The friend had a tiny issue with her cookie order and the owner said "we will redo and deliver to your party (27miles away) before it starts". Y'all! I ordered custom cookies for my son's birthday party in a special theme. They were pleasant to work with upon placing the order but when it was received the results left much to be desired. I was told that they had experience with the theme and had done it several times. However, the cookies were very generic and not really tied to the theme at all. Overall, I was disappointed. I thought I would be able to use these cookies in place of a theme cake but unfortunately, they turned out to be nothing special. I am going to purchase more items for the party to help identify the theme since I was hoping the cookies would do that for us. I may use this shop again but only to purchase cookies already made so I know what I am paying for and not take the chance of being dissatisfied again. read more

Just left the store with my order and I am so mad! Placed my order two weeks ago for my daughters MDO teachers. One large pig personalized w two small bugs wrapped up- which I had to pay extra for! When I got there, the 6 cookies were in one box, I said they were suppose to be wrapped up separately. On my receipt nothing was marked, but I didn't have mine, so they went with their word. It doesn't matter that I just spent almost $40 on cookies! They had such attitude about putting the cookies in wrappers, which I paid for! They put them in boxes and had such attitude about it! No thank you, no nothing! I will not be back! Too many cookie places in town that will be happy to wrap cookies without an attitude or to charge extra!!! And say thank you when you leave!!! Wow!! Disrespectful and ignorant. I unfortunately purchased a Groupon for this place prior to trying it out. The Groupon was for $7.50 worth a cookies with three vouchers in the one deal. When I went to use the first Groupon, I ordered a dozen cookies and used the Groupon $7.50 worth and I would pay the remaining balance. The employee said the voucher was only for 6 cookies and I would have to make two separate purchases thus losing any incentive to buy a dozen at the dozen price. I showed her what the Groupon said and she called the owner over. The owner made a big deal out of it and made me wait while she rummaged through a stack of papers only to find her original Groupon which said the same thing. She still insisted that she meant for the Groupon to be for six cookies instead of $7.50 as stated. I ended up paying full price for the six cookies. It really ended up being little more than a dollar extra, which I don't mind paying, I was just surprised at her ignorance and her insistence that go by what she meant rather than what was stated. She took the phone from me and redeemed the voucher. I took the cookies to my staff and ended up throwing a few away because none would eat them. I just now went back to use the next two vouchers and found out that she had previously marked one of the vouchers on my phone as used, but wrote down the number of another voucher, effectively voiding two vouchers in the first transaction. I described this to the employee and she basically said she was sorry and there was nothing to do. "The customer is always right" has no place here. Unfortunately, neither does written word. An embarrassing experience for me, and I'll be sure to let everyone else know to avoid this place. read more

The cookies were dry and inedible. When I called to see if I could bring them back for some different cookies the lady was very rude and told me the cookies weren't dry and to just throw my purchased cookies away. When I asked for a refund she told me I could receive store credit. No problem with that from my end. I received a call from Cindy the owner letting me know another order was cancelled and I could take that order. I had already ordered cookies from another store and when I told her that she become very rude. I asked her to just credit my card back and she hung up on me. I won't spend money somewhere with bad products and horrible customer service. read more
