. This sense of competition added an extra layer of excitement and determination to my car buying journey. The excitement to see the car in person drove me to make a 40-minute trip north, and it was worth every second. Upon arrival, my decision was cemented - I had to have that car that day. What impressed me the most was the transparency with which Duane presented my financing options, a refreshing change from the usual sales tactics. During the inevitable wait for bank feedback, Janie's thoughtfulness in offering snacks and water was a small but significant gesture that made the experience more comfortable. Then, Juan took over to discuss the next steps, insurance, and warranty details with such clarity and openness, it reassured me I was making the right decision. Despite the dealership nearing closing time, and my needing to manage logistical hurdles to drop off my mom's car and return, Janie and Juan assured me they'd wait, no matter how long it took. This level of commitment and understanding from a dealership was unexpected and deeply appreciated. My mom, too, was delighted by the kindness and professionalism shown by Janie over the phone. Finalizing the paperwork was smooth, filled with friendly banter and laughter with Juan, marking a perfect end to the day. I can't express enough gratitude towards Apple Leasing for their genuine approach, making sure their customers are not only satisfied but also well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Their willingness to go the extra mile, ensuring we didn't have to juggle multiple cars home, was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. This was by far the most comfortable and reassuring dealership experience I've ever had. It's why I've never made a purchase until now, as most dealerships in the past seemed shady. I highly recommend Apple Lease Returns to anyone looking for a seamless, honest car buying journey. I'm over the moon with my Q50 and only wish I could personally thank everyone at the dealership one more time for their incredible service and support.

Big mistake. They assured us the problem was fixed though on the video sent by the mechanic he sounded doubtful that there was anything really wrong, just commenting on the throttle body "may be a little dirty" but "don't really see anything wrong with the car." They didn't even test drive it initially because of construction near the dealership? WTF. I work 24 hour shifts and my wife had to rent a car and drive 200 miles to Austin and made it to Waco before the exact same problem started again. Thank goodness it was at least in a town. Once again we had to have it towed but this time to a hopefully competent dealership with Sewell in McKinney. This vehicle has had all routine servicing and has 66k miles so this issue is clearly on Audi, not owner neglect. If you're going to sell cars that are this unreliable you damned well better know how to service them. We are done with Audi forever and I wouldn't let North Austin Audi put air in my bike tire. Do better.

They let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted, and not once did I feel pressured into buying anything. While I was deciding, they kept me stocked with water and candy, which honestly is never a bad strategy. Once I found the one, they worked with me to get an amazing deal. After all the paperwork was finished, they detailed the vehicle before I drove it home, and I mean detailed. Every inch of that car was spotless. The interior was sparkling, the engine bay looked brand new, and it honestly felt like I was driving off in a fresh-out-of-the-wrapper vehicle. Overall, an awesome experience from start to finish. If you're on the fence because of some reviews like I was, I'd say go see for yourself. I'll definitely be recommending this dealership to my family and friends!

Back in 2010, I wrote, "To be honest, I would rather have a tooth pulled than deal with a used car salesman." Well, at Apple, there is no tooth pulling! There's no high-pressure sales approach here. Every vehicle on their lot is high-end, clean, and mechanically sound. They offer fair trade-in values, include a free drivetrain warranty, and provide a very reasonably priced extended warranty plan. Best of all, they don't tack on any of those unnecessary add-ons you often see at other dealerships. On this most recent visit, I worked with Corey (sales) and Mike (sales manager), and it was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I received a very fair offer for my trade-in and even secured a loan rate better than what my credit union offered, which surprised me. Bailey (finance) made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free, and she offered an extended warranty at a price I felt was more than fair. Pro tip: Check out their inventory, but be aware it tends to move quickly, so contact them online to verify that the new-to-you vehicle is still available.

You really don't get good customer service all the time in the car service industry.
