Upon walking in, there were 3-4 nail techs (going off my assumptions here) who weren't automatically "thrilled" with the low-commission $10-polish service & apparently did not want to take it so they volun-TOLD the nail tech named "mom/mama". I know there's a language barrier so there weren't many words exchanged however she was super nice. She sang happy birthday for my niece & she did an amazing job on her nails. My niece was cheesing the whole entire time. Since she wasn't hesitant about polishing my niece like the other techs, she did an amazing job & she was so sweet & gentle with my niece, I wanted to show her my appreciation and gratitude by tipping her $20. Now they didn't have changed for a $100, I ended up using my credit card & wasn't able to tip so me and mom/mama went next door to get changed. As we were walking back, she embraced me with a warm hug & happy tears!!! Her kindness towards myself & niece will forever be embedded in my heart! This was a moment I will forever remember for the rest of my life. I hope I will be able to visit mom/mama again. She's just so sweet!

This review is specifically for Kelly…read more She recently did my daughter's nails, and was extremely rude and condescending to her when my daughter asked for her to please fix little things that she like. When a service is going to cost $100, I assume that the nail tech knows exactly what they're doing and they're going to do everything to keep the client happy. Instead, she rolled her eyes and then refused to honor a discount that she had initially offered at the beginning of the service. It is really unfair and terrible customer service for the nail techs to treat teenagers badly when their parents are not there. My daughter was not rude, she spoke up and kindly asked her. Unfortunately, after this, we will not be returning to this nail salon nor recommending it to anyone we know.

One star because zero isn't an option. I asked for a deluxe manicure and opted for regular polish…read moreinstead of gel due to the chemicals in gel polish. After a few attempts to upsell they agreed to just put on the regular polish like I asked. The lady (I don't know her name) put on so many coats that naturally, it would take ages to dry and chip quickly, therefore requiring me to just get gel. I talked to the gentleman at the front who had no answer for why my nail polish was getting dents in it even after 20 minutes of drying. One of my nails got messed up while I was still sitting there and they just fixed it by adding yet another coat of polish. The picture included was literally taken before I even left the salon and they did not properly fix my polish. Update: I wrote this review maybe 10 minutes ago and my index finger has also chipped.
